Beyond the legally required guarantee, Tibelec guarantees replacement with an
identical or equivalent new product for a duration of 5 years within the European
Union, on the condition that the product was used in accordance with the instruc-
tions for use. The shipping cost to return this product is also covered by this warranty.
The warranty is applicable only after the receipt and the defective product are
sent to the following address:

Warranty exclusions:
- Use for commercial, industrial, public, or professional purposes
- Damage arising from a source that is external to the xture
- Damage following unforeseen circumstances, power surge, misuse, inappro-
priate use, negligence, gross negligence, accident, normal wear and tear,
inappropriate handling, or any inappropriate use that does not conform to
the instructions for use provided with the product
- The replacement of consumables or accessories
- Damage resulting from acts of vandalism, force majeure (re, lightning, storm,
etc.), or a power surge.
- Shipping costs for returning the product to Tibelec
- Shipping costs for returning the product to the consumer if the damage was
caused by circumstances not covered by this warranty.

utilisé en respectant les consignes d’utilisation du produit. Les éventuels coûts de
réexpédition du produit sont également couverts par cette garantie.

tion, une utilisation inadaptée, une négligence, une faute intentionnelle, un
accident, l’usure normale, une mauvaise manipulation, une utilisation non ap-
propriée ou ne respectant pas les consignes d’utilisations jointe au produit
- Le remplacement des consommables et accessoires
- Les dommages résultant d’acte de vandalisme, de la force majeure (incen-
die, foudre, tempête…), ou d’une surtension électrique.
- Les frais de transport liés à l’envoi du produit vers la société TIBELEC
- Les frais de transport liés au retour du produit vers le consommateur si l’ava-
rie est liée à une cause non couverte par la présente garantie.

ranteze timp de 5 ani, pe teritoriul Uniunii Europene, înlocuirea cu un produs
identic nou sau echivalent, cu condiția ca produsul să e utilizat cu respec-
tarea instrucțiunilor de utilizare ale acestuia. Eventualele costuri de reexpe-
diere a produsului sunt și ele acoperite de această garanție.
Garanția este valabilă numai la prezentarea chitanței împreună cu produsul
defect, expediat la adresa de mai jos:

Nu se acordă garanție pentru:
- utilizarea în scopuri comerciale, industriale sau colective ori profesionale;
- daunele ce provin dintr-o cauză exterioară aparatului;

greșită, o utilizare neadaptată, neglijență, o greșeală intenționată, un acci-
dent, uzura normală, o manipulare greșită, o utilizare necorespunzătoare sau

- înlocuirea consumabilelor și a accesoriilor;

- cheltuielile de transport pentru expedierea produsului la societatea TIBELEC;
- cheltuielile de transport pentru returnarea produsului la consumator, dacă
defectul este legat de o cauză care nu este acoperită de prezenta garanție.

ΠΡΟΫΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗΣ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΑΣΤΗ
Εκτός από τη νόμιμη εγγύηση συμμόρφωσης, η TIBELEC εγγυάται επίσης
για διάστημα 5 ετών και εντός της επικράτειας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης,
την αντικατάσταση με ένα νέο, πανομοιότυπο ή ισοδύναμο προϊόν, με την
προϋπόθεση ότι το προϊόν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες χρήσης
του. Το ενδεχόμενο κόστος επιστροφής του προϊόντος καλύπτεται επίσης από
αυτή την εγγύηση.
Η εγγύηση ισχύει αποκλειστικά με την προσκόμιση της απόδειξης αγοράς του
προϊόντος και του ελαττωματικού προϊόντος, τα οποία πρέπει να σταλούν

Εξαιρούνται από την εγγύηση:

παράβαση των οδηγιών χρήσης που συνοδεύουν το προϊόν
- Η αντικατάσταση των αναλώσιμων και των εξαρτημάτων
- Οι βλάβες που οφείλονται σε βανδαλισμό, ανωτέρα βία (πυρκαγιά, αστραπή,
καταιγίδα) ή υπέρταση του ρεύματος.
- Τα έξοδα μεταφοράς για την αποστολή του προϊόντος στην εταιρεία TIBELEC
- Τα έξοδα μεταφοράς για την επιστροφή του προϊόντος στον καταναλωτή,
εάν η βλάβη οφείλεται σε αιτία που δεν καλύπτεται από την παρούσα εγγύηση.

Garantievoorwaarden fabrikant
Behalve de wettelijke garantie op conformiteit verbindt TIBELEC zich, ge-
durende een periode van 5 jaar, tot het in de Europese Unie vervangen
van het product door een nieuw identiek product of gelijkwaardig, op
voorwaarde dat de gebruiksinstructies van het product zijn nageleefd. De
eventuele kosten voor het opnieuw versturen van het product worden ook
gedekt door de garantie.
De garantie is alleen van toepassing bij het opsturen van de kassabon en
het defectueuze product naar onderstaand adres:

Bedingungen der herstellergarantie
Über die gesetzliche Konformitätsgarantie hinaus verpichtet sich TIBELEC für
eine Dauer von 5 Jahren auf dem Gebiet der Europäischen Union dazu, ein
fehlerhaftes Produkt durch ein identisches neu- oder gleichwertiges Produkt zu
ersetzen, sofern es gemäß der Gebrauchsanleitung benutzt wurde. Eventuelle
Kosten für den erneuten Versand des Produkts werden von dieser Garantie
ebenfalls abgedeckt.
Die Garantie kann nur in Anspruch genommen werden, wenn der Kassenbeleg
und das fehlerhafte Produkt an die nachstehende Adresse gesendet werden:

Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:
- Die Verwendung zu kommerziellen, industriellen, kollektiven oder beruichen Zwecken
- Schäden am Gerät durch eine externe Ursache
- Schäden infolge eines zufälligen Ereignisses, von Überspannung, einer falschen
bzw. ungeeigneten Nutzung, von Fahrlässigkeit, von vorsätzlichem Fehlverhalten,
eines Unfalls, des normalen Verschleißes, von unsachgemäßer Handhabung, der
zweckwidrigen Nutzung oder der Nichtbeachtung der dem Produkt beiliegenden
Gebrauchsanleitung
- Der Ersatz von Verbrauchsgütern und Zubehör
- Schäden durch Vandalismus, höhere Gewalt (Brand, Blitzeinschlag, Sturm ...) und
elektrische Überspannung.
- Die Transportkosten im Zusammenhang mit dem Versand des Produkts an TIBELEC
- Die Transportkosten im Zusammenhang mit der Rücksendung des Produkts an den
Kunden, falls der Fehler auf eine nicht von dieser Garantie abgedeckte Ursache
zurückzuführen ist.

Die Lichtquelle dieser Leuchte ist nicht austauschbar. Wenn
die Lichtquelle das Ende ihrer Lebensdauer erreicht, muss die
gesamte Leuchte ersetzt werden. Gefahr : eines elektrischen
Schlags !

- Een gebruik voor commerciële of industriële doeleinden, of voor een collectief of

- Schade die het gevolg is van externe oorzaken.
- Schade die het gevolg is van een onopzettelijke situatie, overspanning, een ver-
keerd gebruik, een ongeschikt gebruik, een nalatigheid, een opzettelijke fout, een
ongeluk, normale slijtage, een verkeerde manipulatie, een niet-adequaat gebruik of
een niet-naleving van de gebruiksinstructies die meegeleverd worden bij het product.
- De vervanging van verbruiksartikelen en accessoires.
- Schade die het gevolg is van vandalisme, overmacht (brand, blikseminslag, storm
…) of een elektrische overspanning.
- De transportkosten voor het opsturen van het product naar de onderneming
TIBELEC.
- De transportkosten voor het opsturen van het product naar de consument in-
dien het defect gelieerd is aan een oorzaak die niet gedekt wordt door onde-
rhavige garantie.
