UVOD IN VARNOST
Zahvaljujemo se Vam za nakup našega izdelka. Naprava je električna črpalka, ki se
uporablja za črpanje vode. Po odpiranju embalaže najprej preverite, če so vsi deli
priloženi in nepoškodovani. Če kakšen del manjka ali je poškodovan, naprave ne
uporabljajte in se posvetujte s pooblaščenim prodajalcem ali serviserjem. Pri
prodaji ali posojanju naprave priložite ta navodila.
1. Pred prvo uporabo preberite ta navodila in se seznanite s pravilnim delovanjem
naprave.
2. Upoštevajte varnostna opozorila, saj v nasprotnem primeru obstaja velika
nevarnost težjih telesnih poškodb.
3. Navodila za uporabo shranite in jih imejte vedno na voljo.
4. Napravo uporabljajte samo v skladu z navodili in varnostnimi opozorili.
5. Črpalka je namenjena prenosni ali statični uporabi. Pred delom črpalko
namestite na delovno območje. Naprava je namenjena črpanju vode za
namakanje in zalivanje.
6. Ne uporabljajte naprave s poškodovanim stikalom za vklop/izklop.
7. Naprave ne uporabljajte za črpanje pitne vode.
8. Naprave ne uporabljajte v eksplozivnem območju ali v prostorih z vnetljivimi
snovmi.
9. Uporabljate lahko samo pravilno sestavljeno napravo. Če se naprava
poškoduje, jo nesite na pooblaščen servis.
10. Uporaba za druge namene ni dovoljena. Naprave ne smete spreminjati, saj
obstaja velika nevarnost poškodb zaradi uporabe delov, ki niso priporočeni s
strani proizvajalca. Nepravilna uporaba ali uporaba neoriginalnih delov
razveljavi garancijo.
11. Pred priklopom na napajanje preverite, če je naprava izklopljena.
12. Napravo lahko priključite samo na vir napajanja z ozemljitvijo.
13. Napravo priključite na vir napajanja z zaščitno varovalko z izklopnim tokom
največ 30 mA.
Vrsta nevarnosti:
Neupoštevanje teh navodil lahko povzroči veliko nevarnost
težjih telesnih poškodb ali celo smrti.

14. Pred priklopom na napajanje preverite, če je napajalna napetost enaka
napetosti naprave.
15. Kabel namestite na varno mesto, kjer je zaščiten pred ostrimi robovi, oljem ali
toploto. Kabla ne zvijajte, vlecite in ne stiskajte.
16. Pred vsako uporabo preglejte kabel in vtikač. Če se napajalni kabel poškoduje,
takoj izvlecite vtikač iz vtičnice. Nikoli ne uporabljajte naprave s poškodovanim
napajalnim kablom.
17. Če naprave ne uporabljate, izvlecite vtikač iz vtičnice. Preden odstranite vtikač
iz vtičnice, preverite, če je naprava izklopljena.
SESTAVLJANJE IN PRIPRAVA ZA UPORABO
Napravo morate pritrditi na tla (trdno podlago) s štirimi vijaki.
Če napravo uporabljate na vrtu ali v bazenih, morate napravo namestiti tako,
da je zaščitena pred prevračanjem ali padcem. Upoštevajte tudi ostale
zakonske predpise.
Prostor z nameščeno črpalko mora biti dobro prezračevan in zaščiten pred
zunanjimi vremenskimi vplivi. Tla morajo biti opremljena z odtokom in
zaščitena pred puščanjem vode.
Pred vklopom preglejte sesalno cev in preverite, če je dobro zatesnjena. Zračni
mehurčki v sesalni cevi so znak za puščanje. To lahko povzroči poškodbe
naprave.
Nevarnost poškodb naprave:
Sesalna cev mora biti nameščena tako, da ne obremenjuje
črpalke (ne vleče črpalke proti vodnemu viru). Če je vodni vir
onesnažen, morate uporabiti sesalni filter in s tem zaščititi
črpalko pred vdorom peska in umazanije.
Nevarnost!
Pozor:
Priporočamo uporabo protipovratnega ventila, da po izklopu
črpalke voda ne odteka.

Vsi spoji morajo biti zatesnjeni s tesnilom in tesnilno pasto (Fermit) ali s
tesnilnim trakom (npr. teflonski trak). Puščanje lahko povzroči vdor zraka in
zmanjša izhodni pretok.
Tesnilno nitko morate uporabiti pri ceveh s kovinskimi spoji. Sintetične navoje
pa zatesnite s tesnilnim trakom.
Vsi sestavni deli sesalnega voda morajo biti dobro nameščeni.
Sesalna cev mora imeti notranji premer najmanj 25 mm. Cev mora biti
primerna za zvijanje in upogibanje ter mora prenesti vakuumske obremenitve.
Sesalna cev mora biti čim krajša, saj se zmogljivost črpanja z večjo dolžino cevi
zmanjšuje.
Sesalna cev mora biti nameščena v čim bolj ravni liniji proti črpalki, saj to
preprečuje nastanek zračnih žepov.
V črpalki mora biti dovolj vode za ustvarjanje podtlaka. Konec sesalne cevi
mora biti ves čas pod vodno gladino time.
Vsi sestavni deli tlačnega voda morajo biti odporni na visoke tlake.
Vsi sestavni deli tlačnega voda morajo biti dobro nameščeni.
UPORABA
Napravo lahko stalno pritrdite na vodovodni sistem (za sanitarno vodo). Napravo
namestite na elastično podnožje (npr. guma) in preprečite prenos vibracij. Napravo
na vodovodni sistem priključite z gibljivo cevjo in preprečite prenos vibracij.
Nevarnost poškodb!
Če sestavni deli niso pravilno nameščeni ali niso odporni na
tlak, se lahko tlačni vod med delom poškoduje. Pri tem obstaja
nevarnost iztekanja tekočine!
Nevarnost!
Opomba:
Napravo lahko uporabljate samo za črpanje sanitarne vode za
toaleto, pralne stroje in podobne naprave. Nikoli ne
uporabljajte naprave za črpanje pitne vode.

Napravo lahko uporabljate samo v skladu s spodaj opisanimi pogoji:
1. Napravo lahko priključite samo na zaščiteno vtičnico, ki je pravilno priključena
in ozemljena.
2. Napajalna napetost mora biti enaka napetosti naprave.
3. Če napravo uporabljate v bazenih, ribnikih ali podobnih vodnih virih, jo
priključite na vir napajanja z zaščitno varovalko z izklopnim tokom največ
30 mA.
4. Če napravo uporabljate zunaj, morate uporabiti priključke, ki so zaščiteni pred
pršenjem vode. Priključkov nikoli ne namestite v vodo.
5. Podaljševalni kabli morajo imeti zadosten presek žic. Podaljševalne kable na
kolutu morate odviti do konca.
Polnjenje in črpanje
1. Odvijte pokrov črpalke.
2. Napolnite posodo z vodo.
3. Ponovno namestite filter z ohišjem na napravo. Tesnilo mora biti pravilno
nameščeno.
4. Če želite skrajšati čas sesanja vode, napolnite sesalno cev z vodo.
5. Odprite tlačno cev (odprite ventil za vodo), da se lahko izloči zrak iz sistema.
6. Vklopite napravo.
7. Ko voda teče enakomerno, izklopite napravo.
8. Po uporabi očistite filter.
Nevarnost električnega udara!
Ne uporabljajte naprave v vlažnem okolju!
Nevarnost!
Nevarnost poškodb naprave!
Pred vsako uporabo morate črpalko napolniti z vodo. Če v
črpalko prodre zrak, jo morate odzračiti in napolniti z vodo.
Dolgotrajno delovanje brez vode (na suho –brez nadzora) -
lahko uniči črpalko!

VZDRŽEVANJE
1. Pred vzdrževanjem izklopite napravo in izvlecite vtikač iz vtičnice.
2. Uporabniki lahko opravljajo samo vzdrževalna dela, ki so opisana v teh
navodilih. Vsa ostala vzdrževalna dela in popravila lahko opravljajo samo
pooblaščeni serviserji.
3. Uporabljajte samo originalne rezervne dele, saj samo originalni deli omogočajo
dobro delovanje naprave. Uporaba neoriginalnih delov ali delov, ki niso
priporočeni s strani proizvajalca razveljavi garancijo, pri delu pa obstaja velika
nevarnost poškodb.
NAPAKE IN ODPRAVLJANJE NAPAK PRI DELOVANJU
Pri številnih napakah pri delovanju so pogosti vzroki manjše nepravilnosti, ki jih
lahko odpravite sami. Preden nesete napravo na servis, si poglejte tabelo na
naslednji strani in poskušajte sami odpraviti napake. To prihrani čas in vaš denar.
Če napake ne morete odpraviti, se posvetujte s pooblaščenim serviserjem.
Popravila lahko opravljajo samo pooblaščeni serviserji. Nepooblaščeno popravljanje
lahko povzroči poškodbe naprave in razveljavi garancijo.
Velika nevarnost telesnih poškodb ali celo smrti - električni
udar!
Pred vzdrževanjem izklopite napravo in izvlecite vtikač iz
vtičnice!

INTRODUCTION AND SAFETY
Thank you for purchasing this product.
This tool is an electric pump. It is used for pumping water and other similar water
applications.
After opening the package, please ensure that the products are complete.
If the products are damaged or there is something missing, please do not use it and
bring it back to your dealer.
If you give this tool to another person, please give him this instruction manual.
1. In order to operate the equipment safely, the users shall carefully read and
understand the instructions before the first application.
2. The users shall obey all safety instructions. Otherwise, you and others may suffer
from injury.
3. You shall preserve all application and safety instructions for the further
reference.
The equipment shall be used when it has normal functions.
4. Please use the equipment according to the safety and technical requirements as
specified in the instructions.
5. The semi-stationary and static form of the equipment is designed to be
transferred to the house and garden: Spray waterand make watering.
6. The equipment shall be used within its performance range. Please don't use the
equipment which has abnormal switch.
7. The equipment is prohibited to be used for providing water or conveying food.
8. Please don't use the equipment in the room which contains the inflammable and
combustible liquid or gas.
9. When the components which fail to be tested and recognized by manufacturers
are improperly used, the equipment is likely to suffer from the unforeseen damage.
10. Any application which deviates from the intended purpose as specified in the
instructions will be considered as the unauthorized application, as a result, the
generated problems are independent of the manufacturers.
11. Please ensure that the closed equipment will not be started again by mistake.
12. The equipment shall be connected to the socket which has correct installation
and grounding.
13. The fuse wire shall serve as the current circuit breaker when the residual
current exceeds 30mA.

The personal injury or death is likely to be caused in case of refusing
to obey this danger notice.

14. Please ensure that the power supply can satisfy the connection regulations
before the equipment connection.
15. Please don't bend, extrude, pull or drive the power wire to avoid the related
dangers caused by line breakage.
16. Please check the plug and power cable before application. When the power
cable has been damaged, please disconnect the plug immediately. Please don't use
the equipment which has damaged power line.
17. When the equipment is idle, please ensure that the plug has been pulled out.
Meanwhile, the equipment has been closed, then, unplug the power supply.
COMMISSIONING
As for the fixed application, please apply four screws to tighten the equipment
on the foundation support firmly.
When the equipment is used for the pound and swimming pool in the garden,
the equipment shall be subject to the special setup to avoid the overflow and
falling.
The equipment shall be installed in the well-ventilated places to avoid the
weather effect. In case of indoor operation, please ensure that the floor is
equipped with drainage ditch or leakage-proof mechanism.
Please check the suction hose and guarantee its airtightness before startup.
When the air foam is absorbed in the hose, the equipment is likely to be out of
order because the leakage exists possibly.
All interfaces which are connected to the suction pipeline shall be sealed by
hemp and thick slurry or sealing tape. The leakage will reduce the air exhaust..
The interface of metal pipe thread shall be sealed by sealing tape.
All components of suction pipeline shall be installed by professionals.
Danger type and source!
In order to avoid any mechanical force or tension, the suction pipeline
shall be installed.
When the transmission pipeline is polluted, please apply filter to
make cleaning and protection.
Danger!
Attention:
We advise to install one check value to avoid the equipment
shutdown which is caused by water loss absence during the pump.

The inner diameter of suction pipe shall be 25mm at least; The suction pipe
shall be kinking resistant and suitable for the vacuum environment.
Considering that the increasing pipe length will reduce the transmission
capacity, the suction pipeline shall be as short as possible.
The suction pipeline shall uplift the pump steadily to avoid any bubbles.
Please ensure that the suction pipeline has enough water supply; The terminal
of suction hose shall be submerged in water all the time.
All components of pressure pipeline shall be compressive..
All components of pressure pipeline shall be installed by professionals.
OPERATION
The equipment can be firmly connected to the pipeline system (such as, internal
water supply in families). In such case, the equipment shall apply the highly flexible
hose to connect to the pipeline system to avoid the vibration.
The equipment shall be operated only in the following conditions:
1. The equipment is only connected to the socket which has protective contacts,
moreover, which shall be installed, grounded and checked by professional
electricians.
2. The power voltage and fuse protection shall satisfy the technical data.
3. The equipment shall be equipped with the protective device for less than 30mA
residual current when the equipment is operated in the swimming pool, garden
and similar places.
4. In case of outdoor operation, the electrical connection shall be splash-proof; The
equipment shall not be operated in water.
Risk for injury!
When the components are unable to withstand the compression or
the installation is incorrect, the pressure pipeline is likely to burst
during the operation. Risk for liquid ejection.
Danger!
Attention:
The equipment is only used for industrial water supply, such as,toilet
and washing machine shall not be used for the drinking water supply.
Electric shock risk!
Please don't operate the equipment in the humid environment.

5. The extension wire shall have enough conductor cross section; The cable drum
shall be unfolded completely.
Filling and suction
1. Unscrew the pump cover.
2. The pump shall be filled with water completely.
3. Install the filter again and screw the pump cover and sealing elements.
4. When it is necessary to shorten the suction time, please fill in the suction hose.
5. Open the pressure pipeline (faucet or nozzle) to make the air escape during the
intake process.
6. Switch on the equipment.
7. Switch off the equipment when water is exhausted evenly.
8. Clean the filter after use.
Risk for equipment damage!
The pump shall be filled with water when the new equipment is
connected. It is unnecessary to make up additional water during the
extension operation. The dry running of equipment is likely to
damage the equipment during the unmanned supervision.

MAINTENANCE
1. Please disconnect the power supply before any operation of maintenance.
2. The equipment will only fulfill the maintenance and trouble removal tasks as
specified in the instructions. Other faults shall be removed by experts.
3. Please apply the original components. Only these replaceable components are
specifically designed and produced for the equipment. When other components
are replaced, the warranty will be invalid and you and your environment are likely
to be endangered.
FAULT AND REMEDIAL MEASURES
In most cases, you will be able to troubleshoot problems easily by yourself. Before
you contact us, please refer to the following table for technical support. This will
help you save a lot of work and possible expenses.
If you are unable to remove the faults, please contact with the local suppliers
directly. Please remember that the repairing of laypeople will invalidate your
warranty and claims for compensation and give rise to the extra costs.
