ASSEMBLING CABINET
1. Place the back panel (1) on a protected surface.
The bottom flange should be facing upward.
2. Attach the left side (2) and right side (3) to the back
panel by placing flange around the back and
bolting the back and sides together with seven
bolts and nuts on each side. Be sure that the lances
on all shelf adjustment strips point in the same
direction. (See Figure 1)
3. Insert bolts into the outside holes on the sill (4),
placing two on each end (See Inset A). Attach the
nuts, but do not tighten. Next, insert the loose bolt
heads on the sill into the large end of the keyhole
slots at the bottom of each side panel. Slide the bolt
heads securely into the smaller end of the keyhole
slot, and tighten the four nuts securely. (See Figure 2)
4. Insert the shelf (5) into the third from top position
on the shelf adjustment strips. Do this by inserting
the shelf edges into the lances on all four strips. Be
sure the channeled edge of the shelf is toward the
cabinet front. (See Figure 3)
5. Attach the top (8) to the unit by sliding the outer
flange over the back of the unit and the side flange
on the side panel of the unit. The threaded studs
should go through the holes in the top flange of the
side and fasten with three nuts. Attach the back to
the top using four bolts and nuts. (See Figure 4)

6. Place the bottom (6) in the bottom lances of the shelf
adjustment strips. The flange with two holes should
face the front, and it should hang over the sill. Bolt to
the sill with two bolts and nuts. (See Figure 5)
7. Insert partition (7) into the cabinet. Align the two top
and two bottom holes in the partition with the holes
in the top of shelf and bottom of cabinet. Attach with
bolts and nuts. (See Figure 6)
NOTE: Bolts should be inserted from the top
downward.
8. Attach a coat rod bracket (9) beneath the left side
of the shelf with a nut and bolt. Repeat step to
attach right bracket (9). Insert coat rod (10) into holes
in bracket. (See Figure 7)
9. Insert the four partition shelves (11) as desired into
the right side of cabinet.
10. Attach the doors (12 and 13) to the unit by placing
the door on hinges, aligning the holes, and using a
hammer to tap the hinge pins (14) into place with the
side of a screwdriver. (See Figure 8)
NOTE: If having issues with doors aligning, it
may be due to cabinet not sitting level. Use
included nut driver to adjust leveling feet in
bottom front two corners. Nut driver should
insert through inside of cabinet down into feet
and adjust as needed.

ATTACHING HANDLE
1. Place the door handle (15) on the right hand door
and fasten with two slotted bolts and lockwashers.
(See Figure 10)
2. Turn the handle to the open position (parallel to the
ground) and hook the lock bars (16) to the locking
cam (17). (See Figure 11)
3. With the handle still in the open position, place the
locking cam (17) over the square shank of the door
handle. The locking cam must be facing downward
as shown. (See Figure 11)
4. Hold the lock bars in position while sliding the lock
bar guides (18) through the door slots over the ends
of the lock bars. (See Figure 11)
5. Place cotter pin (19) through the hole of the square
shank. (See Figure 12)

ENSAMBLE DEL GABINETE
1. Coloque el panel posterior (1) sobre una superficie
protegida. La pestaña inferior deberá mirar hacia
arriba .
2. Fije el panel lateral izquierdo (2) y el panel lateral
derecho (3) al panel posterior colocando
la pestaña por detrás y uniendo la parte posterior
y los laterales con siete tornillos y tuercas en ambos
lados. Asegúrese de que las lancetas de todas
las tiras de ajuste de las repisas apunten hacia
la misma dirección. (Vea Diagrama 1)
3. Inserte pernos a través de los orificios exteriores del
umbral (4), colocando dos en cada extremo (Vea
Inserto A). Coloque las tuercas pero no las apriete
completamente. A continuación, inserte las cabezas
de los pernos sueltos del umbral en el extremo
grande de las ranuras de la cerradura ubicadas
en la parte inferior de cada uno de los paneles
laterales. Deslice las cabezas de los pernos para
insertarlas de forma segura en el extremo pequeño
de la ranura de la cerradura y apriete las cuatro
tuercas de forma segura. (Vea Diagrama 2)
4. Inserte la repisa (5) en la tercera posición desde
arriba en las tiras de ajuste de las repisas. Hágalo
insertando los bordes de la repisa en la lanceta
de las cuatro tiras. Asegúrese de que el borde
acanalado de la repisa quede hacia la parte
delantera del gabinete. (Vea Diagrama 3)
5. Fije el panel superior (8) a la unidad deslizando
la pestaña exterior por detrás de la unidad y
la pestaña lateral en el panel lateral de la unidad.
Los remaches roscados deberán insertarse en
los orificios de la pestaña superior del lateral y
fijarse con tres tuercas. Una el panel posterior al
superior usando cuatro pernos y tuercas.

6. Coloque la parte inferior (6) en las lancetas inferiores
de las tiras de ajuste de las repisas. La pestaña con
dos orificios debe mirar hacia delante y debe colgar
por encima del umbral. Fíjela al umbral con dos
pernos y tuercas. (Vea Diagrama 5)
7. Inserte el separador (7) en el gabinete. Alinee
los dos orificios superiores e inferiores del separador
con los orificios de la parte superior de la repisa y
de la parte inferior del gabinete. Fije con pernos y
tuercas. (Vea Diagrama 6)
NOTA: Los pernos deben insertarse de arriba
hacia abajo.
8. Fije el soporte del tubo para abrigos (9) por debajo
del lado izquierdo de la repisa con una tuerca y
un perno. Repita este paso para fijar el soporte
derecho (9). Inserte el tubo para abrigos (10) en
los orificios el soporte. (Vea Diagrama 7)
9. Inserte las cuatro repisas separadoras (11) como
desee en el lado derecho del gabinete.
10. Coloque las puertas (12 y 13) en la unidad
colocándolas en las bisagras, alineando los orificios
y usando un martillo para insertar las clavijas de
la bisagra (14) en su lugar con el lateral de un
desarmador. (Vea Diagrama 8)
NOTA: Si tiene problemas con la alineación
de las puertas, podría ser debido a que el
gabinete no está nivelado. Utilice la llave de
tuercas incluida para ajustar el nivel de las
patas en las esquinas frontales inferiores. Debe
insertar la llave de tuercas por adentro del
gabinete hasta las patas y ajustar cuando sea
necesario.

COLOCACIÓN DEL ASA
1. Coloque el asa de bloqueo de la puerta (15) sobre
la puerta derecha y fíjela con dos pernos ranurados
y rondanas de seguridad. (Vea Diagrama 10)
2. Gire el asa a la posición de abierto (paralela al
piso) y fije las barras de seguridad (16) a la leva con
seguro (17). (Vea Diagrama 11)
3. Con el asa todavía en la posición de abierto,
coloque la leva con seguro (17) sobre el vástago
cuadrado del asa de la puerta. La leva con seguro
debe mirar hacia abajo como se muestra.

4. Sostenga las barras de seguridad en posición
mientras desliza las guías de las barras de seguridad
(18) a través de las ranuras de la puerta y por
encima de los extremos de las barras de seguridad.
(Vea Diagrama 11)
5. Coloque el pasador de chaveta (19) a través del
orificio del vástago cuadrado. (Vea Diagrama 12)
