Hydration Extension Mount Installation:
Over- Bar Mounting
1. Ensure the open endofthemount isfacingforward.Snap one side ofHydration Extension Mount to oneaero
extension (Fig. 1).
Note: See Fig. 1a forunder-barmountingposition.
2. Rotate mount into position andsnap the otherside on to the secondaero extension.
3. Slide hook-and-loopstrapsthrough strap channels(Fig. 2) andpull securely.
4. Foldhook-and-loopstrapsback on themselves andpress to adhere (Fig. 3).
5. Tighten the boltsto 30 kgf.cm /3Nm/26 in.lbs (Fig.3a).

Aero Bottle Installation:
1. Slide Aero bottle ③in to mount fromthe front (Fig. 4).
2. Wraphook-and-loopstraparoundthe front ofthe bottle andthrough the strap channel (Fig. 5).
3. Foldstrapback on itselfandpress firmly to secure.
Aero Bottle Cap Removal and Installation:
1. Removethe 2Port Screws ⑭(Fig. 6).
2. Selectthe correct FillerPort Cap ⑩~ ⑫foryourapplication (Fig. 7).
3. Install cap andscrews. Tighten screws.
ero Bottle Cleaning:
1. Open AntisplashLid ⑬andremove FillerPortLabrynth Spout andFillerPortLabrynth Spout Mazes,⑦⑧⑨(Fig. 8).
2. Pull out Flex Strawanduse abottle brush (Fig.⑤9) andwarmsoapy waterto clean bottle,spout andstraw.
3. Rinse with warmwaterandairdry before reassembly.
