while using this product. After monitoring the temperature,
the pacier should be removed.

Instructions for Use
Before each use, wash the nipple with mild soap and warm
water, rinse and inspect thoroughly for cracks or damage.
Never use boiling water or harsh chemicals to clean this
pacier; this product is NOT dishwasher safe.
1. Remove the clear cover and press the black power button
to turn the unit on.
2. The unit will beep twice and perform a self-test, the
display window showing 188.8˚F for approximately two
seconds. The previous temperature reading will then be
displayed for approximately three seconds; if there is no
previous reading, the display will show H°F.
3. Place the pacier nipple in the child’s mouth. The unit will
display L˚F until it reaches a 90.0˚F temperature, followed
by the steadily increasing temperature as the
measurement proceeds. The reading will take
approximately 90 seconds.
4. The unit will sound two beeps at the end of the
measurement.
5. f the child’s temperature is above 99.9˚F, the “Twinkle
Twinkle Little Star” lullaby will play to soothe the child.
6. To monitor any uctuations in temperature readings, keep
the pacier thermometer in the child’s mouth for
additional readings at approximately ve-minute
intervals.
7. Turn the pacier off by pressing the black power button.
This product features an automatic shut-off function that
activates after approximately 30 minutes of operation. The
battery is sealed for your child’s safety and cannot be
changed. The display will ash = if the battery is low, the
entire unit must be replaced when the battery is low or
expires.
8. Wash the unit and store with the clear plastic cover intact.
Keep from direct sunlight. mmediately discontinue use if the
nipple shows signs of damage or wear.
The warrantor guarantees that its Digital Pacier Thermometer will be
free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of one
year from the date of purchase subject to the following terms and
conditions.
This warranty covers only normal use, and does not apply to use in any
clinical or commercial applications. This warranty does not cover
batteries or other power sources that may be provided with or used with
the Digital Thermometer. This warranty is voided if the Digital Pacier
Thermometer product is misused or abused in any manner.

the warranty, return it postage prepaid along with a copy of the original
dated purchase receipt and $3.00 for return shipping and insurance to:
Repair Department, 1175 Lakeside Drive, Gurnee, L 60031. nclude a

shipping address. The warrantor will repair or replace the defective unit
at the option of the warrantor. Repair or replacement of the defective
unit, at the warrantor’s option, is the sole remedy under this warranty.

defectos de fabricación durante un período de un año, a partir de la

Instrucciones para su uso
Antes de cada uso, lave la tetina con agua tibia y jabón neu-
tro, enjuague y revise que no tenga grietas ni esté dañada.
Nunca use agua hirviendo ni sustancias químicas agresivas
para limpiar este chupete; este producto NO es apto para
lavavajillas.
1. Quite la cubierta transparente y oprima el botón negro de
encendido y apagado para encender la unidad.
2. La unidad emitirá dos señales audibles y realizará una
prueba automática, la pantalla mostrará 188,8˚F (87˚C)
durante aproximadamente dos segundos. Luego se
exhibirá la lectura previa de temperatura durante
aproximadamente tres segundos; si no hubiese ninguna
lectura previa, la pantalla mostrará H°F.
3. Coloque la tetina del chupete en la boca del niño. La
unidad indicará L˚F hasta que alcance una temperatura de
90,0˚F (32˚C), luego, a medida que avance la medición,
mostrará la temperatura constante en aumento. La lectura
tarda aproximadamente 90 segundos.
4. La unidad emitirá dos señales audibles al nal de la
medición.
5. Si la temperatura del niño es superior a 99,9˚F (37,7˚C),
suena la canción de cuna “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” para
calmar al niño.
6. Para monitorear cualquier uctuación en las lecturas de
temperatura, vuelva a tomar la temperatura al niño con el
termómetro con chupete en intervalos de aproximadamente
cinco minutos.
7. Apague el chupete oprimiendo el botón negro de
encendido/apagado.
Este producto cuenta con una función de apagado
automático que se activa después de aproximadamente 30
minutos de operación. La batería está sellada para la
seguridad de su niño y no puede cambiarse. La pantalla
destella = si hay poca batería, debe cambiar toda la unidad
cuando quede poca batería o cuando la batería se termine.
8. Lave la unidad y guárdela con la cubierta de plástico
transparente intacta. Consérvela alejada de la luz solar
directa. Deje de usar inmediatamente si la tetina muestra
signos de daño o desgaste.
