please call a qualified technician. Check carefully to make sure there are no missing or defective parts.
Improper installation may cause damage or serious injury. Do not use this product for any purpose that is
not explicitly specified in this manual. Do not exceed weight capacity. We cannot be liable for damage or
injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly or inappropriate use.
STEP 1
Attach Sliding Brackets (B) to Tray (A)
using M4x6 Screws (S-A) and a phillips
screwdriver.

DO NOT EXCEED WEIGHT CAPACITY.
Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD
SMALL PARTS - NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED.

STEP 2
Attach Right Clamp (D) to Sliding Brackets
(B) using M5x5 Screws (S-B) and a phillips
screwdriver. repeat the process on the opposite
side with Le Clamp (C).
STEP 3
Place assembled keyboard mount on the edge of the desk and tighten clamps.
NOTE: To ensure keyboard tray is level, do not over-tighten clamps.
STEP 4
Use the locks on Le Clamp (C) and Right Clamp (D) to adjust the tilt, and secure the tray in
place.
