DEAR CUSTOMER,
Thank you for choosing our mobile phone. By reading this instruction manual before using your
phone, you will gain a good understanding of the phone's key functions.
This phone is designed for 2G, 3G, and 4G cellular networks. It is enabled by KaiOS. In addition to
the basic calling and messaging functions, it allows you to use the phone book, ringtones, clock/
alarm, calendar, Voice Assistant, Facebook, WhatsApp, video player, camera, FM radio, web browser,
and more.
This phone meets the 2G, 3G, and 4G standards and has been certied by all relevant organisations
worldwide.
Please note that the contents of this instruction manual are subject to change without prior notice.

Left soft key
Press to select the item displayed in the lower-left corner of the
screen. The following are the common use cases:
 Press to open Notices (e.g. notifications for received messages)
from the home screen.
Press to add a new event, contact, or message.
 Press to cancel the current action or return to the previous screen.
Right soft key
Press to select the item displayed in the lower-right corner of the
screen.
The following are the common use cases:
Press to open Contacts from the home screen.
Press to view the Options for the highlighted item.

Press to select the item displayed in lower centre of the screen.
The following are the common use cases:
Press to open the App List (MENU) from the home screen.
Press to select or open the highlighted item in a list.
Press and hold to launch the Voice Assistant.
Camera key
Press to open the Camera app from the home screen and take
pictures or record videos.
Receiver Lets you hear the caller and voice prompts or messages.
External screen
Displays the date, time, battery level, notications for incoming
calls or messages, etc.
Volume keys (up and down)
Press to adjust the ringtone and media volume.
Press to adjust the receiver volume during a phone call.
Press to turn on the external screen when the phone is closed.
Micro-USB port Allows you to charge the battery and transfer data to or from
another device.

3.5 mm headset jack
Allows you to plug in the supplied wired earbuds with a microphone
or other earphones for hands-free conversations or listening to
music.
Flip-opening cover
Open the cover to reveal the keypad to dial a number or answer an
incoming call (if this answer mode has been turned on in Settings).
Close the cover to end a call.
International call prex key
To make an international call, enter a +, followed by the country
code and the desired number without the 0 at the beginning.
To enter a +, double-press .

Press to dial "1".
Press and hold to connect to your voicemail.
Press to dial "#".
Press to change the input method in edit mode.
Press and hold to toggle between vibrate only and ring modes
from the home screen.
4. GETTING STARTED
The topics in this section will help you prepare your phone, battery, micro-SIM card, microSD card (required
for camera & multimedia functions), and charger.
WARNINGS:
 Your device and its accessories are not toys. They may contain small parts. Keep
them out of the reach of small children.
 Do not let children use the device and/or play with the device and accessories
without supervision.
Inserting an accessory into the incorrect jack/port may damage the phone.
The mains adaptor is the cuto system for electrical supply to the device. The power socket must
be close to the device and easily accessible.
4.1 Removing or attaching the back cover
The groove in the lower-left corner of the back of the phone can be used to remove the back cover.
With a ngernail or an opening tool, pry open the edge of the back cover and pull it up to remove it.
After the battery is inserted, replace the back cover as shown below. Firmly press all corners of the
back cover until it is fully xed in place.

4.2 Removing or inserting the battery
Remove the back cover before removing or inserting the battery.
To remove the battery, insert a fingernail or an opening tool into the gap in the upper-right corner
and lift the battery.
 To insert the battery, point the battery contacts downwards towards the contact points of the
battery compartment. Click the battery into place and attach the back cover.
Note: This mobile phone is intended to be used with the supplied battery only.
4.3 Inserting or removing the micro-SIM card and microSD card
To use all your mobile phone services you must subscribe to a mobile network that will provide you
with a micro-SIM card assigned with a unique mobile number. To make phone calls, a valid micro-
SIM card must be inserted.
Power o the phone and remove the back cover and
battery before inserting or removing the micro-SIM
card or microSD card.
To insert a micro-SIM card into the card slot, slide
it in with the gold-coloured contacts facing down
and the bevelled edge pointing at the right side.
 To insert a microSD card, with a ngernail, slide the
metal cover to the right to unlock and pull it up. Put
a microSD card into the card slot. Finally, close the
metal cover and slide it to the left to lock it.
WARNING: Do not bend or scratch your micro-SIM card. Avoid exposing your micro-
SIM card to static electricity, water, or dirt. If you lose the card, contact your network
operator immediately.
4.4 Charging the battery
For the first and subsequent uses, charge the phone battery until it
is fully charged. The icon is displayed in the upper-right corner of
the main screen as well as the external screen. The icon means
that the battery is low.
Insert the small plug of the charging cable into the charging port at
the bottom of the phone. Insert the big plug into the USB port of the
supplied adaptor, a power bank, or a powered computer. Charging will
start automatically. The icon will be displayed once the battery is
fully charged. Unplug the adapter and disconnect it from the phone
when you see this icon.

 You can also charge your phone using the charging cradle. Insert the small plug of the charging
cable into the charging port on the back of the cradle. Insert the power plug into a power socket.
Place the closed phone in the cradle and ensure the phone's external screen faces towards the
front of the cradle. The icon will be displayed once the battery is fully charged. Remove the
phone from the cradle and unplug the adapter when you see this icon.
To extend the battery life, you can turn on power saving mode when the phone is not being charged.
To do so, go to MENU > Settings > Device > Battery > Power Saving Mode and select On.
NOTES:
 When a travel charger and its accessories are used to charge the battery, please check if they are
original or recognised by the original manufacturer. Using other accessories can damage your
mobile phone and present a risk.
Always use the accessories indoors and in a dry place.
Do not throw the battery into a fire. Damaged batteries can cause an explosion.
Refer to the detailed safety instructions concerning the precautions for use of the battery.
 Do not leave the battery connected to a charger for longer than 12 hours. Overcharging may
shorten its life.
5. EXTERNAL SCREEN
The S760 comes with an integrated external screen which allows you to quickly view the details of
an incoming call, see if any messages or notications have been received, and see if any phone calls
have been missed.
To turn on the external screen when the phone cover is closed, press either of the volume keys on
the left-hand side of the phone. The screen will also automatically turn on for a limited time to alert
you when a notication is received.
When the screen is on, you will be presented with the time and date, as well as the battery level and
the name of the network operator you are using. The external screen automatically turns o when
the main screen turns on.

6. INITIAL SETUP
6.1 Powering On / O your phone
 Before powering on your phone, make sure you have charged its battery. To power on your phone,
long press until the main screen turns on. If passwords are required to unlock the phone and/
or micro-SIM card, enter them correctly using the keypad. Once unlocked, the phone shows you
the home screen.
To power off your phone, long press and then select Power Off from the list of options.

6.2 Set-up wizard
When your phone is turned on for the rst time, you will be guided by the set-up wizard.
This wizard allows to you make some basic settings such as language. It also allows you to connect
your phone to a Wi-Fi network. All settings you make in the wizard can be modied later in Settings.
At the end, the wizard shows you a few handy tips for using the phone.
6.3 Entering the PIN code
If a micro-SIM card is installed and it is secured, your phone will request the PIN (Personal Identication
Number) code. In this case, please use the keypad to enter the PIN code and select OK to conrm.
Notes:
-You have only 3 attempts to enter the PIN code every time you switch on your phone. Restarting
the phone will allow you to get another 3 attempts. If you enter the wrong PIN code 3 times in a row,
the micro-SIM card will be locked and can only be unlocked with the associated PUK (Personal
Unblocking Key) code.
-If the PUK code was not provided to you, please contact your mobile service provider. If you enter
the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, the micro-SIM card will be permanently locked and you will
lose all data stored in it.
To set a PIN code for the installed micro-SIM card, go to MENU > Settings > Network & Connectivity
> SIM Manager > SIM Security > SIM PIN, select On, enter a number (4 to 8 digits long) using
the keypad, and select Done.
To change the PIN code for the installed micro-SIM card, go to MENU > Settings > Network &
Connectivity > SIM Manager > SIM Security > Change SIM PIN, enter the current PIN code and
a new PIN code the using the keypad, and select Done.
6.4 Home screen
The home screen acts as your principal interface with the phone. From this screen, you can access
the phone's major functions using a number of shortcuts, which is illustrated below.
Tip: To return to the home screen, press one or more times.

7.1 Entering and editing text
When your phone is in edit mode, the default input method is English letter.
Press the key to cycle through Abc, abc, ABC, 123, and Predictive input modes.
 For normal text input, press a number key (2-9) repeatedly until the desired character is displayed.
If the character you want is entered by the same key as the previous character, press that key after
the little line below the previous character disappears.
To enter a space, press the 0key.
To move the cursor left or right one step at a time, press the left or right navigation key. Press the
up and down navigation keys to move the cursor to the start and end of the line respectively.
 To delete the already entered characters or symbols, press to delete anything before the cursor
one at a time or long press the key to delete all entered text at once.
 To quickly enter a common punctuation mark in "Abc/abc/ABC" input mode, press the 1key to
cycle through the common punctuation marks until the desired punctuation mark is highlighted.
 To enter a symbol (including punctuation mark) or emoji, press the key to display the symbol/
emoji table, press the navigation keys to highlight the desired symbol/emoji, and press
OK
.
Alternatively, press the key associated with the desired symbol/emoji when the symbol/emoji table
is visible. To view the next page of the symbol/emoji table, press the right soft key . To toggle
between symbols and emojis when the symbol/emoji table is visible, press the left soft key .
7.2 Carousel launcher
The carousel launcher allows quick access to a preset list of ve frequently used apps (WhatsApp,
Facebook, Voice Assistant, Maps, and YouTube).
To access an app using the carousel launcher, press the left navigation key from the home screen,
press the up or down navigation key to select an app from the list, and press
OK
.

To open the App List (MENU), press
OK
from the home screen.
After opening the Settings app, press the left or right navigation key to view dierent categories
of settings (Network & Connectivity, Personalisation, etc.).
9.1 Language
To change the language, follow the steps below:
Go to MENU > Settings > Personalisation > Language > Language (current language name),
and then select the desired language.
9.2 Date and time
By default, your phone automatically synchronizes its date and time with those of a time server. So,
in most cases, there is no need for you to manually set or adjust its date and time.
If you want to manually adjust your phone's date and time, follow the steps below:
1. Go to MENU > Settings > Personalisation > Date & Time.
2. Select Auto Sync and then select Off.
3. Select Date, and set and save a date.
4. Select Time, and set and save a time.
5. Select a new time zone if needed.
9.3 Sounds
To adjust the Volume of the built-in speaker, use either of the methods below:
-Press the up or down volume key on the left side of the phone to adjust the volume for ringtones
& alerts.
-Go to MENU > Settings > Personalisation > Sound > Volume. Select Media, Ringtones &
Alerts,or Alarm and then press the left or right navigation key to adjust the volume for the selected
audio type.
To change the Ringtone, follow the steps below:
1. Go to MENU > Settings > Personalisation > Sound > Tones > Ringtones.
2. Select a ringtone from the list.
3. Press
OK
to confirm the selected ringtone.
9.4 Display
To change the screen wallpaper, go to MENU > Settings > Personalisation > Display >Wallpaper
and select a picture.
To adjust the screen brightness,go to MENU > Settings > Personalisation > Display > Brightness
and select a desired brightness by pressing the left or right navigation key.
To adjust the view of MENU,go to MENU > Options and select List View, Single View (bigger
icons), or Grid View.
9.5 Quick settings
When the home screen is visible, you can press the up navigation key to open quick settings
and make the following settings:
1. Toggle between screen Brightness levels (10%, 40%, 70%, and 100%)
2. Turn on or off the Aeroplane Mode
3. Enable or disable Wi-Fi
4. Enable or disable Cellular Data

5. Enable or disable Bluetooth
6. Open the Clock app
7. Toggle between Ring, Vibrate, and Silent modes
8. Adjust the volume for Ringtone & Alerts by pressing the left or right navigation key
Note: To perform all the above actions except the last one, conrm by pressing
OK
.
10. VOICE ASSISTANT
A Voice Assistant is preinstalled on this phone and can help you enter text by voice, search for
information online, translate words and sentences, make notes and calendar appointments, change
settings of your phones, and so on.
Note: Ensure your phone is connected to the internet before activating the Voice Assistant. When
your phone is oine, the Voice Assistant will not work.
-To activate the Voice Assistant, press and hold the Voice Assistant key

-Once activated, the Voice Assistant automatically enters the listening mode. When listening mode
is active, speak clearly to give your instruction. The Voice Assistant will then dictate your voice to
text and process the information.
-When the Voice Assistant is in the listening mode, you can press the left soft key to return to its
home screen, where you can view help information and change its settings. When you are on its
home screen, you can press
OK
and speak to it.
11. CONTACTS
11.1 Contact list
The Contacts app stores your contact list. Your contact list is where you save contact information
for the people you know, including their names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
To open the Contacts app, use either of the following methods:
-Press the right soft key from the home screen.
-Go to MENU > Contacts.
Tips:
-When the contact list is empty or an existing contact is highlighted, press the left soft key to
create a new contact.
-When the contact list is not empty, press the down or up navigation key to highlight an existing
contact.
-Press
OK
to view the highlighted contact's details.
-Press the right soft key to view the available options for the highlighted contact.
11.2 Adding a contact
To add a contact, follow the steps below:
1. Press the left soft key when the contact list is empty or an existing contact is highlighted.
2. Press the down or up navigation key to highlight either Phone memory or SIM memory as the
location for storing the new contact and press
OK
.
3. On the New Contact screen, enter the contact's details including first name, last name, mobile
phone, and personal e-mail. Press the down or up navigation key to move from one input eld to
another. To view the available options for the current input eld or to add other details (e.g. birthday,
picture, and ringtone), press the right soft key .
4. Press
OK
to save the new contact.
Tip: None of the input elds on the New Contact screen is mandatory. As long as you have provided
at least one detail (e.g. mobile phone) of the contact, you are allowed to save the contact.

11.3 Searching for a contact
To search for a contact, follow the steps below:
1. Ensure the Search input field at the top is highlighted. Press the up or down navigation key to
highlight this field if needed.
2. Enter a keyword using the keypad or Voice Assistant. The keyword is case-insensitive and must
be a contact's first/last name, mobile phone, or personal e-mail, or a starting part of one of these
details. If there are one or more contacts whose details match the keyword, they will appear below
the Search input field. If no contact was found with the keyword, "No match found." is displayed
below the Search input field.
3. If one or more contacts were found, press the down navigation key to highlight a contact in the
list and press
OK
to view the contact's details.
11.4 Editing the contact
To edit a contact, follow the steps below:
1. Press the down or up navigation key to highlight the contact.
2. Press the right soft key and select Edit contact.
3. Make changes to the contact's details.
4. Press
OK
to save the changes.
11.5 Deleting contacts
To delete contacts, follow the steps below:
1. Press the down or up navigation key to highlight any contact.
2. Press the right soft key and select Delete contacts.
3. Select one or more contacts to be deleted.
4. Press the right soft key twice.
11.6 Contact settings
To view the list of contact settings that are available, use either of the following methods:
-Press the right soft key when the contact list is empty.
-Press the right soft key and select Settings (last item) from the list of the options when an
existing contact is highlighted.
The following contacts settings are available:
Setting Description
Memory
Choose to use the Phone memory, the SIM memory, or both to display and
create contacts.
The default choice is Phone and SIM.
Sort contacts Choose to sort the contacts by rst name or last name.
The default choice is Sort by rst name.
SOS View and change the SOS settings.

Set Speed Dial View and change the speed dial settings.
For more info, see "13.3 Speed dial" on page 15.
Favorite contacts
View and change your favorite contacts.
-You can add up to 5 contacts stored in your phone memory as your favorite
contacts for quicker access to them via the Contacts app.
-Once you have added at least one favorite contact, a special folder named
Favorite contacts containing your favorite contacts will appear at the top of
your contact list.
Note: Only contacts stored in your phone memory can be added as favorite
contacts.

Create Group
Create a contact group.
-Once you have created at least one contact group, a folder named Group
containing your contact groups will appear at the top of your contact list
(below Favorite contacts if it exists).
-A contact group helps to organise contacts.
-To add a contact to a contact group, open the contact group, press the left
soft key , and select a contact from your contact list.
Note: Only contacts stored in your phone memory can be added to contact
groups.
Block Contacts
View and change your blocked contacts.
-Your phone will not receive phone calls and messages from your blocked
contacts.
-After you have selected Block Contacts, you can add a blocked contact by
pressing the left soft key , entering any phone number, and pressing the
right soft key . If the entered phone number belongs to a contact in your
contact list, that contact's name will appear below the blocked contact number
after the number is added.
-To unblock a contact, press the down or up navigation key to highlight it and
press the right soft key .
Note: You can also block or unblock a contact while viewing its details by
selecting Options > Block this number/Unblock this number.
Import contacts
Import contacts from the Memory card (microSD card), Gmail, or Outlook.
-Import from the Memory card (microSD card): Before using this option, ensure
you have installed a microSD card in your phone and you have previously
exported part or all of your contacts to the card. To start the import, select
Memory card and your phone will automatically import all contacts previously
exported to the microSD card.
-Import from Gmail: Before using this option, ensure you have created a Gmail
account, added contacts to your account, and connected your phone to the
internet. After you choose this option, follow the onscreen instructions to
complete the import.
-Import from Outlook: Before using this option, ensure you have created a
Microsoft Outlook account, added contacts to your account, and connected
your phone to the internet. After you choose this option, follow the onscreen
instructions to complete the import.
Note: You should use Import contacts with care. Importing contacts that
already exist in your contact list will create duplicates in the list.
Export contacts
Export part or all of your contacts to the Memory card (microSD card) or a
Bluetooth device.
-Export to the Memory card (microSD card): Before using this option, ensure
you have installed a microSD card in your phone and the card has enough free
space. To start the export, select Memory card, select one or more contacts
to be exported, and press the right soft key .
-Export to a Bluetooth device: This option is enabled only after you have
connected your phone to a Bluetooth device. After you choose this option,
follow the onscreen instructions to complete the export.
Notes:
-Export contacts will be disabled when your contact list is empty.
-You should use Export contacts with care. Exporting contacts that already
exist in the target device will create duplicates in the resulting contact list le
on the target device.

Add Account
Set up a Google or Exchange ActiveSync account on your phone.
-After you add your Google or Exchange ActiveSync account, you can sync
your emails, contacts, calendars, reminders, and notes with your phone.
-Before adding an account, ensure you have created the account and connected
your phone to the internet.
-Add a Google account: After you choose this option, follow the onscreen
instructions to complete adding your account.
-Add an Exchange ActiveSync account: After you choose this option, follow
the onscreen instructions to complete adding your account.
12. SOS
The SOS function allows you to set up to 5 contacts to be your emergency contacts, who will be
notied when you require assistance from them.
To turn on this function, go to MENU > Contacts >Options > Settings > SOS > SOS setting and
select On.
The default SOS message is "Please help me!" To change the SOS message, go to MENU >
Contacts >Options > Settings > SOS, press the down navigation key twice, enter the message,
and press the left soft key to save the message.
To add an emergency contact, go to MENU > Contacts >Options > Settings > SOS > SOS
number, select a number marked "Empty" from the list, press the right soft key , and select a
contact from your contact list. You can add up to 5 emergency contacts saved in the phone memory.
Notes:
-Only contacts saved in the phone memory may be added as emergency contacts.
-We recommend that you obtain approval from your contacts before adding them as your emergency
contacts.
-The SOS function can be activated only when your phone has a valid micro-SIM card installed and
is on. If your phone is open, the SOS function can be activated only when your phone is displaying
the home screen. If your phone is closed, it can be activated whether the external screen is on or
o.
To activate the SOS function, ensure your phone is on and press and hold the SOS button on the
back of your phone for 5 seconds.
-Your phone will start calling your emergency contacts one by one starting from the rst one until a
call is answered or you press to deactivate the SOS function.
-Your phone will send an SOS message to each contact it calls.
-For each contact it calls, your phone will keep calling for less than 10 seconds before trying the
next emergency contact.
-If none of your emergency contacts answers the call, your phone will restart calling your emergency
contacts one by one starting from the rst one.
-In case you activate the SOS function by mistake, you can deactivate it by pressing .

13.1 Placing a call and ending a call
To call a phone number that is not in your contact list, return to the home screen, use the keypad to
dial the desired number, and press .
Tips:
-If you dial the wrong number, delete the incorrect digits by pressing .
-You can save the dialed number to your contact list by selecting Options > Create New Contact.
To call a phone number that is in your contact list, go to MENU > Contacts,select the desired
contact from your contact list, and press .
To end a call, press .
13.2 Answering / declining a call
To answer a call when your phone rings or vibrates, press or the left soft key .
To decline a call when your phone rings or vibrates, press or the right soft key .
Tips:
-To mute the ringtone of an incoming call, press either of the volume keys on the left side of your
phone.
-You can adjust the volume of your receiver during a call by pressing the volume keys on the left
side of your phone.
13.3 Speed dial
Speed dial is a function that allows you to place a call by pressing a single key. This function is
particularly useful for phone users who dial certain phone numbers on a regular basis.
You can assign speed dial phone numbers to these keys: 2to 9, M1, and M2. Note that only phone
numbers of contacts saved in the phone memory may be assigned.
To place a call using speed dial, use either of the methods below:
-From the home screen, press M1 or M2 to call the assigned phone number.
-From the home screen, press and hold a number key (2- 9) to call the assigned phone number.
To assign a speed dial phone number to a key, use either of the methods below:
Method 1:
1. Go to MENU >Contacts >Options > Settings >Set Speed Dial.
2. Select a number key (2- 9), M1, or M2 from the list.
3. Press the right soft key .
4. Choose a contact from the contact list and press
OK
to assign its phone number.
Method 2:
You can use this method to assign a speed dial phone number to a number key (2- 9), M1, or M2
with no speed dial phone number assigned.
1. Return to the home screen.
2. Short press M1 or M2, or press and hold a number key (2- 9).
3. Press the right soft key when the confirmation appears.
4. Choose a contact from the contact list and press
OK
to assign its phone number.
