workmanship foraperiod oftwoyearsafteroriginalpurchaseunless otherwisestated inthe full warrantypolicy.The warrantyis
non-transferableandvalid to the originalpurchaseroftheproductonly.Anyattemptto modifytheproductinanywaysuchas

Install rearderailleurto thederailleurhangerusing 5mmAllen key.Tightento 80-100 kgf.cm / 8-10Nm/ 70-90
in.lbs.MakesureboththeB-tensionscrewandthe pulleycagedonot interferewiththe dropouttab during
assembly.Ifnecessary,extend the pulleybyhand.
(Recommend usegreaseonthe B-knucklespring bolt thread beforeinstalling to hanger)
Withthe chainonthebiggestchainring atthe frontand onthesmallestcassettecog atthe rear,the guide
pulley(upper)and tensionpulley(lower)oftheRDshould beinverticalposition.(allowed 2links more)

Connection andsecuringofthecable Low Limitadjustment TopLimitAdjustment
Fullytighten the cabletensionadjuster,insertthe cableand fixit underthecablepinchwasher,making sure
thatthe cableis properlypositioned insidethegrooveinthewasheras perbelowpicture.Tighten to
50 kgf.cm/ 5Nm/ 45 in.lbs.
Adjustthe Lowlimit screwuntil the upperpulley
is aligned atthe outsideline ofthe smallestcog.
Adjustthe Top limit screwuntil the upperpulleyis aligned
directlyunderthe innercog andis limited frommoving
furtherinboard.
Withthe chainonthe3
rd
cog,starttighteningthecableadjustmentuntil the chainisslightlyrubbingagainthe
4th cog andmakenoise.Thenuntighten the cableforhalfaturnandcheck theres nomorenoise.
Pleasenotethatespeciallywhen installing newhousingyoumightrepeatthisoperationafterafewridesince
the initialsettlementofthe cable,housingand housing terminal,could slightlydecreasethetensioninthe
cable.
Adjustthe preload ofthe B-knucklespring using theB-tensionscrew.
Ifthe tensionis correctwhen thechainis onthe bigchainring atthefrontandsmallestcog attherear,there
will be1-1.5 links between the cog and the upperpulley.
