CAUTION
★Do not expose the unit to vapor or mist from
somethinglikeahumidifierorelectricshockorfailure
mayresult.(Use the unitsothat the main unitisnot
exposedtovaporormistfromahumidifier.)
★Do not wipe the unit with benzene or paint thinner.
Also,donotsprayinsecticidesontheunit.
● Cracking, electrical shock and / or fire may occur as a
result.
★CleanthePrefilterperiodically(morethanonceevery
twoweeks).
● If the Prefilter is continuously used and accumulates, an
excessiveamountofcottonwaste,theAirPurifiermaybe
subjectedtoinflammationormalfunction.Besurealsoto
alwaysusethePrefilterforAirPurifieroperation.
★Do not wash and reuse a dirty enzyme HEPA filter
and/or activated carbon filter, which will result in an
electric shock or fire. Air cleaning function will not
recoverevenifthefiltersarewashed.
★Donotusetheunitwiththeintakeandexhaustports
blocked or obstructed; doing so will result in
deformationand/orfailure.
★Whenusingwithanothercombustionappliance,ventilationisnecessary.
● Theunitcannotaddoxygenorremovecarbonmonoxide.Toxicsubstances(suchas
carbonmonoxide)containedintobaccocannotberemoved.
★Donotuseinwindyorbreezylocations.
● IftheAirPurifierisinstallednearadoor,windorsudden
temperature changes from the door opening and closing
maycausethesensorstomalfunction,affectingautomatic
operation.

★Do not use the unit in places where inverter
lighting equipment and/or electronic instant-on
lampsarenearby or where theunitis exposed
todirectsunlight.
● Thismaypreventthefunctionoftheremotecontrol,
resultinginoperationproblemsormalfunctions.
★Place the Air Purifier more than 1m away from
thetelevisionsetandtheradio.
● The Air Purifier may otherwise be subjected to
electricwavehazards.
★Do not use the unit on or around a space-
heating appliance or where it may be exposed
toheat.Thismaycauseafailureordeformation.
★Donotusetheunitinplaceswithgreasydirtor
excessive moisture such as a kitchen or a
factory.
● Doing so may cause a failure or degradation of
cleaningability.
★Donotexposetheunittoflammablegas.Doingsomaycauseanexplosionora

★Do not install the Air Purifier on an unstable

TRANSMITTINGPARTOF
REMOTECONTROL
Sends operation signals to the Remote
Control receptor on the main unit. The
effectiveRemoteControliswithinabout
7metersdirectlyfromthefront.
ON/OFFBUTTON
Press the button to start operation and
push the same button again to stop
operation. The operation starts with
automatic operation mode and Auto
lamp(Green)lights.
FANSPEEDBUTTON
Pressthebutton
Theoperationmodechangesasshown
above;theautomaticoperationindicator
lamp and fan-speed indicator lamp will
light according to changes in operation
andfanspeed.
TIMERBUTTON
TheTimerButtonisusedtoset
and erase the time-off for
operation. The Timer Lamp

the Smoking operation starts

1Pull the front panel toward you and remove it while
pressingtherightandleftbuttonsatthebottomofthe
mainunit.

2RemovethePrefilter.

3RemovetheenzymeHEPAfilterandactivecharcoal
filterinthebagfromthemainunit.

4TaketheenzymeHEPAfilterandactivecharcoalfilter
outofthebagandputthethinneractivecharcoalfilter
behind the enzyme HEPA filter, then mount the
enzymeHEPAfiltertothemainunitaccordingtothe
mountingdirection↑withthegreen-clothsidetothe
front.MountthePrefilter,too.

5Alignthenailslocatedatthetopofthefrontpanelto
themainunit,andhangthefrontpanelontotheright
andlefthooksatthelowerpart.
★IftheenzymeHEPAfilterandactivecharcoalfilteraremountedincorrectly,thefilterswill
notworkproperly.Makesurethatthegreen-clothsideoftheenzymeHEPAfilterisinfront.
★Dirty enzyme HEPA filters and active charcoal filters cannot be reused even if they are
washed.Besuretoreplacethem.
★The enzyme HEPA filters should be replaced about five years after opening the package.
Theactivecharcoal filtersshouldbereplacedabouttwo yearsafteropeningthepackage.
Thereplacementfrequencydependsonhowlongtheyareusedorwheretheyareinstalled.
● The lifetime of the filters will become very short in cases where they absorb oily smoke or
carbonizedsubstancessuchassoot.
