ASSEMBLY AND USE
BLENDER AND WHISK
The blender and the whisk are both hand
held appliances.
To attach the motor:
$Makesurethemotor isunplugged.

$Push the attachment against the motor and rotate the
motorclockwise to lockthe motor andthe attachment.
$Make sure the attachment is firmly locked to the motor
beforeuse.
$Now plug in the whisk or hand blender and switch
the power on at the mains socket to use the
appliance.
To detach the motor:
$Unplugthe appliance.
$Hold the motor in one hand and the attachment in the
other. Rotate the motor anti-clockwise to separate the

Using the hand blender
Introducethe blender intothe food beforeswitching it onto avoid splashing.
Press and hold down the appropriate button to switch the blender on. Release the button to switch the unit off.
Use the slow speed where possible especially when you commence blending or if you are smoothing out lumps
or reducing food to a puree. The high speed can be used as a finishing touch or when a particularly fine mix is

Using the whisk
Youmayuse thesupplied measuring jugto whiskingredients such asegg white,light batters, cream etc. Ifyou
arewhisking egg white,the jug willaccommodate two eggwhites - usea largebowlfor extra amounts.
Press and hold down the appropriate button to switch on. Introduce the whisk into the food before switching it

ASSEMBLING AND USING THE CHOPPPER
$Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level and stable
surface.
$Hold the blade assembly by the stem and insert the blade
ontothe spindle.
$Placefood into thechopper bowl.
Remove bones from meat, stones from fruit, etc. and cut the
foodinto small piecesbefore you placethe food intothe bowl.

$Attach theLid on thechopper bowl.
$Locate the lid over the blade spindle and align the slots in
thelid with themounting lugs inthe bowl.
$Turnthe lid clockwiseuntil it locksinto position.
$Makesurethe motor isunplugged.
$Insertthe motor into thehole in thechopper lid.
$Hold the motor in one hand and the chopper bowl in the
other.Rotate the motorclockwise to lockit to thechopper.
$Make sure the motor and the chopper lid are firmly locked
inplace before use.
$Nowplug in theappliance and switchthe power on.

To disassemble the chopper
$Unplugthe appliance.
$Hold the motor in one hand and the chopper in the other.
