PRECAUCIONES
1. No exceda la capacidad máxima.
2. Use solo en superficies niveladas y
sólidas.
3. Asegúrese de colocar la carga en el
centro del gato de transmisión. Si no es
posible, ajuste las barras de sujeción.
4. Después de poner la carga en él, utilice
la cadena de seguridad.
5. No exceda el recorrido máximo del
gato.
6. Debe haber suficiente aceite en el
cilindro de manera que el cilindro
pueda funcionar con regularidad.
7. Use aceite HL o HM.
8. Mantenga los componentes limpios y
lubricados para evitar oxidación.
9. Reparación solo por personal calificado.
10. Cuando no utilice el gato de transmisión,
el adaptador debe estar en la posición
más baja.
GENERALIZACIÓN
Este gato hidráulico cuenta con las
siguientes ventajas: construcción compacta,
peso ligero, alto rango de elevación,
ascenso rápido y ágil, estable durante
la operación, centro de carga ajustable,
seguro, confiable, etc. Se puede utilizar
en el montaje y desmontaje de piezas,
que necesitan levantarse, descender y
transportarse, es la herramienta ideal para
el montaje y reparación en talleres de
motores o garajes.
CONSTRUCCIÓN PRINCIPAL
Este gato está combinado con una unidad
de poder, una unidad de soporte con ruedas
y un adaptador de transmisión.
ENSAMBLE ANTES DE USAR
Cuando se usa por primera vez se debe
ensamblar según el dibujo.
1. Conecte el soporte de la rueda (#8) con
la unidad hidráulica (#1), utilizando
arandela Ø16 (#9), arandela de muelle
Ø16 (#10) y en el interior el tornillo
hexagonal interno M16x75 (#11). No
apriete los tornillos por completo para
evitar el desequilibrio de las cuatro
ruedas.
2. Conecte la rueda giratoria (#7) con el
soporte para rueda (#8) utilizando Ø12
arandela (#6), Ø12 arandela de muelle
(#5) y tuerca (#4). Deslice un par de veces
en terreno plano, permitiendo que las
ruedas giratorias toquen el piso y luego
apretar los tornillos (#11).
3. Conecte el mango (#25) con la parte
superior de la unidad hidráulica (#1) con
el tornillo hexagonal exterior M8x25
(#23), arandela Ø8 (#24) y la tuerca M8
(#22).
4. Conecte el adaptador (#13) con la parte
superior de la unidad hidráulica (#1) y
apriete el tornillo de bloqueo.
5. Sujete los ángulos (#14) al adaptador
(#13) con el tornillo hexagonal exterior
M12x25 (#16), arandela Ø12 (#6) y la
tuerca M12 (#12).
6. Coloque la placa (#15) en el ángulo
(#14) con el tornillo hexagonal exterior
M12x25 (#16), arandela Ø12 (#6) y la
tuerca mariposa M12 (#17).
7. Conecte los dos tornillos de cabeza
redonda M12 (#18) con las dos placas
(#15) utilizando arandela Ø12 (#6) y la
tuerca M12 (#12).
8. Hacer que el gancho M8 (#19) pase a
través del agujero los tornillos de cabeza
redonda M12 (#18) apriete con la tuerca
mariposa M8 (#20).
9. Conecte las dos cadenas (#21) con las
otras dos placas (#15) utilizando arandela
Ø8 (#24), tornillo hexagonal exterior
M8x25 (#23) y la tuerca M8 (#22).
INSTRUCCIONES
• Elevar el adaptador de transmisión.

Apriete la válvula de liberación girando
en sentido de las manecillas del reloj y
accione el pedal. Si es manualmente,
coloque la manija en el pedal y accione
con el maneral hacia arriba y abajo.
• Descenso del adaptador de transmisión.
Por razones de seguridad, gire la
manija de la válvula de liberación muy
lentamente en sentido contrario de
las manecillas del reloj. Asegúrese de
no exceder de 25 mm por segundo. Si
desciende demasiado rápido, gire la
manija de la válvula de liberación en
sentido de las manecillas del reloj.
MANTENIMIENTO
• Tanto el mantenimiento como la
reparación de este gato solamente
deben ser llevadas a cabo por personal
calificado y autorizado.
• Limpie y engrase periódicamente las
partes móviles del gato. Todo el gato
debe estar siempre limpio y protegido
de ambientes agresivos.
• Si es necesario revisar el nivel de aceite o
reponerlo, proceda del modo siguiente:
Con el gato en posición vertical y el
pistón principal totalmente recogido,
retire el tapón de llenado y vierta el
aceite en un recipiente. Coloque el gato
en posición horizontal e introduzca el
aceite. A continuación, reponga el tapón
de llenado. IMPORTANTE: Un exceso de
aceite sobre el volúmen requerido puede
impedir el funcionamiento del gato.
• Emplee aceite de uso hidráulico, tipo HL
o HM. IMPORTANTE: No utilice nunca
líquido de frenos.
• Después de un largo periodo de uso
intensivo, es conveniente cambiar el
aceite para prolongar la vida útil del
gato.
• Cuando el gato no esté en
funcionamiento, el pistón debe quedar
totalmente recogido para evitar la
oxidación. Es conveniente aplicar un
producto antioxidante tanto al pistón
principal como, al de bomba. Conserve
el aparato en un lugar seco y limpio.

CAUTIONS
1. Do not exceded the max capacity.
2. Only be used on a solid level surface.
3. Be sure to load firmly on center of the
transmission jack. If not, adjust the
handle to close it.
4. After putting the load on it, use safety
chain.
5. Do not exceed the maximum stroke
jack.
6. There must be enough oil in the
cylinder so that the cylinder can operate
regularly.
7. Use oil HL or HM.
8. Keep the removal parts to avoid rusted.
9. Repair by qualified persons.
10. When remove the transmission jack, the
saddle must be at the lowest position.
GENERALIZATION
This jack is a removal hydraulic with the
following advantage compact construction,
light in weight, long lift range, fast in lift,
agile and stable in removing, center of the
load adjustable and safe and reliable etc.
It can be used when assembling and
disassembling the removal parts, which
need lifted, descended transported, it’s the
ideal tool for assembling and repairing in
motor repair shop, mobile garage.
MAIN CONSTRUCTION
This jack is combined by a power unit, a
wheel stand unit and a saddle unit.
ASSEMBLING BEFORE USE
When used first time assembling according
to the drawing.
1. Connect the wheel stand (#8) with the
power unit (#1) using washer Ø16 (#9),
spring washing Ø16 (#10) and inside hex
bolt M16x75 (#11). Don’t tighten the
bolts entirely to avoid these four castor
wheels unbalance.
2. Connect the castor wheel (#7) with the
wheel stand (#8) using washer Ø12 (#6),
spring washer Ø12 (#5) and nut (#4).
Drag a few times on flat ground, let four
castor wheels touch the ground then
tighten the bolts (#11).
3. Connect the handle (#25) with the top
of power unit (#1) using outside hex bolt
M8x25 (#23), washer Ø8 (#24) and nut
M8 (#22).
4. Connect the saddle unit (#13) with the
top of power unit (#1) then tighten the
lock bolt.
5. Fasten the cramp (#14) to the saddle
unit (#13) using outside hex bolt M12x25
(#16), washer Ø12 (#6) and nut M12
(#12).
6. Attach the iron (#15) to the cramp (#14)
using outside hex bolt M12x25 (#16),
washer Ø12 (#6) and butterfly nut M12
(#17).
7. Connect the two round head bolts M12
(#18) with two irons (#15) using washer
Ø12 (#6) and nut M12 (#12).
8. Make the hook M8 (#19) through the
hole of round head bolt M12 (#18)
tighten with butterfly nut M8 (#20).
9. Connect the two chains (#21) with the
other two irons (#15) using washer Ø8
(#24), outside hex bolt M8x25 (#23) and
nut M8 (#22).
INSTRUCTION
• Raising the saddle
Tighten the release valve handle by
turning in a clockwise direction and
operate the foot pedal. If by hand, place
the handle in the foot operated handle
sleeve, operate the handle up and down.
• Lowering the saddle
For safety, turn the release valve handle
very slowly in counterclockwise. Be sure
not exceed 25mm per second. If it lowers
too fast, turn the release valve handle in
clockwise.

MAINTENANCE
• Both the maintenance and repair of this
jack may only be carried out by qualified
and authorized personnel.
• Clean and lubricate the moving parts of
the jack at regular intervals. The whole
jack should be kept clean and protected
from aggressive conditions at all times.
• If the oil level needs to be checked or
refilled, proceed as follows: With the jack
in the vertical position and the piston
fully retracted, remove the filler plug
and drain its contents into a container.
Position the jack in a horizontal position;
proceed to introduce the necessary
volume as indicated in the table. Then
reinsert the filler plug. IMPORTANT: An
excess of oil over the volume required
may affect the operation of the jack.
• Only use hydraulic oil, HL or HM type.
IMPORTANT: Never use brake fluid.
• Following a period of prolonged
intensive use, it is recommendable to
change the oil in order to extend the
useful life of the jack.
• When the jack is not in use, the piston
should be fully retracted to avoid
corrosion. It is recommendable to apply
an anti-corrosion product to the main
piston and to the pump. Store the device
in a dry and clean place.
