3. Intended use
The product is used for indoor air circulation. It includes 5 fans and has 3 switch settings. It is controlled via buttons
on the device or via the supplied remote control. The product has a built-in rechargeable battery, which allows a mains
independent operation of up to 8.5 hours.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided
under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product for purposes
other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In addition, improper use can cause hazards such
asshortcircuiting,re,electricshocketc.Readtheinstructionscarefullyandkeepthem.Makethisproductavailable
to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

6. Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety information. If you do
not follow the safety instructions and information on proper handling in this manual, we assume
no liability for any resulting personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the
warranty/guarantee.
a) General
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous playing material
for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity, moisture,
ammablegases,vapoursandsolvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it from any
accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage the
product.
• This device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of experience and / or lack of knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received instructions on how to use the device.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
• Cleaning, maintenance and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.
• Never touch the product with wet or moist hands.
• The device was constructed according to protection class II. Only a proper mains socket
(220 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz) of the public supply net must be used as voltage source.
• Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and current
rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the appliance rating label.
• The mains outlet must be located near to the device and be easily accessible.
• Never pull the mains plug from the socket by pulling at the cable. Always pull it from the mains socket
using the intended grips.
• Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket if you do not use the device for an extended period of time.
• For safety reasons, always unplug the device in case of a thunderstorm.

• Makesurethatthemainscableisnotsqueezed,bent,damagedbysharpedgesorputundermechanical
stress. Avoid excessive thermal stress on the mains cable from extreme heat or cold. Do not modify the
mains cable. Otherwise the mains cable may be damaged. A damaged mains cable can cause a deadly
electric shock.
• Do not touch the mains cable if it is damaged. First, power down the respective mains socket (e.g. via
the respective circuit breaker) and then carefully pull the mains plug from the mains socket. Never use
the product if the mains cable is damaged.
• Regularly check the mains plug and mains cable for damage. If the power supply cord is damaged, it
must be replaced with an identical mains cable.
• Never plug in or unplug the mains plug when your hands are wet.
• Neverpouranyliquidsoverelectricaldevicesorputobjectslledwithliquidrightnexttothedevice.If
liquidoranobjectenterstheinteriorofthedevicenevertheless,rstpowerdowntherespectivesocket
(e.g. switch off circuit breaker) and then pull the mains plug from the mains socket. Do not operate the
product anymore afterwards, but take it to a specialist workshop.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into a warm one. The
condensation generated could destroy the product. Allow the device to reach room temperature before
connecting and using it. This may take several hours.
• Operate this product away from an open window to avoid a short circuit caused by dripping or rain water.
• Ensure that there are no parts, such as textiles, in which the blades can get caught up. Be careful with
longhairorcurtain:Thesecanbesuckedinbytheairow!
• Never leave the product unattended during use.
• Never cover the product when in use.
• Riskofinjury!Donotputanyobjectsorngersthroughtheprotectivegrillduringoperation.
• Disconnect the product from power, before moving it.
• The product is not suitable for permanent installation.
• Never move the product by pulling on the cable, but only use the handle.
• Do not wrap the cord around the product.
• Do not place the product next to stoves or other heat sources.
• Do not use spray bottles / cans near the product.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Maintenance,modicationsandrepairsaretobeperformedexclusivelybyanexpertorataqualied
shop.

b) (Rechargeable) batteries (remote control)
• Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the (rechargeable) batteries.
• (Rechargeable) batteries should be removed from the device if it is not used for a long period of time to
avoid damage through leaking. Leaking or damaged (rechargeable) batteries might cause acid burns
when in contact with skin, therefore use suitable protective gloves to handle corrupted (rechargeable)
batteries.
• (Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave (rechargeable) batteries
lying around, as there is risk, that children or pets swallow them.
• All(rechargeable)batteriesshouldbereplacedatthesametime.Mixingoldandnew(rechargeable)
batteries in the device can lead to (rechargeable) battery leakage and device damage.
• (Rechargeable)batteries mustnot bedismantled, short-circuited orthrown into re.Never recharge
non-rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of explosion!
c) Internal rechargeable battery
• The rechargeable battery is permanently built into the product and cannot be replaced.
• Never damage the rechargeable battery. Damaging the casing of the rechargeable battery might cause
anexplosionorare!
• Never short-circuit the contacts of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the rechargeable battery or the
productintore.Thereisadangerofreandexplosion!
• Charge the rechargeable battery regularly, even if you are not using the product. Due to the rechargeable
batterytechnologybeingused,youdonotneedtodischargetherechargeablebatteryrst.
• Never charge the rechargeable battery of the product unattended.

8. Installation of the foot
• Place the product upside down.
Use a soft surface to protect the casing from scratches or other damage.
• Attach both feet with 4 screws each on the bottom of the product. Use a Phillips screwdriver.
The black plastic feet must be at the bottom when the product is in a normal, upright position.
9. Charging the internal rechargeable battery
• Makesurethatthechargingswitch(5)isinthe“off”position.
Off On
• Connect the power cord to the power cord connection (6) and a standard household power outlet.
• Setthechargingswitchto“on”position.TheredLEDontheswitchlightsup.Theinternalbatterywillbecharged.
• Chargethe battery beforerst usefor 3.5hours. Oncethe battery ischarged, setthe chargingswitch to“off”
position. The red LED goes out.
When the battery is charged, you can operate the product without the power cord.

10. Inserting/replacing batteries (remote control)
• Remove the battery compartment lid from the back of the remote control.
• Insert 2 AAA batteries and heed correct polarity. Heed correct polarity as indicated in the battery compartment.
• Close the battery compartment.
Change the batteries when the product no longer responds to commands from the remote control.
Aim the IR transmitter (10) always directly at the IR receiver (17).
Ensure that the IR receiver is not obstructed.
Place the remote control in the storage compartment (1), when you do not use it.
11. Operation
• Press the on/off switch (12, 13), to turn on the product. All 5 fans are operating. All 3 LED indicators (16) are lit
green.
• Press the oscillation button (9, 15) to oscillate the product. Press the button again to stop the oscillation.
• Press the power level button (11, 14) to determine the number of active fans.

• Turn off the product after use.
• Disconnect the power plug from the outlet when not using the product for a long time.
12. Cleaning and care
Under no circumstances use aggressive cleanings agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions
since these can penetrate the housing or impair functionality.
• Turn off the product before cleaning and unplug the power cord.
• Cleantheproductwithadry,bre-freecloth.
• If you do not use the product for a long time, store it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place.
13. Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste. At the end
of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines. Remove any
inserted (rechargeable) batteries and dispose of them separately from the product.

b) (Rechargeable) batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used (rechargeable) batteries.
Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited.
Contaminated (rechargeable) batteries are labelled with this symbol to indicate that disposal in the
domestic waste is forbidden. The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg =
Mercury,Pb=Lead(nameon(rechargeable)batteries,e.g.belowthetrashiconontheleft).
Used (rechargeable) batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or wherever
(rechargeable) batteries are sold.
