AUTOMATIC CALL BACK Ring extension, get engaged tone, dial 4 and hang-up. When
that extension becomes free, your phone will ring you back.
LAST NUMBER REDIAL # #
CONFERENCE CALL Press Conf/Trans and extension number and Conf/Trans to connect all
together (up to 4 people maximum).
MESSAGE WAITING Ring extension number and Press MSG key
TO RETRIEVE MESSAGE Press MSG key. This will call the extn back.
WAITING
CANCEL MESSAGE WAITING SET Ring extension number, dial 77 and hang up.
FORWARD ALL CALLS Lift handset, dial # 601 and extension number and hang-up.
IMMEDIATELY
FORWARD ON BUSY Lift handset, dial # 602, extension number, and hang up.
FORWARD ON NO ANSWER Lift handset, dial #603, extension number, *, time
(08 - 60 secs), # and hang up.
