width of 94 cm (37 in.).
5. Available floor area is sufficient and flooring will
support the load.
6. Sufficient bench space is available for all of the

no condensation.

disruption and electrostatic discharge.
17. All required gases (argon, helium, and chemical
ionization reagent gas) are on site and the
appropriate gas regulators and fittings to the
regulators are available.
