MAKING INTERNAL CALLS Pick up handset and dial extension number.
MAKING EXTERNAL CALLS Pick up handset, dial 9 and telephone number.
RECEIVING CALLS Lift up handset.
TRANSFERRING CALLS Press CNF/TRN key, dial extension number and speak to
extension, replace handset and call goes through.
RETRIEVING CALLS Press Line key (e.g. if line is engaged).
HOLD CALL Press HOLD once (line key will flash on all extensions and call
can be picked up from any extension).
RETRIEVING HELD CALL From any extension, press the flashing line key.
EXCLUSIVE HOLD Press HOLD key twice.
RETRIEVING EXCLUSIVELY HELD Press flashing line key on original handset (no other extension
CALL can pick up exclusively held call).
AUTOMATIC CALL BACK Ring extension, get engaged tone, press ACB and replace
handset. LCD ‘extn ACB set’ when that extension becomes
free, your phone will ring three times, LCD ‘extn ACB’ pick the
phone up and their phone will then ring.
AUTO BUSY REDIAL (ISDN ONLY) Ring external number, get engaged, press ABR. Your phone will redial that
number a pre-programmed amount of times.
DO NOT DISTURB (ONLY Press DND key. This stops all internal and external calls.
AVAILABLE ON SOME EXTENSIONS)
MESSAGE WAITING Ring extension, get no answer, press MSG key and replace handset. LCD ‘sent
extn’.
RECALL A MESSAGE WAITING See flashing light on MSG key. LCD ‘call extn’ pick up handset and press MSG
key, this will ring extension that set the Message Waiting.

CANCEL MESSAGE WAITING SET Ring Extension number, dial 77 and hang up.
LAST NUMBER REDIAL Pick up handset and press REDIAL.
PAGING ALL EXTENSIONS Pick up handset, dial # 30 and speak. Press switch / hook manually to finish
page.
PAGING ONE EXTENSION Pick up handset, dial extension number and press TALK.
MEMORY CENTRAL MEMORY
LEAVE HANDSET DOWN TO System Speed Dial must be programmed from the main phone.
PROGRAMME REDIAL key, SPEED DIAL key, Code (600-999), 9, telephone number, REDIAL
key.
PERSONAL MEMORY
Personal Speed Dial exclusive to own handset. REDIAL key,
SPEED DIAL key, Code (10-49), 9, telephone number,
REDIAL key.
TO ACCESS MEMORY Pick up handset, press SPEED DIAL key and code number.
CONFERENCE CALLS First two people already on the phone. Press CONF, dial the number and speak
to the third party, press JOIN to connect all three people.
TRUNK TO TRUNK TRANSFER [ISDN] Press Conf/Trn key, dial 9 followed by external number.
When answered press Conf/Trn to join all together and Conf/Trn again to exit.
CALL PICK UP INTERNAL : Dial # 5 and extension number
EXTERNAL : Dial # 59
GROUP PICKUP : Press PICKUP then pick up handset
FORWARD ALL CALLS Press INT # 601, extension number and SPKR key. LCD ‘CF-
IMMEDIATELY AC TO : EXTN’.
FORWARD ON BUSY Press INT # 602, extension number and SPKR key. LCD ‘CF -
BUSY TO : EXTN’.
FORWARD ON NO ANSWER Press INT # 603, extension number, speed dial key, time (08-60
secs), REDIAL key and SPKR key. LCD ‘CF-NA TO : EXTN’.
FORWARD ON BUSY/NO ANSWER Press INT # 604, extension number, speed dial key, time (08-60 secs)
REDIAL key and SPKR key. LCD ‘CF-B/NA TO : EXTN’.
CANCEL CALL FORWARDING Press INT key, # code 601 and SPKR key.
CALL FORWARD EXTERNAL Press INT #670 and SPKR key. External number must be stored
in personal speed dial 49.
CANCEL CALL FORWARD EXTERNAL Press INT #670 and SPKR key.
