Betriebsanleitung
1. Entfernen Sie losen Schmutz von der zu
reinigenden Fläche (brsten o. saugen).
2. Drehen Sie den grnen Kipphebel
in die senkrechte Position, um die
im Becher befindliche (Reinigungs-)
Flssigkeit zuzuschalten.
3. Wichtig: Halten Sie mit der
Reinigungstlle nur 1-3 cm Abstand
von der zu reinigenden Fläche und
unter einem Winkel von 45 Grad.
4. Drcken Sie den „Abzug“ voll
durch; bewegen Sie der Der Black
PIK langsam und kreisförmig ber
die zu reinigende Fläche.
5. Drehen Sie den grnen Kipphebel
auf die waagerechte Position „air
only“. Drcken Sie den Abzug und
trocknen die gereinigte Fläche.
6. Zum Entfernen von eventuell verbliebener
Feuchtigkeit, wischen Sie mit einem
trockenen Tuch ber die gereinigte Fläche.
Pflege und instandhaltung
• So reinigen Sie die Tlle: Drehen
Sie den grnen Kontrollschalter auf
die waagerechte Position „air only“,
halten Sie die Reinigungsdse in einen
Eimer mit klarem Wasser und drcken
Sie den Abzug voll durch, um den
Schmutz von der Dse zu entfernen.
• Ersetzen Sie beschädigte Teil sofort (fr Ihre
eigene Sicherheit). Der Trichter, Drehmotor
und die Dichtungen sind Verschleißteile.
• Sie sollen die Schläuche und
den Ansaugschlauch nach
jeder Verwendung splen.
• Wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen,
Sie es reparieren oder Teile ersetzen
möchten, sollen Sie die Pressluftzufuhr
abschalten und das Gerät abschalten.
Benötigte Luftmenge:
Zur optimalen Leistungsentfaltung benötigt
der Booster Black einen konstanten Luftdruck
max 6,5 bar.
Konstante Luftmengen variieren
abhangig von der Kompressorgröße
und -Leistung. Vergewissern
Się sich immer, dass der Tank
und die Luftschläuche frei von
Verunreinigungen jeglicher Art sind.

Bitte beachten Sie folgende Sicherheitshinweise:
• Der Der Black PIK vverursacht einen erheblichen Schalldruck. Tragen Sie bitte einen
geeigneten Gehörschutz, um gesundheitsschädlichen Lärm zu vermeiden.
• Beim Arbeiten mit dem Der Black PIK kkönnen kleine Teile hochgewirbelt werden:
Tragen Sie bitte eine Schutzbrille, um Verletzungen der Augen zu vermeiden.
• Der Der Black PIK zerstäubt die Reinigungsflssigkeiten sehr fein. Um gesundheitliche
Schäden beim Einatmen zu vermeiden, tragen Sie bitte einen entsprechenden Atemschutz.
• Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass alle im Raum eine schlagfeste
Schutzbrille oder Gesichtsmaske tragen.
• Der Der Black PIK nur in gut belfteter Umgebung benutzen.
• Betreiben Sie den Der Black PIK mit maximal 6,5 bar. Bei einem
niedrigeren Druck wird das Gerät nicht funktionieren.
• Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel, die säurehaltig, alkalisch und/ oder leicht
entflammbar sind. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Neutralreiniger !
• Bei zu verdnnenden Reinigungsflssigkeiten halten Sie sich stets an die
Hersteller-Vorgaben, um das Mischungsverhältnis zu bestimmen.
• Richten Sie den Der Black PIK niemals auf Gesicht oder Körper.
• Bewahren Sie den Der Black PIK nicht in Reichweite von Kindern auf.
• Rutschen, Stolpern und Hinfallen sind die hauptsächlichen Verletzungs-
und Todesursachen. Gutes Licht und eine freie Arbeitsflächen
sind wichtig; z.B. keinen Schlauch herumliegen lassen.
• Bedienungs- und Wartungspersonal mssen körperlich imstande
sein, das Gewicht und die Kraft des Gerats zu bewältigen. Außerdem,
achten Sie darauf, dass Się auf festem Boden stehen.
• Der Der Black PIK darf nicht in explosionsgefahrdeten Bereichen verwendet werden
und da er nicht isoliert ist, darf er nicht mit Elektrizität in Berhrung kommen.
• Bitte achten Się darauf, dass Dauerbetrieb Metallermdung verursachen kann.
Wir empfehlen, grundsätzlich keine sicherheitsrelevanten Bauteile, wie z.B. Sicherheitsgurte,
elektrische oder elektronische Baugruppen mit dem Der Black PIK zu reinigen!

Operating Instructions
1. Remove loose dirt from the surface you
wish to clean (brush or vacuum clean)
2. Turn the green rocker lever into
the vertical position to activate the
(cleaning) liquid in the bottle.
3. Important: Hold the cleaning spout
at a distance of only 1-3 cm from
the surface you are cleaning and
at an angle of approx. 45°.
4. Press the “trigger” all the way; move the
cleaning gun slowly in circular motions
over the surface you are cleaning.
5. Turn the green rocker lever into
the horizontal “air only” position,
press the trigger and dry the
surface you have cleaned.
6. To remove any remaining moisture, wipe
the cleaned surface with a dry cloth.
Care and maintenance
after use
• Clean the spout as follows: Turn the green
switch to the horizontal “air only” position,
hold the cleaning nozzle in a bucket and
press the trigger all the way in order to
remove any soiling from the nozzle.
• Replace damaged parts immediately for
your own safety. The rotating-set, nozzle,
hoses and gaskets are consumable parts.
• In addition, you need to flush the hoses
and the suction filter after every use.
• Always shut off air supply, drain hose of air
pressure and disconnect the tool from the
air supply, when not in use, before changing
accessories or when making repairs.
Required air rate: To perform as its full
potential, the Black PIK requires a constant air
pressure max. 6.5 bar

You must observe the following points in the interest of your own safety!!!
Safety instructions:
• The Black PIK creates considerable noise pressure. Please wear hearing
protection in order to avoid noise which can be damaging to your health.
• When working with the cleaning gun, small parts may be whirled into
the air: Wear protective goggles to prevent eye injuries.
• The cleaning gun nebulises the cleaning liquid very finely. To prevent health
hazards from inhalation, wear appropriate respiratory protection.
• Ensure all others in the area are wearing impact-resistant eye goggles and face masks.
• Only use this device in ventilated spaces.
• Never operate the Black PIK with more than 6.5 bar.
• Do not use cleaning agents which are acidic, alkali and/or inflammable.
We recommend the use of neutral cleaning agents.
• When using cleaning fluids which need to be diluted, always strictly observe
the manufacturer’s instructions to make sure the mixture is correct.
• Never point the cleaning gun towards the face or body of you or anyone else.
• Keep the cleaning guń out of the reach of children.
• To reduce risk of injury, everyone using, installing, repairing, maintaining,
changing accessories on, or working near this tool must read and
understand these instructions before performing any such task.
• This tool and its accessories must not be modified in any way.
• Air pressure below the recommended minimum will not work.
• Always shut off the air hose, the toll from the air, when not in use,
before changing accessories or when making repairs.
• Never direct compressed air at yourself or anyone else.
• Hoses can whiplash and cause serious injury. Always check
for damaged or loose hoses and fittings.
• Do not exceed maximum air pressure of 6.5 bar or as stated on the name plate.
• Slipping, tripping and falling are the main causes of serious injury or death. Good
light and clear work surfaces are essential; e.g. Do not leave hoses lying around.
• Operators and maintenance personnel must be physically able to handle the bulk, weight and
power of this tool. In addition, make sure you are well balanced and have secure footing.
• This tool is not intended for use in explosive atmospheres and is
not insulated for contact with electric power sources.
• Be aware that prolonged use may cause metal fatigue.
We recommend you never clean any safety-related components, e.g. safety belts, electrical or
electronic modules, with this cleaning gun.

Instrukcja obsługi
1. Usuń brud z powierzchni, którą chcesz
wyczyścić (pędzlem lub odkurzaczem)
2. Przekręć zielone pokrętło w
pozycję pionową, aby rozpocząć
korzystanie ze sprzętu.
3. Ważne: Aby uzyskać najlepsze wyniki,
należy trzymać dyszę wylewki w
odległości 1-3 cm od czyszczonej
powierzchni pod kątem ok. 45°.
4. Naciśnij spust wyzwalacza a następnie
skieruj dyszę na czyszczoną powierzchnię.
W trakcie pracy poruszaj powoli
pistoletem okrężnymi ruchami.
5. Przekręć zielone pokrętło do pozycji
poziomej, naciśnij spust aby wysuszyć
czyszczoną powierzchnię.
6. Aby usunąć pozostałą wilgoć, wytrzeć
czyszczoną powierzchnię suchą szmatką.
Eksploatacja i konserwacja
• Aby oczyścić dyszę: przekręć zawór
(zielona dźwigienka) w pozycję poziomą
(tylko powietrze), trzymaj dyszę czyszczącą
w wiadrze i naciśnij spust do końca w
celu usunięcia resztek zabrudzeń.
• Wymienić uszkodzone części natychmiast
dla własnego bezpieczeństwa. Zestaw
części obrotowych, dysze, wężyki i
uszczelki są częściami eksploatacyjnymi.
• Ponadto, trzeba przepłukać przewody
i filtr ssania po każdym użyciu.
• Zawsze odciąć dopływ powietrza, opróżnić
wąż z powietrza i odłączyć narzędzie od
zasilania, gdy nie są używane. Należy
to zrobić przed wymianą akcesoriów
lub przy wykonywaniu napraw.
Wymagana ilość powietrza:
Aby w pełni wykorzystać możliwości

Wskazówki:
• Urządzenie w trakcie pracy, może generować charakterystyczny wysoki szum. Należy
nosić słuchawki, aby uniknąć hałasu, który może być szkodliwy dla zdrowia.
• Podczas pracy urządzenia, małe drobiny mogą wirować w powietrzu:

• Pistolet do czyszczenia w trakcie pracy powoduje unoszenie się w

• Operator sprzętu musi być w stanie fizycznie obsłużyć urządzenie biorąc pod uwagę,
wagę i moc sprzętu. Zadbaj o równowagę i stabilny grunt w tracie pracy.
• Narzędzie nie jest przeznaczone do użytku w przestrzeniach zagrożonych
wybuchem i nie jest izolowany do kontaktu ze źródłami energii elektrycznej.
• Należy pamiętać, że długotrwałe stosowanie może powodować zmęczenie metalu.

przygotowania, użytych środkach czyszczących oraz aplikacji, które mogą mieć wpływ na efekt
końcowy. W informacjach pisemnych oraz ustnych jakie kierujemy do Użytkowników urządzenia
staramy się przekazać najważniejsze wskazówki, które są wynikiem zebranych przez Nas doświadczeń.
Jednakże ze względu na wielorakość zastosowań i sposobów użycia instrukcja ta nie może stanowić
