Xcelerator IP and BandTel. If you require assistance with this application, please contact

BandTel - SIP Trunk Setup
Userna e - (EXAMPLE: 8004661448)
Password – (EXAMPLE: *******)
Proxy/Registration Server – (EXAMPLE: 69.39.22.248)
1. Log in to the Xcelerator IP system and go to: Voice > Trunk > IP Trunk.
2. Using the information provided by BandTel complete the following fields as shown:
Phone Nu ber: add 0200 before the toll-free number
Auth ID: enter user name
SIP Proxy: proxy1.bandtel
Outbound Proxy: proxy1.bandtel
Register Server: registrar.bandtel
User Na e: enter user name
Auth Password: enter password
3. Scroll to bottom of page and click the [Save Settings] button to save the configuration.

4. Once settings are saved go to: Manage ent > Ti e Setting > Internet Ti e.
5. For the “First NTP time server” fields:
a. Click on the dropdown arrow and select “Other”.
b. Then enter the IP address of the NTP Server: 192.43.244.18.
c. Click on [Save settings] when finished.
7. After settings are saved click on the Diagnostics menu.
8. Scroll down to: “Test the status of IP Trunk Line”. When the IP Trunk is operational the
status of the IP Trunk will change to IDLE (shown in green text).
This completes the SIP Trunk configuration process. If you have any other questions please
