Congratulationson yourVision product.Pleaseread theseinstructionsandfollow themforcorrectuse.Failureto follow

the warnings andinstructionscouldresult in damageto productnot coveredunderwarranty,damageto bicycle;orcause

anaccident resultingin injuryordeath.Sincespecifictoolsandexperiencearenecessaryforproperinstallation,it is

recommendedthatthe productbeinstalledbyaqualifiedbicycletechnician.FSA&Vision assumesno responsibilityfor

damagesorinjury relatedto improperly installedcomponents.

Warranty

Full SpeedAhead(FSA) warrantsall FSA,Vision andRPM productsto befree fromdefectsin materialsorworkmanshipfor

aperiodoftwo years afteroriginal purchase unless otherwise statedin the full warranty policy.The warranty is

non-transferable andvalidto the original purchaserofthe product only.Anyattempt to modify the product in any way

suchasdrilling,grinding, andpaintingwill voidthe warranty.Formoreinformation on warrantypolicyandinstructionsfor

Alwaysuseacalibratedtorque wrenchto tighten all screwsandboltswhen assemblingandadjustingthe

vision handlebarto the bicycle.Failureto useacalibratedtorquewrenchcancausedamageto the handlebarmakingit

unsafeto ride,andisnot covered underwarranty.Checkbolt andscrew torque beforeeachride to ensurethey havenot

loosenedduringuse.

Periodically inspectyourAerboarsforanycracks, chips,scratches, andanyothervisible damage.Inthe

event ofanaccident donot ridethe bicycleuntilthe handlebars havebeen inspectedbyanexperiencedmechanicas the

Aerobars maybedamagedorweakenedeven ifno visible damageisapparent.Ifthereisanyvisible damage,the

Aerobars shouldnot be usedany furtherandreplaced.

When changingthe armrestStackspacers ,usethe correctlength bolt ⑥as perthe chartshow in Table

1. Useonly FSAsuppliedbolts.Failureto usethe correctlength bolt canresult in thread strippageofthe basebar,failure

ofbase bar,and armrest pad andcan cause seriousaccident orinjury.

Clip On Aerobar installation

1. Ensure handlebar iscompatible with clip-on aero bars. Confirmthat the diameterofthe handlebar ①matchesthe Vision clip-on bar ArcSpacer and④LowerClampPlate ⑤(31.8mm).

2. See Table 1forStackSpacerandbolt configuration.Install ArmrestMount ②anddesiredStackSpacer(s) ,ArcSpacer ④andLowerHandlebar Clamp ⑤onto the handlebar.ChoosecorrectArmrestMount Bolt ⑥forstack

spacerconfiguration.Apply light grease to the Armrest Mount Bolts ⑥andthread in throughassembly into clampplate.

Do not apply greaseonto the handlebarclampingsurfacesorthe clip-on barclipsurfaces. FSA/Vision recommends usingcarbon installation compoundbetween clampsurfacesandhandlebar,especially on clip-on

compatible carbon handlebars.

3. Alternately tighten Armrest Mount Bolts ⑥.Tighten evenlybetween each bolt. Do not tighten above 82 kgf.cm /8Nm/71 in.lbs.

Note:Ifusingwith carbon handlebars,it isrecommendedtousewith FSA /Vision carbon handlebars.Someothercarbon handlebars maybedamagedifclip-on bar istightenedto 82 kgf.cm/8Nm/71 in.lbs. Consult handlebar

manufacturers fortighteningrecommendations. Failure to follow propertorque may cause damage to othercarbon handlebars andisnot coveredunderwarranty.

4.Slide Aero Extensionsin to Aero Extension Mount .Set todesiredlength androtation angle.Tighten Aero Extension⑦② /Mount FixingBolts ⑩to 31 kgf.cm /3Nm/27 in.lbs.

Ensurethe minimuminsertion length indication on the AeroExtensionsbar⑦(MIN^INSERT)isbeyondthe Armrestmount ends. Ridingthe clip-on bar withoutthe MinimumInsertion ”line insideArmrestmount

can cause damage andunexpectedclip-on bar failure causingaccidentandinjury.

5. Choose the desiredarmrest position andattach thearmrest plate ⑧toAeroExtension /Armrest Mount ②.Install Armrest Plate Bolts andtighten to20 kgf.cm /2Nm /18 in.lbs. Alwaysuse acalibratedtorque wrench to

tighten armrestfixingbolts.

6. Remove the adhesive velcro strips fromarmrest pads ⑨andattach to thetopsurface ofleft andright armrestplates ⑧.

Neverattempt to modifythecable guideholes. Do notdrill,saw,orfiletheholes largerorto adifferentshape.Modificationswillvoidwarrantyandmayresult in failureofthehandlebar while ridingcausingaccident,

injury,ordeath.
