1 General information
Dear customer,
Thank you for choosing this dispensing unit.
To ensure proper functioning, please read these operating instructions carefully and
keep them for future reference.
If you require further information or if you have any questions which are not dealt with
in sucient detail in these operating instructions, please contact us directly.
1.1 The DC 200
The DC 200 dispensing unit series comprises four models which dier only slightly in
their technical versions. For this reason, only the DC 200 is referred to below.
The DC 200 is used for the precise control of pneumatically controlled dispensing systems.

1.2 Intended Use
The device is designed and constructed for commercial use. It is only used for dispensing

considered improper. If this device is used for other purposes, personal injury or damage
to property may result.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for consequences resulting from improper use.
Non-intended use includes:
• Changes to the device not expressly recommended in the operating instructions
• Use of incompatible or damaged spare parts
• Use of non-approved accessories or auxiliary equipment

2.1 General safety information
2 Safety instructions
If this device is used for purposes other than those
described in this operating manual, personal injury or
damage to property may result.
Only use the device in accordance with the instructions.
2.2 Dangers for the operator
Read the operating instructions carefully before use.
Always wear suitable protective clothing.
Smoking or naked ames are prohibited when
dispensing ammable media.
This device is intended for indoor use only.
2.3 Electrical safety instructions
Risk of death due to electric shock
There is a danger to life inside the dispensing unit due
to mains voltage!
Before opening the dispensing unit, disconnect it from
the mains voltage by pulling the mains cable.
The unit may only be operated by an authorized
electrical personnel can be opened.
Operate the device exclusively with the maximum
permitted rated power / settings.

4 Start & Operation
• Connect the power inlet cable to the Power inlet connector on the backside.
• Connect the Air Inlet tube from the compressor to the Air Inlet at the backside of the
DC 200.
• Connect the Foot switch (optional C-0040) or the dispense cable of the dispense
robot to the foot switch connector in the backside of the DC 200.
• Switch ON the liquid dispenser. The green POWER-LED lights. The device is now
ready for work.
• Connect the cartridge to the adapter like following diagram:
• Connect the air tube of the cartridge adapter to the air pressure output of the
DC 200 and adjust the pressure fur the cartridge on the front side with the pressure
controller.
• Adjust the Vacuum to reduce material dripping.
NOTICE
The dispensing quantity depends on the set pressure,
the size of the dispensing needle, the viscosity of the
material and the dispensing time.
You will nd tips on dispensing in our brochure Simply
dispensing.
• Select MODE on the switch on the front side:
• Timer OFF: The DC 200 dispenses as long as the foot switch is applied.
• Timer ON: The DC 200 dispenses as long as the timer is adjusted. #
A short apply on the foot switch is enough.

DIP switch 4 switches an extra mode in which the signal is held at ON and a manual
mode is selected at OFF.
5 Time Ranges
With the potentiometer on the front plate (Scale 0 – 10), the dispensing time can be
adjusted. 4 timing ranges are available, which can be selected with the DIP-switch at the
bottom of the controller housing:

6 Connections
After you have done all connections, it should look like follows:
7 Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable
regulations.
Electrical parts must not be disposed of with household waste.
According to Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE), these must be returned to the collection points set
up for this purpose in order to be reused.
