It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of TROJAN products to read the owner’s manual, warning
labels and instruct all individuals, on proper usage of the equipment. Understanding each and every
warning to the fullest is important. If any of these instructions or warnings are unclear please contact

The equipment is only intended for HOME USE and is NOT INTENDED FOR COMMERCIAL,
INSTITUTIONAL AND/OR STUDIO FACILITIES USE.

HEALTH WARNING
• Beforestartinganyexerciseorconditioningprogramyoushouldconsultwithyourpersonalphysician
toseeifyourequireacompletephysicalexam.Thisisespeciallyimportantifyouareinactive,pregnant
or suffer from any illness.
• Ifatanytimeduringexerciseyoufeelfaint,dizzyorexperiencepain,stopexercisingimmediatelyand
consult your physician.
• Toavoidmuscularpainandstrain,begineachworkoutwithwarm-upstretchesandendeachsession
with cool-down stretches.
PROPER USAGE
• Donotusetheequipmentin anyotherwaythan designedorintendedbythe manufacturer.Itis
imperative that TROJAN equipment is used properly to avoid injury.
• Injuriesmayresultfromexercisingimproperlyorexcessively.
• Ensurethatyouhavesufcientspacetosafelyperformtheexerciseprogram.
INSPECTION
• Beforeuse,examineequipmentandaccessoriesfordamageorwear.
• Donotuseorpermituseofanyequipmentthatisdamagedorworn.
OPERATING WARNINGS
• Itisthepurchaser’sresponsibilityto instructallusers withtheproperoperating procedures of all
TROJAN equipment.
• Keep children away from all moving parts and away from all strength equipment. Parents must
provide supervision if the equipment is used in the presence of children.

CONDITIONING GUIDELINES
Howyoubegin yourexerciseprogram depends on yourphysical condition. If youhave been inactiveor are
severelyoverweight,youmuststartslowlyandincreaseyourtimeontheequipment;afewminutesperworkout.
Initially,youmaybeabletoexerciseonlyforafewminutesinyourtargetzone,however,youraerobictness
andstrengthwillimproveoverthenextsixtoeightweeks.Don’tbediscouragedifittakeslonger.It’simportant
toworkatyourownpaceandstrength.Ultimately,you’llbeabletoexercisecontinuouslyfor30minutes.The
betteryouraerobictness,theharderyouwillhavetoworktostayinyourtargetzone.Pleaserememberthese
essentials:
 •Haveyourdoctorreviewyourtraininganddietprogramstoadviseyouofaworkoutroutineyoushould
adopt.
 •Beginyourtrainingprogramslowlywithrealisticgoalsthathavebeensetbyyouandyourdoctor.

EXERCISES
BICEPS CURL
1. While standing, place both feet in the center of theToning
Tube. Be careful to place the band securely under the
arch of each foot. Grasp the handles on each tube and
twist your palms to face forward.
2. Whilestandingstraightandkeepingyourelbowsatyour
sides,bendyourarms.Bringyourpalmsuptowardsyour
shoulders and hold for one second. Slowly return to the
starting position.
Do 12 – 16 repetitions.
LATERAL RAISE
1. While standing, place both feet in the center of theToning
Tube.Becarefultoplacethetubesecurelyunderthearch
of each foot. Grasp the handles and hold at the sides of
your body.
2. Keeping your arms straight, raise both arms laterally,
pausing when your arms reach shoulder height. Your
palms should be facing the oor. Slowly return to the
starting position.
Do 8 – 12 repetitions.
TRICEP KICKBACK
1. Grasp one handle of your Toning Tube and place the arch
of your foot into the other handle. You may choose to
step directly on the tube to get more resistance.
2. Bend at the waist. Keeping your elbow pointed back
on the arm grasping the handle, straighten your arm by
squeezingthetriceps.Holdforthreesecondsandrelease.
Repeatthisexercisewiththeoppositearm.
Do 12 – 16 repetitions.
UPRIGHT ROW
1. While standing, place both feet in the center of theToning
Tube.Becarefultoplacethetubesecurelyunderthearch
of each foot. Grasp the handles and hold at the sides of
your body.
2. While leading with the elbows, raise both arms up and
elbows out to the sides, ending with both hands up
under the chin as shown. Slowly return to the starting
position.
Do 8 – 12 repetitions.

EXERCISES
OVERHEAD PRESS
1. While standing, place both feet in the center of theToning
Tube.Becarefultoplacethetubesecurelyunderthearch
of each foot. Holding both handles, bring hands up to your
shoulders.
2. While standing erect, press both arms up directly
overhead until the elbows are fully extended and the
arms straight. Slowly return to the starting position.
Do 12 – 16 repetitions.
OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSIONS
1. While standing, place both feet in the center of theToning
Tube.Becarefultoplacethetubesecurelyunderthearch
of each foot. Holding one handle bring your hand up to
your shoulder. Then point your elbow up towards the
ceiling as shown.
2. Extendyourhandupaboveyourheadwhilestraightening
your elbow. Hold for three seconds and return to the
starting position.
Do 12 – 16 repetitions.
REAR DELT PULL
1. While standing grasp both handles of the Toning Tube in
yourrighthand with yourarm half extendedoutwards.
Grasp the middle of the Toning Tube in your left hand in
frontofyourchest,elbowextendedhorizontally.
2. Extendtherightarmoutwardsuntilfullyextended.Slowly
return to the start position.
Do 12 – 16 repetitions.
SQUATS
1. While standing place both feet shoulder width apart
in the center of theToningTube. Be sure to place the
tube securely under the arch of each foot. Holding both
handles, bring hands up to the shoulders as shown.
2. Keepyourheadup,eyesforwardandbackstraightasyou
squat down. Bend both knees in a slow and controlled
manner, until your thighs are parallel to the oor.
Straightenkneestoreturntostartingposition.
Do 12 – 16 repetitions.

The Manufacturer hereby provides a warranty to the original purchaser of this product (‘the Consumer’) that this
product will be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which under normal, personal, family or
household use (commercial use expressly excluded) manifest themselves within the 1 year from the date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
• The warranty does not include and will not be construed to cover products damaged as a result of disaster; misuse;
commercial use; use not in accordance within the written instructions included with the product; abuse and/or any
non-authorized modication of the product, incorrect installation of the product or normal wear and tear.
• All demo models carry a 3 month warranty.
WAIVER
The warranty and the obligations of the manufacturer provided herein are in lieu of, and the consumer, waives all other
warranties, guarantees, conditions or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation,
any obligation of the manufacturer in respect of any injury, loss or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) arising out
of the use of, or inability to use this product and whether or not occasioned by the manufacturer’s negligence or any act
or omission on its part.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Any claim in terms of the warranty must be supported by a proof of purchase or a warranty number. Warranty numbers
can be issued through contacting our call centre on 0861 876526 (0861 Trojan), or online at
www.trojanhealth.co.za. If such proof is not available, then notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the
service agent’s prevailing charges for services/repairs including call-out and/or spares will be payable by the consumer
upon collection or delivery of the repaired product.
The consumer does not need to return the product to the store.The consumer shall phone the Trojan hotline on
0861 876526 (0861 Trojan) and the manufacturer’s authorized agent will at its discretion either repair the item at
the consumer’s residence or collect and repair the item at their premises.
During the warranty period the product may only be serviced and/or repaired by the manufacturer’s duly authorised
agent(s).
