Das testo 510 ist ein Differenzdruck-Messgerät. Üblicher
Verwendungszweck ist die Messung kleiner Differenzdrücke (z. B.
Filterdurchlässigkeit prüfen), Gasfließdruckmessung, Feinzug-
messung sowie Strömungsmessung mit Staurohr.

Erste Schritte
²Batterien eeinlegen:
1Batteriefach öffnen: Batteriedeckel nach unten schieben.
2Batterien (2x 1,5V Typ AAA) einlegen. Polung beachten!
3Batteriefach schließen: Batteriedeckel aufschieben.
²Grundeinstellungen vvornehmen ((Konfigurationsmodus):
Einstellbare Funktionen
· Druck-/Strömungseinheit: hPa, mbar, Pa, mmH2O, mmHg, psi, inH2O, inHG,
m/s, fpm
· Nur bei Auswahl einer Strömungseinheit:
Dichte des Mediums (Density): Blinkende Ziffer mit einstellen, mit zur
nächsten Ziffer wechseln.
· Auto off-Funktion: OFF (aus), ON (an, Gerät schaltet 10min nach letzter Tasten-
betätigung automatisch aus)
1Beim Einschalten des Geräts gedrückt halten, bis im
Display und erscheint (Konfigurationsmodus).
- Die einstellbare Funktion wird angezeigt. Die aktuelle
Einstellung blinkt.
2( ) mehrmals drücken, bis die gewünschte Einstellung
blinkt.
3( ) drücken, um die Eingabe zu bestätigen.
4Schritte 2und 3für alle Funktionen wiederholen.
- Das Gerät wechselt in den Messmodus.

Produkt verwenden
Zur Durchführung einer Strömungsmessung müssen Dichte-
einheit und Dichtewert korrekt eingestellt sein, siehe Kapitel
‘Erste Schritte’, Abschnitt ‘Grundeinstellungen vornehmen
(Konfigurationsmodus)’.
²Gerät eeinschalten:

- Der Messmodus wird geöffnet.
²Displaybeleuchtung eeinschalten
Gerät ist eingeschaltet.

- Displaybeleuchtung erlischt automatisch 10s nach letzter
Tastenbetätigung.
²Messgerät nnullen:
Durch eine Lageveränderung des Messgeräts können die
Messwerte verfälscht werden. Die Lage des Messgeräts
darf nach dem Nullpunktabgleich nicht mehr geändert
werden. Führen Sie vor jeder Messung einen Nullpunkt-
abgleich durch um Lagefehler und eine Langzeitdrift des
Nullpunkts zu kompensieren. Ein Nullpunktabgleich ist nur
im Bereich von 0...25% des Messbereichs möglich.
Das Gerät kann nur im Bereich bis 10hPa genullt werden.

Diese Funktion ist nur verfügbar, wenn die Einheit m/s oder fpm
eingestellt ist.
1mehrmals drücken, bis Hold und Avg im Display
erscheinen.
- Falls seit dem letzten Einschalten bereits eine Mittelwert-
bildung durchgeführt wurde, wird das letzte Ergebnis
angezeigt.
2gedrückt halten bis ---- blinkt. Durch Loslassen von
wird die Mittelwertbildung automatisch gestartet, die
aktuellen Messwerte werden angezeigt.
3Messung beenden: drücken. Der Mittelwert wird
angezeigt.
iFür eine weitere Mittelwertbildung: gedrückt halten.
4Mittelwertbildung beenden: kurz drücken.
²Max-//MMin-WWerte zzurücksetzen:
1mehrmals drücken, bis gewünschte Ansicht erscheint.
2gedrückt halten bis ---- erscheint.
3Schritte 1und 2für alle Werte wiederholen, die zurück-
gesetzt werden sollen.
²Gerät aausschalten:
igedrückt halten, bis das Display erlischt.

±Batterien wwechseln:
1Batteriefach öffnen: Batteriedeckel nach unten schieben.
2Verbrauchte Batterien entnehmen und neue Batterien
(2x 1,5V Typ AAA) einlegen. Polung beachten!
3Batteriefach schließen: Batteriedeckel aufschieben.
±Gehäuse rreinigen:
iGehäuse bei Verschmutzung mit einem feuchten Tuch
(Seifenlauge) reinigen. Keine scharfen Reinigungs- oder
Lösungsmittel verwenden!

check filter permeability), gas flow pressure measurement, fine
draught measurement as well as flow velocity measurement with
a Pitot tube.

1To open the battery compartment, push the battery cover
down.
2Insert batteries (2x 1.5 V type AAA). Observe the polarity!
3To close the battery compartment, push the battery cover
back on.

Using the product
For velocity to be measured, the unit of density and density
value must be set correctly, see chapter 'First steps', section
'Basic settings (configuration mode)'.

The instrument is switched on.

- The display light goes out automatically if no key is
pressed for 10 seconds.
²Zeroing tthe mmeasuring iinstrument:
The measurement values can be falsified by a change in the
position of the measuring instrument. After zeroing, the
position of the measuring instrument must not be changed.
Carry out zeroing before every measurement in order to
compensate faulty positioning or long-term zero-point drift.
Zeroing is only possible in a range of 0...25% of the
measuring range.
The instrument can only be zeroed in the range up to
10 hPa.

- Zeroing takes place.

- If mean value calculation was carried out since the last
time the instrument was switched on, the last result is
displayed.

value calculation automatically, the current readings are
displayed.
3End measurement: press . The mean value is displayed.
iFor further mean value calculation: hold down .
4End mean value calculation: press briefly.
²Resetting MMax/Min vvalues:
1Press several times until the desired view appears.
2Press and hold until ---- appears.
3Repeat steps 1and 2for all values that are to be reset.
²Switching tthe iinstrument ooff:

Maintaining the product
±Changing bbatteries:
1To open the battery compartment, push the battery cover

2Remove used batteries and insert new batteries
