ENERAL INFORMATION
The SF120 is a ire alarm siren designed to emit sound and
light signals when triggered o by a ire noti ication system.
The SF120 consists o a board placed in a box with a lid.
The sound emitter is a piezo-electric type and the light
indicator is a xenon lamp o high luminous intensity. The
lid o the box is o ABS, very strong and contemporary
design. The requency o the sound emitted by the siren is
within the range o 3,1 - 3,7 kHz. The blinking requency
o the light indicator is 0,5Hz +/- 20%.
INSTALLATION
Preliminary Preparation
Dismantle the box be ore attempting to install the siren.
First undo the two ront screws on the plastic lid and then
pull out the lid itsel .
Use the master orm on the back o the cardboard box to
make the necessary openings (three in all) on the wall
where the siren will be mounted.
Mounting and Connecting
Fix the metal bottom o the siren to the wall with adequate
screws.
Connect the two conductors rom the ire noti ication
station to the clamps as shown in Fig. 1.
Place the terminating resistor on the siren clamps.
Completing Installation
Replace the plastic lid. Fix the lid to the metal bottom
with the help of the face screws.
