INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the VTech®Spin & Learn Ball Tower™
learning toy!
There’s a lot to explore with the Spin & Learn Ball Tower™. Colored
balls spin, slide and take a ride to teach children about numbers and
colors. Drop the balls into the top of the tower and listen as it identifies
their color.Kids can then turn the knob to spin the balls and watch them
spiral down the track!

GETTING STARTED
BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover on the back of
the activity panel. Use a screwdriver to
loosen the screw.
3. Install 2 new ‘AAA’ (LR03/AM-4)
batteries following the diagram inside
the battery box. (The use of new alkaline
batteries is recommended for maximum
performance.).
4. Replace the battery cover and tighten
the screw to secure.
Getting Started
Rotate the packaging locks 90 degrees
counter-clockwise.
Pull out the packaging locks.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
With the VTech®Spin & Learn Ball Tower™, safety comes first. To
ensureyourchild’ssafety,adultassemblyisrequired.
1. Insert the orange spiral track piece into
the bottom of the Spin & Learn Ball
Tower™activity panel. You will hear it
click into place when it is assembled
correctly.

2. Insert the top of the green spiral track piece
into the bottom of the orange spiral track
piece.You will hear it click into place when
it is assembled correctly.
3. Insert the base into the bottom of the
green spiral track piece. You will hear
it click into place when it is assembled
correctly.
PLEASE NOTE:
This toy was designed to only be used with the balls that were
included with this item at the time of purchase. Do not insert
anything (body parts or foreign objects) into the hole on the top of
the toy. For your child’s safety, adult supervision is recommended.

LOW VOLUME ( ) or the HIGH

2. MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
To choose a mode of play, slide the MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
to the COLOR MODE ( ) or the NUMBER MODE ( ) position.

3. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
To preserve battery life, the VTech®Spin & Learn Ball Tower™
will automatically power-down after approximately 60 seconds
without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any
button, turning the knob or sliding the mode selector switch.
ACTIVITIES
1. Slide the on/off/volume control switch
to turn the unit on.You will hear a playful
sound, songs and fun phrases, depending
on the mode.The lights will flash with the
sounds.
2. Press the light-up number buttons to learn
about colors and insects and hear fun songs
in the color mode. In the number mode you
will learn about numbers and counting and
hear a variety of melodies. The lights will
flash with the sounds.
3. Drop the balls into the magic slot on the
top of the activity panel to learn colors,
hear fun sounds and short tunes in the
color mode. In the number mode you will
hear the animal on the ball identified and
hear fun sounds and short tunes. The
lights will flash with the sounds.
4. Twist the knob to see the balls spin around
inside the activity panel and drop a ball onto
the track.You will hear fun sounds and short
tunes in the color mode and playful sounds
in the number mode. The lights will flash
with the sounds.

5. When the balls drop onto the track from
the activity panel, you will hear playful
sounds and encouraging phrases in the
color mode. In the number mode you will
hear the balls counted as they drop onto
the track. The lights will flash with the
sounds.
Note: The magic sensors will not work
properly in direct sunlight.
6. Slide, turn and press the pieces on the
track for more fun.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat
source.
3. Remove the batteries when the unit will not be in use for an extended
period of time.
4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit
to moisture or water.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the program/activity stops working or malfunctions,
please follow these steps:
1. Please turn the unit OFF.
2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
4. Turn the unit ON. The unit should now be ready to play again.
5. If the product still does not work, replace with an entire set of new
batteries.

Vous venez d’acquérir l’Abracada’balles de VTech®. Félicitations !
Cette tour entraîne votre enfant dans le voyage mouvementé des
balles, lui faisant découvrir au passage les couleurs, les nombres et
les animaux. Glissez une balle au sommet, faites la tournoyer dans le
réservoir puis regardez-la dévaler le toboggan !

Pour retirer l’attache de la boîte :
1. ALIMENTATION
1.1. INSTALLATION DES PILES
1. Avant d’insérer les piles, s’assurer que
le jouet est éteint.
2. Ouvrir le compartiment à piles situé à
l’arrière de la partie électronique à.
3. Insérer 2 piles LR03/AAA en respectant
le schéma qui se trouve dans le
compartiment à piles.
4. Refermer soigneusement le couvercle du
compartiment à piles et s’assurer que la
vis est bien serrée.
Alimentation
Tourner l’attache permettant de fixer le
jouet à sa boîte dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre.
Retirer et jeter l’attache en plastique.

1.2. MISE EN GARDE
Les piles fournies avec le produit permettent de tester le jouet en
magasin mais ne sont pas des piles longue durée.

ne pas mélanger des piles ou des accumulateurs neufs avec des
usagés.

polarités + et –.
• Nepasmettrelesbornesd’unepileoud’unaccumulateurencourt-
circuit (en reliant directement le + et le –).

• Retirerlespilesoules accumulateursencasdenon-utilisation
prolongée.
• Nelesjeterniaufeunidanslanature.
• Nepastenterderechargerdespilesnonrechargeables.
• Enleverlesaccumulateursdujouetpourlesrecharger.
• Lesaccumulateursnedoiventêtrechargésquesouslasurveillance
d’un adulte.
2. ASSEMBLAGE
ATTENTION ! Ce jouet doit être assemblé par un adulte.

du toboggan, de couleur orange, jusqu’à
entendre un « clic ».

3. Insérer ensuite le réservoir avec partie
électronique sur le toboggan jusqu’à
entendre un « clic ».
ATTENTION !
Ce jouet a été conçu pour n’être utilisé qu’avec les balles incluses
dans le produit. Ne rien insérer d’autre (objets ou parties du corps)
dans l’orifice au sommet de l’Abracada’balles. Pour la sécurité de
votre enfant, nous vous recommandons de ne le laisser jouer avec
ce produit que sous la surveillance d’un adulte.
3. POUR COMMENCER À JOUER...
3.1. CURSEUR MARCHE/ARRÊT/RÊGLAGE DU VOLUME
Pour mettre en marche l’Abracada’balles,
déplacer le curseur Marche/Arrêt/
Réglage du volume sur la position ( )
pour un volume faible ou sur la position
( ) pour un volume fort. Pour éteindre
l’Abracada’balles, déplacer le curseur
Marche/Arrêt/Réglage du volume sur
la position Arrêt ( ).

3.2. CURSEUR MODE DE JEU
 DéplacerlecurseurModedejeusurlemode Couleurs ( ) ou
sur le mode Nombres ( ) pour choisir l’un de ces modes de jeu.
3.3. ARRÊT AUTOMATIQUE
 Silejouet n’est pasactivé pendant quelques secondes,
l’Abracada’balles invitevotre enfantà jouer. S’il nemanipule
toujours aucun bouton ou curseur, le jouet s’éteint automatiquement.
Pour réactiver le jouet, il suffit d’appuyer sur un bouton, de tourner
lamanivelleoudedéplacerlecurseurModedejeu.
4. ACTIVITÉS
Lorsque votre enfant joue avec l’Abracada’balles, les lumières clignotent
en rythme avec les sons.
1. Déplacer le curseur Marche/Arrêt/
Réglage du volume pour mettre en
marche le jouet et entendre des phrases
et chansons amusantes.
2. Appuyer sur les quatre boutons lumineux
pour découvrir les couleurs et le nom des
insectes dans le mode Couleurs, et des
mélodies ainsi que les chiffres dans le
mode Nombres.
