General use
•Adjust the speed of mouse pointer: (1) Open Windows Help (Start →Help). (2) Search “adjust the speed of
mouse pointer”. (3) Follow instructions.
•Some applications may need MS IntelliMouse compatible mouse for correct function (see 6).
•The trackball will automatically switch to scroll function when mouse is placed on desk.
•Use soft brush to clean the optical sensor when it is dusty.

Wireless performance
•This device has 16 channels with 8192 different ID’s. Repeat step 8 to change ID.
•Wireless range is 15 m maximum in open field.
•Reduced wireless performance can be caused by:
- Metal objects close to or between the adapter and the other device.
- Empty batteries.
- Other wireless devices close by.
- The reception is limited when the signal must pass through concrete walls and floors.
Energy
•For the best performance, use rechargeable AAA NiMH batteries.
•If cradle indicator is off during recharge, check batteries!
•The device will enter the energy saving mode when it is not used for 3 minutes. Click any button (except
laser) to re-activate. To save energy, turn the device off after use.
•Do not throw the batteries onto a fire.
•Observe local regulations when disposing of batteries.
