6.
In order not to increase these risks, heed the following
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
USE COMMON SENSE in deciding when, where, and how you
ride your URB-E Sport Series. There are inherent, unavoidable
risks in operating any vehicle or bike, especially around other
vehicles, people and everyday hazards.
YOUR SAFETY IS UP TO YOU when you are operating your URB-E
Sport Series. It is not possible to list all of the do’s and don’ts. We
only list some here:
DO NOT RIDE AN URB-E
SPORT SERIES IF YOU ARE
NOT COMFORTABLE with
the URB-E SPORT SERIES
or with the risks of when,
where, and how you are
riding it. It takes physical
skills and good judgment
to safely operate your
URB-E SPORT SERIES.
DO NOT RIDE AN URB-E
SPORT SERIES IN
HAZARDOUS AREAS,
off-road, or in weather or
road conditions where you
do not have adequate
stability and control of your
URB-E SPORT SERIES. The
URB-E SPORT SERIES was
designed for dry, relatively
level and flat surfaces (like
pavement), and not for
uneven, wet, muddy, icy,
or other surfaces. The
URB-E SPORT SERIES was
not designed for steep
hills, grades or ramps, or
for jumps, large bumps,
steps, drainage grates,
stunts or racing.
DO REMEMBER THAT THE
URB-E SPORT SERIES IS
NOT A TOY. It is NOT
childproof. It is NOT meant
for use by children.
DO HOLD ON TO THE
HANDLEBARS with both
hands at all times.
DO NOT LET YOUR CELL
PHONE OR HEADPHONES
or anything else distract
you from paying full
attention to your operation
of your URB-E SPORT
SERIES.
DO NOT RIDE WITH
PASSENGERS. Any
passenger can contribute
to a loss of control or
stability and may overload
the URB-E SPORT SERIES.
DO NOT RIDE in conditions
where other vehicles,
riders, or people cannot
see you or where you
cannot see them. There is
no headlight or brake light.
DO RIDE SAFELY. Drive
defensively. Anticipate
hazards. Be aware of the
people, vehicles and
object around you.
DO CONTROL YOUR
SPEED,
Especially if you ride down
an incline as your URB-E
SPORT SERIES can pick up
speed.
IF RIDING UP AN INCLINE,
leaning forward may
increase stability and
speed.
DO COMPLY WITH ALL
RULES AND LAWS
APPLICABLE TO YOU and
your URB-E SPORT
SERIES. Rules and laws
vary from locale to locale,
from state to state, and
from country to country. It
is your responsibility to
know and follow those
rules and laws, which are
subject to change.

7.
WARNING: STOPPING DISTANCES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR
SPEED, CONDITION OF YOUR TIRES, GROUND YOU ARE RIDING ON
AND YOUR BRAKE. ALWAYS FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH YOUR
STOPPING DISTANCE BEFORE RIDING IN A BUSY PLACE.
CHECK THE CONDITION OF YOUR URB-E SPORT SERIES each time you are going to ride
it. Make sure the brakes and the steering are working properly and that all the
components, including the tires, are in good condition. Make sure no nuts, bolts, or other
parts are loose or damaged. Make sure you are in an acceptable condition to ride your
URB-E SPORT SERIES.
PROPER RIDING ATTIRE
Keep all body parts, hair, clothing, or other personal articles out of the way of moving parts
such as the wheel and the motor.
Always wear proper protective equipment, including an approved safety helmet. Local
laws in your area may legally require helmets. Follow the helmet manufacturer’s
instructions for fit, use, and care of your helmet. We recommend wearing a long-sleeved
shirt, long pants and gloves to minimize injury or scrapes in case of an accident. DO wear
athletic shoes (lace-up shoes with rubber soles) and DO NOT ride barefoot or in
open-toed shoes. Be sure to keep your shoelaces tied and out of the way so they do not
get caught in the wheels. Beware of pinching your fingers or getting them caught in parts
when operating the vehicle.
DISK BRAKE
Your URB-E SPORT SERIES is equipped with a disc brake for maximum reliability and
effectiveness. Applying hand pressure to the brake lever will cause the wheel brake to
cause friction against the brake disc, slowing the wheel. The more pressure applied, the
faster the URB-E SPORT SERIES will come to a stop. Once you have eased off the throttle,
pull the brake lever towards you to slow down and stop.
GRIP AND TWIST THROTTLE
To propel the URB-E SPORT SERIES forward,
twist the throttle (on the right handle)
backwards, towards you. You control the
throttle by twisting it from its resting position.
The more you twist, the faster the vehicle will
go. The further the throttle is from its resting
position, the more power is delivered to the
motor to accelerate the URB-E SPORT SERIES.
To slow down, simply rotate the throttle
towards its resting position. While your URB-E
SPORT SERIES will eventually stop by
releasing the throttle or rotating it to its resting
position, your URB-E SPORT SERIES will stop
faster by applying the hand brake.
Checking And Maintaining
Electric Vehicle Conditions

IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND THE UPPER LOCKING
MAGNET IS IN PLACE, SECURING THE KICKSTAND IN THE UPPER
POSITION. FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE FRONT KICKSTAND IN
GOOD WORKING ORDER COULD RESULT IN THE KICKSTAND
FALLING DOWN DURING RIDING AND CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY
OR EVEN DEATH.
WARNING: DEPENDING UPON YOUR WEIGHT AND YOUR BODY’S
POSITION ON THE URB-E SPORT SERIES AND ALL THE CIRCUM-
STANCES, SUCH AS THE SURFACE ON WHICH YOUR URB-E SPORT
SERIES IS LOCATED, THE KICKSTAND MIGHT NOT PREVENT YOUR
URB-E SPORT SERIES FROM FALLING OVER, WHICH COULD
RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY.
KEYS
To turn on the URB-E SPORT SERIES, insert the key into
the ignition switch and rotate clockwise to the “ON”
position. To turn off the URB-E SPORT SERIES after use,
rotate the key counterclockwise to the “OFF” position.
NOTE - the key can be removed from either the ‘ON’ or
‘OFF’ position.
REAR KICKSTAND
The URB-E SPORT SERIES “side stand” style kickstand
has a single leg that flips out to one side, allowing the
vehicle to lean against it. Do not sit on your URB-E
SPORT SERIES with the kickstand in the down position.
FRONT KICKSTAND (optional)
If your URB-E SPORT SERIES has been equipped with a
front kick stand, only use the front kick stand when your
URB-E SPORT SERIES IS IN THE FOLDED POSITION.
KILL SWITCH
The red button located next to the throttle allows you to
temporarily disable the motor. Should the motor not
work when the LED indicator lights are on, double check
to make sure the kill switch is pushed in.

9.
WARNING: THE REAR LED LIGHT HAS LIMITED VISIBILITY.
WHILE IT MAY HELP OTHERS SEE YOU, DEPENDING ON THE
CIRCUMSTANCES, THE REAR LED LIGHT MIGHT NOT MAKE YOU
VISIBLE TO EVERYONE. THE REAR LED LIGHT IS NOT A BRAKE
LIGHT. MAKE SURE YOU ARE VISIBLE TO OTHERS. IF SOMEONE
ELSE RUNS INTO YOU, YOU COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR
EVEN KILLED.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THE SCREWS THAT HOLD THE SEAT IN
POSITION ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED BEFORE RIDING YOUR
URB-E SPORT SERIES. IF THE SEAT MOVES WHILE YOU ARE
OPERATING YOUR URB-E SPORT SERIES, YOU COULD LOSE
CONTROL AND BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED.
WARNING: RIDING ON EXCESSIVELY WORN OR DAMAGED TIRES
CAN AFFECT THE MANEUVERABILITY AND STOPPING OF YOUR
URB-E SPORT SERIES, WHICH COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS
INJURY OR EVEN DEATH.
WARNING: THERE IS NO FRONT HEADLIGHT ON THE URB-E
SPORT SERIES. YOUR URB-E SPORT SERIES IS NOT DESIGNED
TO BE AND SHOULD NOT BE OPERATED IN DARKNESS. YOUR
URB-E SPORT SERIES SHOULD NOT BE OPERATED WHEN YOU
CANNOT SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING OR WHERE OTHERS
CANNOT SEE YOU. IF YOU RUN INTO SOMEONE OR SOMETHING,
OR IF SOMEONE ELSE RUNS INTO YOU, YOU COULD BE
SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED.
TIRES: Maintain tire tread life and avoid spinning the front wheel. Routinely
inspect tires for excessive wear and cracks in the sidewall. Replace tires when
necessary. The tires are not inflated by air.
REAR LED LIGHT
To turn on the rear light, press inward on the lens.
Pressing once produces a solid light. Pressing twice
causes the light to flash quickly. Pressing three times
causes the light to flash slowly, and pressing four times
turns the light off. The rear LED light is powered by
internal batteries. If the light stops working, replace the
batteries.

10.
WARNING: THE ELECTRIC MOTOR ON THE FRONT WHEEL GETS
VERY HOT WHILE RIDING YOUR URB-E SPORT SERIES. DO NOT
TOUCH THE MOTOR WITH ANY PART OF YOUR BODY WHILE
RIDING OR FOLDING YOUR URB-E SPORT SERIES AND LET THE
MOTOR COOL OFF AFTER RIDING BEFORE TOUCHING THE
MOTOR.
How To Fold And Unfold
Your URB-E Sport Series
To open the URB-E SPORT SERIES from its folded,
standing position, hold the center of the handlebars
firmly in one hand and with the other hand release the
latch under the dampener (SPORT)/the suspension
coil (SPORT GT). Gently guide the URB-E SPORT
SERIES open until it is in its fully open position. Rotate
handles up and out until they secure with a ‘click’ in
their horizontal position.
To fold the URB-E SPORT SERIES from its extended,
ride-able position, WITH THE WHEELS ALIGNED, hold
the center of the handle bars firmly in one hand and
with the other hand on the back of the seat, lift up
from the back of the seat and guide it towards the
handlebars
The URB-E SPORT SERIES is folded completely
when the latch hook is securely interlocked with
the internal pin.
To fold handlebars, grab each locking
collar on the inside of each handlebar.
Pull fully outwards then down, leading
the handlebars towards the base. To
open the handlebars back up, simply
lift up on the handles and the locking
collars will automatically engage.

WARNING: IF YOU DAMAGE OR DISABLE THE INTERNAL LOCK-
ING PIN WHICH NORMALLY ASSURES THAT YOUR URB-E SPORT
SERIES IS TURNED OFF WHEN REMOVING OR REINSTALLING
THE BATTERY, STOP USING YOUR URB-E SPORT SERIES UNTIL
THE DAMAGE TO THE PIN IS REPAIRED. USING THE URB-E SPORT
SERIES BEFORE IT IS REPAIRED MAY RESULT IN SPARKING,
OTHER ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION, UNINTENDED BATTERY
MOVEMENT WHILE RIDING, AND MAY LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY
OR EVEN DEATH.
Charging Your URB-E
Sport Series
1. Turn the URB-E SPORT SERIES off before charging.
2. Connect the charger to the EDDY and then plug the charger into a standard
110V or 220V wall outlet. Check to make sure the LED light on the charger lights
up. The LCD Display on the EDDY will show a flashing arrow while charging.
3. The LED light on the charger will turn from red to green once the URB-E
SPORT SERIES is fully charged. The percentage screen will also read 100%
when fully charged.
4. Unplug the charger from the outlet and do so promptly after charge is
complete.
REMOVING YOUR BATTERY
To remove EDDY, push in and turn the key counter-clockwise completely to the
left past the “OFF” position to the “UNLOCK” position, and remove the key. This
will retract the internal locking pin, allowing the battery to be removed from the
base.
Once the internal locking pin has been retracted, pull firmly on the attached
leather strap to remove the battery from its base.
When the URB-E SPORT SERIES is on, the LED lights
on the throttle will turn on, indicating current charge
status of the battery.
Green: Full / Yellow: 75% / Red: 50% and less
Battery charge level can also be checked on the
charge percentage screen located on the top left side

CUTION, SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH.
TO PREVENT THE CONNECTOR FROM SPARKING, PLUG THE
CHARGER CONNECTOR INTO THE CHARGE PORT ON THE URB-E
SPORT SERIES (LOCATED AT THE TOP RIGHT OF THE EDDY
BATTERY) BEFORE PLUGGING THE CHARGER INTO AN OUTLET
Included with your new URB-E SPORT SERIES is EDDY, the 36v lithium-ion battery/power
source, as well as a lithium-ion battery/power source charger.
Paying homage to Thomas Edison, EDDY is designed to detach and become a standalone
high capacity mobile power source when not in use with your URB-E SPORT SERIES.
- Recharge time: 4 hours
- Runtime: The URB-E SPORT SERIES has an approximate 16-mile range on a full charge.
Factors such as road surface, wind resistance, weight of the rider, and using the battery to
charge other devices can reduce the range of the vehicle.
CHARGING DEVICES WITH EDDY
EDDY comes standard with:
- Four (4) USB 2.0 ports
- One (1) USB Type C port.
After removing EDDY from your URB-E SPORT SERIES (see
pg. 11), all 5 USB ports are easily accessible. Plug in desired
devices and turn the EDDY key to the “ON” position to begin
charging.
- All 5 ports can be used simultaneously.

17.
FAQ
How long does it take to fully charge the battery? Approximately 4 hours if the URB-E SPORT SERIES
is completely discharged.
Do I need a driver’s license, insurance or
registration to ride an URB-E SPORT SERIES?
No, you don’t. According to U.S. Federal law,
two-wheeled electric vehicles under 750 watts, with
a top speed less than 20 mph are classified as “low
speed electric vehicles” and not motor vehicles.
However, the law does require the use of a helmet
and riders must be at least 16 years old. Our
MINIMUM recommended rider age for the URB-E
SPORT SERIES is 18 years old. Check your local and
state laws for requirements specific to your area.
Check with your insurance to see if your insurance
will cover you and your URB-E SPORT SERIES. (see
page 5). Laws vary from place to place and are
subject to change. It is your responsibility to know
and follow applicable laws.
How far can I ride on an URB-E SPORT SERIES? On a full charge, the URB-E SPORT SERIES has a
range of about 16 miles. Traveling up steep inclines
will take more energy out of the battery, and is not
recommended. Factors such as road surface, wind
resistance and weight of the ride can also affect the
range.
What should I do if my tire wears down? Contact URB-E for a replacement.
How do I know when the battery is low? Check the battery charge indicator located on the
right side of the handlebars, or the LED display on
the top left of the EDDY battery.
How fast can an URB-E SPORT SERIES go? An URB-E SPORT SERIES top speed on a level
surface is 14 mph. However, speed can be affected
