TESTO 925-2 User manual

testo 925 ist ein pflegeleichtes, robustes und
einfach zu bedienendes Temperaturmeßgerät mit
einem Meßbereich von -60 °C bis +1000 °C.
Die verschiedenen Fühler ermöglichen einen viel-
seitigen Einsatz des Gerätes.

Gerät einschalten.
Nach dem Einschalten erfolgt
ein kurzer Anzeigen- und Funkti-
onstest. Das Meßgerät ist jetzt
einsatzbereit.
Mit der HOLD-Taste können Meßwerte
im Display festgehalten werden.
Bei Veränderung der Umgebungstemperatur (z.
B. Wechsel des Meßortes - Innen-/Außenmes-
sung) benötigt das Meßgerät eine Angleichungs-
phase von einigen Minuten.
°C/°F UUmschaltung
testo 9925 ermöglicht die Umschaltung der Meß-
größe von °C in °F. Links neben den Batteriekon-
takten befindet sich ein Miniaturschalter.

Batteriewechsel
Blinkt im Display "Bat" beträgt die
Standzeit noch ca. 10 Std. Erscheint
"Bat" konstant wird ein Batteriewechsel
innerhalb der nächsten 1-2 Std. notwendig. Bei
unzureichender Bat. Spannung schaltet das
Gerät automatisch ab. Verbrauchte Batterie her-
ausnehmen und neue Batterie,Typ 9V (IEC 6 F

Meßbereiche der Meßwertaufnehmer
beachten! Bei Überhitzung werden die
Fühler zerstört.
Zulässige Lager- und Transport-
temperatur sowie die zul. Betriebs-
temperatur beachten (z. B. Meßgerät vor direk-
ter Sonneneinstrahlung schützen)
Vermeiden Sie den Einsatz in
aggressiven Säuren oder Basen.
Bei Öffnen des Gerätes,
unsachgemäßer Behandlung
oder Gewaltanwendung erlöschen die
Gewährleistungsansprüche!

testo 925 is a simple to clean, rugged and easy-
to-use temperature measuring instrument with a
measuring range of
-60 °C to +1000 ° C (-75 °F to +1830 °F).
The different probes enable the instrument to be
used for a variety of different
applications.
Insert probe
Observe ppolarization!
Switch on the instrument.
A short display and seg-
ment test follows.
The measuring instrument
is now operational.
Measured values can be held in display by
pressing the HOLD key.
Should the ambient temperature change (e.g.
place of measurement is altered - indoor/out-
door measurements), the measuring instrument
requires several minutes to adapt.
testo 9925 enables the user to measure in °C or
in °F. A small switch is situated on the left next to
the battery contacts.
Move the
switch as required.
Should
"Bat" flash in the display, the
battery has a remaining life of approx.
10 hours. Should "Bat" be displayed
permanently, the battery should be replaced wit-
hin 1-2 hours. The instrument switches off auto-
matically when the battery voltage is too
low.Remove the old battery and replace with the
new type 9V (IEC 6 F 22) battery (observe pola-

Probes
The thermocouple (T) should be positioned in such a way that it is visible the probe tube
windows (F).
The thermocouple must always be located directly in the flue gas flow. It should not be
covered by one of the 3 bars in the probe tube.
