TRANSFERRING CALLS Press R and extension number.
RETRIEVE CALLS Press R.
CONFERENCE CALL R and extension number and R (up to 4 people maximum).
HOLD R.
RETRIEVE HELD CALL R.
AUTOMATIC CALL BACK Ring extension, get engaged tone, dial 4 and hang-up. When
that extension becomes free, your phone will ring you back.
LAST NUMBER REDIAL # # or press LR.
MESSAGE WAITING Ring extension number and dial 7. (can only be set on 4 wire handsets)
CANCEL MESSAGE WAITING SET Ring extension number, dial 77 and hang up.
FORWARD ALL CALLS Lift handset, dial # 601 and extension number and hang-up.
IMMEDIATELY
FORWARD ON BUSY Lift handset, dial # 602, extension number, and hang up.
FORWARD ON NO ANSWER Lift handset, dial #603, extension number, *, time
(08 - 60 secs), # and hang up.
FORWARD ON BUSY/NO ANSWER Lift handset, dial #604, extension number, *, time
