Before operating the appliance read this
instructions manual and then keep it at hand for
further reference. In case the appliance gets
obtained by a new owner the manual should be
provided to him/her as well!
Thank you for buying QH04 120 heating appliance. This
is a product which provides heating at three possible
levels: 600W or 1200W depending on customer’s needs
of comfortable room temperature. By correct operation
and maintenance as defined in this manual your
appliance will give you many years of useful operation.
IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES AND
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Before connecting the quartz heater to the mains,
check if the indicated voltage on the product’s
technical plate corresponds to the voltage of
the electricity system in your house (office). This
appliance is intended only for operation with the
voltage indicat5ed on its technical plate.
Children younger than 3 years of age should be kept away from the
appliance unless they are under constant supervision.
Children from 3 to 8 years of age are allowed to operate the on/off button
only, provided that the appliance is installed and ready for operation and
the children have been instructed in safe operation of the appliance and
they understand all related risks.
Children from 3 to 8 years of age MUST NOT: connect the plug to the
power socket, make adjustments, clean it or carry out user maintenance
operations.
This appliance can be used by children older than 8 years of age and people
with reduced physical, sensor and mental capabilities, as well as by people
with insufficient experience and knowledge in case they are supervised or
instructed in safe operation of the appliance and understand the related
risks. Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance operations must not be carried out by children
without supervision.
Some parts of the appliance may get very hot during operation and
thus cause burns to users. In case there are children and vulnerable
people in the room, special attention should be paid.
• This appliance should be used only for its intended
purpose, i.e. heating of domestic premises. Any
other different operation is considered incorrect
and consequently dangerous. The manufacturer
does not take responsibility for failures resulting
from improper and unreasonable operation.
Non-obeying this safety instruction will render the
product’s guarantee void!
• Do not leave your house while the appliance is being
operated: make sure that the appliance is switched
off before leaving your place. Always disconnect the
power plug from the socket in case you do not intend
to use this appliance for a long time.
• The heating appliance is hot during operation;
therefore do not touch the hot surfaces. A safe
distance of at least 1 meter between the appliance
and inflammable materials should be provided.
Position the heater so that possible contact is
avoided!
• Do not use this appliance in areas of operation or
storage of inflammable materials. Do not operate
the appliance in areas with combustible medium
(for example in close proximity to inflammable
gases or aerosols) – there is a great risk of explosion
and fire!

• Do not insert and do not allow foreign objects to
enter the appliance protection cover openings,
because that may CAUSE ELECTRIC SHOCK AND
FIRE.
• This appliance is not suitable for animal breeding,
and it is intended only for indoor operation!
• Never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands
– there is a risk for your life!
• The power socket must be accessible all the time
so that the power plug can be disconnected as fast
as possible when necessary! THE APPLIANCE MUST
NOT BE INSTALLED BENEATH A POWER SOCKET!
• Never pull the power cord or the appliance itself in
order to disconnect it from the socket.
• Do not cover the appliance! If covered, there is a risk
of overheating.
• Do not leave the heater unobserved during its
operation.
• In case the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid
risks, it should be replaced by its manufacturer,
manufacturer’s maintenance representative or
another qualified person.
• Do not use this appliance in the outdoors.
• Do not use this appliance in close proximity to
shower cabins, in bathrooms or next to swimming
pools!
• This appliance provides IP24 protection (against
water droplets) and may be mounted in premises
where presence of moisture and water droplets is
possible in accordance with the installation
requirements (defined below) in VOLUME 2 of the
provided diagram
so that the chance of a person (who is in a shower or
in a bath-tub) touching the control mechanisms
(switch string or the heating appliance itself) to be
avoided! The minimum distance between the
appliance and the water source must be at least 1
meter and it is compulsory that the appliance is
installed horizontally on a wall!
Note: ifthe above-mentioned instructions can not
be fulfilled it is advisable to carry our installation
in VOLUME 3.
Ensure that there is not any water or other liquids
dripping down and into the appliance – in case
you disobey this instruction there is a real danger
for your life form a possible electric shock!
It is compulsory to follow the marked safety
distances when installing the appliance in
premises where water droplets are possible –
non-obeying this instruction leads to real danger
for your life by an electric shock!
• The electric installation to which the appliance is
connected must be equipped with an automatic
safety fuse (faulty current protection), and the
distance between the contacts, when switched off,
must be at least 3mm.
• In case the appliance is damaged or is not working
properly, you should switch it off and not try to
repair it yourself. You should contact an after-sale
service centre for any kind of repairs and support
needed. There is the place where your damaged
part will be replaced with an original spare one.
Non-obeying this instruction will compromise the
appliance safety.
• In case you decide to stop using an appliance of this
type, it is advisable to make it unusable by cutting
its power cord after you have disconnected it from
the electrical system. It is necessary to make the
appliance safe (especially for children) in case that
the disposed appliance might be used for playing.
• In order to prevent dangerous overheating of the
power cord, it is advisable the power cord to be fully
unwound!
•Warning: Do not use this appliance with a
programming device, counters or any other devices
which might switch on this appliance automatically.
In case the appliance is covered or improperly
installed there is a risk of fire.
• Use only approved extension cords, which
are suitable for this appliance, i.e. they have a
conformity sign!
• The power cord must not get in contact with the
hot surfaces of the appliance!
• Never move this appliance by pulling its power cord
and do not use the power cord for carrying any
objects!
• Do not bend the power cord and do not pull it
round sharp edges. Do not position the power cord
onto hot plates or open fire!

EN • In case the appliance is not to be used for a long
period of time, you should pack it together with its
manual in its original packing and store it at a dry
and well-ventilated place.
• The appliance must not be installed onto ceilings!
• WARNING: This heating appliance is not equipped
with a temperature controlling device. Do not
operate this heating appliance in small premises
when there are people inside, who are unable to
leave the room by themselves, unless permanent
supervision is provided.
• The appliance must be installed on a wall in a stable
horizontal position and at least at 1.8 meters above
the floor. Distance to ceiling should be at least
0.75 meters.
Do not install the appliance vertically or in
inclined position!
PACKING
• After unpacking the appliance, check if any
damages have occurred during transportation or
whether the appliance set is complete! In case of
damage or incomplete packing, you should contact
your official retailer!
• Do not dispose of the original packing! It could be
used for storage and transportation purposes in
order to prevent possible damage!
• Disposal of packing materials should be done in a
proper manner! Children should be prevented from
playing with polyethylene bags!
INSTALLATION
Important: Before assembling the appliance – check
if the package contains all indicated parts!

Wall installation
• Important: Ensure that there are not any elements
of electrical system or piping close to the drilling
openings. Ensure one more time that the appliance
is installed firmly, reliably and horizontally on the
wall!
• In order to install the appliance onto the wall, use
the brace provided in the appliance set.
• Drill three holes (1), so that the feet (2) of the wall
brace are in vertical position.
• Slide the plastic body of the heating appliance into
the wall brace above, until it gets fixed.
In this way the feet (2) of the wall brace settle into
the openings (3) of the plastic body.

SWITCHING ON THE APPLIANCE
• You must read the safety measures first (important
safety precautions passage)
• The quartz heater is designed to heat objects and
people who it is directed to; it does not heat the
room air directly during its operation.
• The quantity of radiated heat is set by a switch
(regulator).
• The display shows the selected heating level
Setting the heating level
The heating levels are set by pulling the switch string
(3) once or few times. The selected heating level is
presented on the display (2).
• Switched off appliance = display shows“0”, the
heating elements are not working
• Minimum power = display shows“1”,
1 heating element is working
• Maximum power = display shows“2”,
2 heating element are working
CLEANING & STORAGE
We recommend the appliance to be cleaned at least
once a month, as well as before a long storage period.
• It is compulsory first to switch off the appliance and
disconnect the power plug from the socket.
Do not use abrasive cleaning materials!
Do not use water, wax, polishing materials and
other chemical solutions.
• Clean the appliance body with a dry cloth, vacuum
cleaner or soft long-hair brush
• Never immerse the appliance into water – there is
danger for your life!
• In case that appliance is not to be used for a long
period of time, you should pack it (including this
manual) into its original packing and store it at a dry
and well-ventilated place.
• Never put hot appliance into its packing!
Warning: in order to prevent
overheating, do not cover the appliance!
Warning: Hot Surface!
Instructions on Environment protection:
Obsolete electric appliances contain valuable
materials and consequently should not be disposed
as domestic waste! We ask you for your cooperation
to protect the natural resources and the environment
by returning the appliance to organized buy-back
stations (if there are such).

Прочетете настоящите инструкции преди
да използвате този уред и съхранявайте
тези указания за бъдещо ползване. При смяна
на собственика, инструкцията трябва да се
предава заедно с уреда!
Благодарим Ви, че избрахте отоплителния
уред QH04 120. Това е изделие, което предлага
отопление чрез три степени: 600W или 1200W в
зависимост от нуждите за постигане на комфортна
топлина в отопляемото помещение. При правилна
експлоатация и грижа, както е описано в тази
инструкция, уредът ще Ви осигури много години
полезно функциониране.
ВАЖНИ ПРЕДПАЗНИ МЕРКИ И ИНСТРУКЦИИ ЗА
БЕЗОПАСНОСТ:
• Преди да свържете кварцовата печка, проверете
дали посоченото напрежение върху типовата
табелка съответства на напрежението на
електрическата мрежа в дома(офиса). Уреда е
предназначен само за напрежението посочено
на неговата типова табелка.
Деца на по-малко от 3 години, трябва да се държат на
разстояние, освен ако не са под непрекъснато наблюдение.
Деца на възраст от 3 години до 8 години могат само да използват
бутона вкл./изкл. на уреда, при условие, че уреда е инсталиран
и е готов за нормална работа и са били наблюдавани и
инструктирани относно използването му по безопасен начин и
разбират, че може да е опасно.
Деца на възраст от 3 години до 8 години не трябва да включват
уреда в контакта, да го настройват, да го почистват или да
извършват потребителска поддръжка.
Този уред може да се използва от деца на възраст над 8 години и
лица с ограничени физически, сетивни или умствени способности,
или с недостатъчен опит и познания, ако те са наблюдавани
или инструктирани относно безопасното използване на уреда и
разбират опасностите. Децата не трябва да си играят с уреда.
Почистване и потребителска поддръжка не трябва да се прави от
деца без наблюдение.
Някои части на този продукт може да станат много горещи и
да предизвикат изгаряния. Там където, присъстват деца и
уязвими хора ,трябва да бъде предоставено специално внимание.
• Този уред трябва да се използва само по
предназначението, за което е бил предвиден, т.е. да
отоплява битови помещения. Всяка различна употреба
да се счита за неправилна и следователно опасна.
Производителят не може да носи отговорност за
повреди, произтичащи от неправилна и неразумна
употреба.Неспазване на информацията за безопасност
ще направи невалидна поетата гаранция за уреда!
• Не напускайте дома си, докато уреда е включен:
уверете се, че уреда е в положение изключено.
Винаги изваждайте щепсела на уреда от контакта
когато няма да ползвате известно време уреда.
• Отоплителният уред е топъл по време на
употреба, затова не докосвайте горещите
повърхности и осигурете дистанция от минимум
1 м. между него и лесно запалими материали.
Поставете отоплителния уред така, че да се
избегне евентуален допир!
• Не използвайте уреда в зони където се
използват или съхраняват огнеопасни вещества.
Не използвайте уреда в зони със запалими
атмосфери (например: в близост до запалими
газове или аерозоли)- съществува много голяма
опасност от експлозия и пожар!

попаднат през отворите на защитната решетка,
тъй като това може да причини токов удар или да
създаде опасност от пожар.
• Уреда не е подходящ за отглеждане на животни,
и същия е предвиден само за домашно ползване!
• Никога не пипайте уреда с мокри или влажни
ръце- съществува опасност за живота!
• Контакта трябва да бъде достъпен по
всяко време, за да може щепсела да бъде
освобождаван при нужда възможно най-бързо!
Уреда не трябва да се монтира под контакт!
• Никога не теглете захранващия шнур или самия
уред при разкачане от мрежата.
• Не покривайте уреда. Ако е покрит има опасност
от прегряване.
• Не оставяйте печката без наблюдение по време
на нейната работа.
• Ако захранващият шнур е повреден, той трябва
да бъде сменен от производителя, от сервизен
представител или друго квалифицирано лице, за
да се избегнат опасности.
• Не използвайте този отоплителен уред на
открито.
• Не използвайте този отоплителен уред в
непосредствена близост до душове в бани или
плувни басейни!
• Уреда е с декларирана защита IP24 (защита
от водни пръски) и може да се монтира в
помещения които предполагат наличието на
влага и водни пръски при изпълняване на
изискванията за монтаж (описани по-долу) в
пространство (VOLUME 2) от приложената схема
така че да се избегне възможността от достигане
на командните устройства (връв на ключа или
самото отоплително тяло) на уреда от човек,
който е под душа или във ваната! Минималното
разстояние от уреда до воден източник трябва
да бъде не по малко от 1 метър и уреда да бъде
задължително монтиран хоризонтално на стена!
Забележка: ако не могат да се изпълнят
посочените по-горе условия се препоръчва
монтажа да се осъществи в пространство 3 (VOLUME 3).
Уверете се че върху уреда и в самия уред не
капе вода или други течности – съществува
реална опасност за живота от възможен
токов удар при неспазване на това условие!
Задължително да се съблюдават
маркираните отстояния за монтаж на
уреда в помещения в които са възможни
пръски - неспазването на тези препоръки
води до реална опасност за живота от
токов удар!
• Електроинсталацията към която се свързва
уреда трябва да бъде снабдена с автоматичен
предпазител(дефектотокова защита), при
който разстоянието между контактите когато е
изключен трябва да бъде най-малко 3мм.
• Ако уреда не е в ред или неправилно
функционира, спрете го и не го ремонтирайте. За
всякакви ремонти се обърнете за съдействие към
Сервизния Център за обслужване след продажба.
Само там ще подменят дефектиралата част с
оригинална резервна такава. Не спазването на
това условия ще компроментира безопасността
на уреда.
• Ако решите да престанете да използвате уред
от този тип, препоръчва се да го направите
неизползваем, като срежете шнура, след
като преди това сте го разкачили от мрежата.
Необходимо е да се обезопаси уреда(особено
за деца), които биха могли да използват
амортизираното устройство(уреда) за игра.
• За да се избегне опасно прегряване на
захранващия шнур се препоръчва същия
напълно да се развие!
•Внимание: Не използвайте този уред с
програматор, брояч или друг уред който
автоматично го включва тъй като ако уреда е
покрит или неправилно поставен съществува
опасност от пожар.
• Използвайте само одобрени удължители,
които са подходящи за уреда, т.е. имат знак за
съответствие!
• Захранващия шнур не трябва да влиза в допир с
горещите части на уреда!
• Никога не премествайте уреда, като го дърпате
за шнура както и не използвайте шнура за
пренасяне на предмети!
• Не пречупвайте шнура и не го дърпайте през
остри ръбове и не го поставяйте върху горещи
плочи или открит огън!

• Ако уреда не се използва продължително време,
опаковайте го заедно с настоящата инструкция в
оригиналния кашон и го съхранявайте на сухо и
проветриво място.
• Уреда не може да бъде монтиран на тавана!
• ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ: Този отоплителен уред не
е оборудван с устройство за управление на
температурата в помещението. Не използвайте
този отоплителен уред в малки помещения,
когато в тях има лица, неспособни да напуснат
помещението сами, освен ако не е осигурено
непрекъснато наблюдение.
• Уреда трябва да бъде монтиран на стената в
стабилно хоризонтално положение и поне на
1.8 метра над пода. Разстоянието до тавана да
бъде поне 0.75м
Не монтирайте уреда вертикално или

ОПАКОВКА
• След разопаковане на уреда, проверете дали при
транспортирането не е увреден и дали е напълно
окомплектован! В случай че бъде констатирана
повреда или непълна доставка, свържете се с
Вашия упълномощен продавач!
• Не изхвърляйте оригиналната кутия! Тя би могла
да се използва за съхранение и транспортиране,
за да се избегнат повреди от превозването!
• Изхвърлянето на опаковачния материал трябва
да става по подходящ начин! Децата трябва да се
пазят да не си играят с полиетиленовите торби!
ИНСТАЛИРАНЕ
Важно: Преди да започнете да сглобявате
уреда – проверете неговата окомплектовка!

Монтиране на стена
• Важно: Уверете се, че няма електрическа
инсталация или водопроводни тръби около
пробивните отвори. Уверете се отново че
уреда е монтиран неподвижно, надеждно и
хоризонтално на стената!
• За да монтирате на стената уреда използвайте
приложената в окомплектовката стенна скоба
• Пробийте три отвора (1) така че крачетата (2) на
стенната скоба да бъдат вертикални
• Плъзнете пластмасовия корпус на отоплителния
уред в стенната скоба отгоре, докато се фиксира.
По този начин крачетата (2) на стенната скоба се
наместват в отворите (3) в пластмасовия корпус.

• Задължително прочетете инструкциите за
безопасност (частта важни предпазни мерки)
• Кварцовия отоплител служи за отопление на
предмети и хора към които е насочен, не загрява
директно въздуха в стаята по време на работа
• Количеството излъчвана топлина се настройва с
превключвател
• Дисплея изобразява избраната мощност на
отопление
Настройване на степените на мощност
Степените на мощност се задават чрез издърпване
на шнура на превключвателя (3) веднъж или няколко
пъти. Избраната степен на отопление се изобразява
на дисплея (2)
• Изключен уред = дисплея показва ‘’0’’, не се
активират нагревателни елементи
• Минимална мощност = дисплея показва ‘’1’’,
1 нагревателен елемент е активиран
• Максимална мощност = дисплея показва ‘’2’’,
2 нагревателя за активирани
ПОЧИСТВАНЕ & СЪХРАНЯВАНЕ
Препоръчваме ви уреда да се почиства поне веднъж
месечно, както и преди продължително съхраняване.
• Задължително първо изключете уреда от ключа и
извадете щепсела от контакта в стената.
Не използвайте абразивни почистващи препарати!
Не използвайте вода, восък, полиращи
препарати или други химически разтвори.
• Почиствайте корпуса с суха кърпа,
прахосмукачка или четка с дълги меки влакна
• Никога не потапяйте уреда във вода - съществува
опасност за живота!
• Ако уреда не се използва продължително време,
опаковайте го заедно с настоящата инструкция в
оригиналния кашон и го съхранявайте на сухо и
проветриво място.
• Никога не прибирайте топъл уред в опаковка му!
Внимание: за да се избегне
прегряване, не покривайте уреда!
Внимание: гореща повърхност!
Указания за опазване на околната среда
Старите електроуреди съдържат ценни материали
и поради това не трябва да се изхвърлят заедно с
битовата смет! Молим Ви да съдействате с активния

среда и да предоставите уреда в организираните
изкупвателни пунктове(ако има такива).
