stallingthePhoenix4000ElectricTongueJack.
1.InstalltheElectricTongueJackusingoriginal
nutsandbolts.Dependingonuser’spersonal
preference,alignthemotorheadsothatthe
motorhousingisfacingthefrontofthe“A”
frameorsothatthemotorhousingisfacingthe
driversideofthetrailer.
2.TheElectricTongueJackwasdesignedtore‐
placeanexistingmanualjack.Thediameterof
theoutertubeofyourchosenjack,willneedto
matchtheexistingholesize,oryouwillneedto
modifytheholediametertofit.
3.InstallFuseHolder.BycuttingtheREDwire
loop,theneithercrimpingorsolderingthecon‐
nections,attachoneendtothepositivepostof
thetrailerbattery.Theotherendofthefuse
holder’sREDwirewillbeconnectedtotheRED
wirefromthejack.ThisREDwireprovides12V
powertojack.
4.ConnecttheREDpositiveleadtothepositive
terminalofthebattery.ConnecttheBLACK
groundwiretonegativeterminalofthebattery.
WARNINGWhenusinganex‐
tensionwire,DONOTusesmaller
than#10gaugewire.
CAUTIONWedonotrecom‐
mendusingtheflip‐uptypefootpad.

holdtheExtendbutton.Thisisespeciallyhelpful
whendetachingRVfromtowvehicle.
1.InitiateAuto‐ExtendbypressingtheExtendBut‐
tonquicklytwotimes.Thejackwillextendtothe
groundandstop.
2.Forwhateverreason,theAuto‐Extendcanbe
cancelledbypressinganyotherbutton.
AUTO‐RETRACT:Allowsusertoretractjacklegwith‐
outhavingtopressandholdtheRetractbutton.This
isespeciallyhelpfulwhenuserwantstoattachRVto
towvehicle.
1.InitiateAuto‐RetractbypressingtheRetractBut‐
tonquicklytwotimes.Thejackwillretracttothe
toplimitandstop.
2.Forwhateverreason,theAuto‐Retractcanbe
cancelledbypressinganyotherbutton.
MANUALOPERATION
1.Disconnectthefuse.(unscrewandpullapart)
2.Removetwistplugintheaccesshole.(located
topcenterofthehousingcover)
3.Insertthesupplied9/16″socketintheaccesshole,
overthedrivehexhead.Usingyourownsocket
handle,rotatethesocketclockwisetoretractand
counterclockwisetoextend.
4.Whencomplete,removesocketandreplacetwist
plug,andreassemblethefuseconnection.
IMPORTANT:Recalibrationmustbeperformedbe‐
foreresumingnormaloperation.Ordamagecould
result.

JACKISSUSPECTEDTOBEOUTOFCALIBRATIONFOR
WHATEVERREASON,THENUSERSHOULDRECALI‐
BRATETHETRAVELLIMITS.Tocalibratethetravel
limitsofthejack,followthesesteps:
1.PressandholdExtend/Retractbuttonforthree
(3)secondsandGREENlightwillflashthree(3)
timesindicatingbothbuttonsarepushed.
2.Afterthree(3)secondstheWHITElightwillflash
indicatingthejackisincalibrationmode.Press
ExtendorRetractbuttonsothattheendofthe
outertubeislocatedonthetopedgeofthecali‐
brationhole(seepartslistview).
3.PressandholdON/OFFbuttonuntilWHITElight
goesoffindicatingthatthejackisnowcalibrated.
Afterthewhitelightgoesoff,thejackwillimme‐
diatelymove(upordownaboutᶟ⁄₈”)tosetthe
locationsensor.Thecalibrationholeshouldnot
bevisibleafterthelocationsensorhasset.















(Mem1&Mem2)
Thesecanbeusedtoremembercertainheightloca‐
tionssuchashookingandunhookingfromtowvehi‐
cleandasecondmemoryoptiontorememberasec‐
ondheightlocationsuchasheightrequiredtoattach
chainsforaweightdistributinghitch.
Whileunhookingfromthetowvehicle,Extend/
Retractthejacktothedesiredlocationthatallows
thecouplertoclearthehitchballandunhookthe
trailerfromthetowvehicle.Thisisthepositionthat
jackwillreturntowhilehookingbackuptothetow
vehiclebyfollowingthesesteps:
1.PushandholdtheMem1MemoryButtonfor
three(3)secondsandtheGREENlightflashes
three(3)timestosetthememorizedpositionof
thejackatthedesiredheight.
2.OncetheMemorypositionhasbeenset,pushing
theMem1buttonwilltakethejacktothe
memorizedlocation.
3.Oncethejackistravelingtothememorylocation
anduserwantstostopthejackforwhateverrea‐
son,pressthememorybuttonagainandthejack
willstop.Toresumethememoryfunction,press
thememorybuttonandthejackwillproceedto
thememorylocation.
4.Otherwise,usetheExtendandRetractbuttonsto
operatethejack.Thememorybuttonshould
onlybeusedtosetthememorylocationandto
traveltothememorylocation.
5.Tosetthesecondmemorypositionfollowsteps
1through4usingtheMem2buttoninsteadof
theMem1button.

WITHRESPECTTOTHEABOVEULTRA‐FABPRODUCTS

1.ThisWarrantyismadeonlytothefirstPurchaser(hereinaftercalledthe“OriginalPurchaser”)whoacquiresthisproductfor
theirownuse.
2.ThisWarrantywillbeineffectfortwoyearsfromthedateofpurchasebytheOriginalPurchaser.Itissuggestedthatthe
OriginalPurchaserretainacopyofthedatedbillofsaleasproofofthedateofpurchase.
3.ThisWarrantycoversonlyspecifiedpartswhichshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluse.
ThisWarrantydoesnotcoverconditionsunrelatedtothematerialandworkmanshipoftheproduct.Suchunrelatedcondi‐
tionsinclude,butarenotlimitedto(a)faultyinstallationandanydamageresultingfromsuch;(b)theneedfornormal
maintenanceandanydamageresultingfromthefailuretoprovidesuchmaintenance;(c)failuretofollowManufacturer’s
instructionsforuseofthisproduct,and(d)anyaccidentto,ormisuseof,anypartofthisproductandanyalterationbyany‐
oneotherthantheManufactureroritsauthorizedrepresentative.
4.InordertoobtainthebenefitsofthisWarranty,youshouldreturntheproductwhichyoufinddefectivetotheManufac‐
turernamedbelowduringtheperiodthatthisWarrantyisineffect.Allchargesincurredindeliveryoftheproducttothe
Manufacturer,andinpickingitupaftertheWarrantyservicehasbeencompleted,mustbepaidbytheOriginalPurchaser.
5.Anyitemreturnedinthemannerdescribedinparagraph4willbeexaminedbytheManufacturer.Ifitisfoundthatthe
returneditemwasdefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship,theManufacturerwillrepairitwithoutchargeformaterialand
labor.
6.Ultra‐Fabwillpayfreightonreplacementpartsduringthefirst90daysofownershipbytheOriginalPurchaser.
7.TheManufacturerdoesnotauthorizeanypersonorcompanytocreateanyWarrantyobligationorliabilityontheirbehalf.
