col minor consumo di energia. Come tutti i nostri prodotti anche questa pompa ha subito collaudi precisi e severi; se usata
seguendo le istruzioni qui sotto riportate, La soddisferà per moltissimi anni ed un capillare servizio di ricambi Le consentirà di
effettuare riparazioni, con pezzi originali, per molto tempo.
1. DESCRIZIONE DEL MANUALE
1.1. PREMESSA
Leggere con la massima attenzione questo manuale di istruzioni per l’uso prima della messa in servizio, dell’impiego, della
manutenzione o di qualsiasi altro intervento sulla macchina.
Un uso corretto della macchina ed un’efficace e razionale manutenzione consentono di mantenere la macchina nelle condizioni
ottimali di funzionamento e di non ridurre efficienza e sicurezza.
Il presente manuale è stato realizzato in conformità alle indicazioni contenute nell’ALLEGATO I della DIRETTIVA
MACCHINE 2006/42/CE e costituisce parte integrante ed essenziale della macchina.
Il presente manuale deve essere conservato presso la macchina, in luogo riparato ed accessibile per una pronta consultazione, e
deve accompagnare la macchina durante tutta la sua vita dal collaudo iniziale fino allo smantellamento finale.
1.2. SCOPI E LIMITI DEL MANUALE
Il presente manuale di istruzioni per l’uso ha lo scopo di:
•Descrivere il funzionamento e le condizioni di utilizzazione della macchina.
•Illustrare le principali caratteristiche tecniche della macchina.
•Fornire istruzioni per l’uso della macchina.
•Evidenziare rischi potenziali e/o possibili situazioni di pericolo.
•Fornire istruzioni per la manutenzione e le riparazioni.
•Consentire la comprensione di eventuali problemi operativi e le modalità per risolverli.
Oltre all’osservanza delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente manuale di istruzioni per l’uso, l’uso della macchina è
subordinato al rispetto di tutte le norme di sicurezza vigenti.
2. DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
2.1. CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
La pompa “V_BLACK ELEKTRON” deve essere utilizzata solo con prodotti approvati dalle autorità di regolamentazione per
prodotti fitosanitari, e le soluzioni liquide erogate non devono avere una temperatura superiore ai 40° C.

2.2. CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI AMMESSE
Le condizioni ambientali in cui la macchina deve operare sono: Temperatura: 5 40° C, Umidità: 0 70% (non condensata).
Occorre inoltre riporre la macchina in ambiente riparato dalle intemperie, dal sole, dal gelo, non polveroso ed asciutto.
ATTENZIONE: LA MACCHINA NON È ADATTA A LAVORARE IN AMBIENTE ESPLOSIVO.
2.3. RUMORE E VIBRAZIONI
Le vibrazioni ed il rumore prodotti durante il funzionamento della macchina rientrano ampliamente nei limiti di legge e non
possono arrecare danni all’operatore (livello di pressione sonora superficiale <70dBa; vibrazione meccanica <2,5m/s2).
3. PRESCRIZIONI GENERALI
3.1. AVVERTIMENTI DI SICUREZZA E PRECAUZIONI DA OSSERVARE
Malgrado le disposizioni adottate, la macchina, nell’area di lavoro, può comportare situazioni di pericolo e rischi potenziali.
È necessario analizzare accuratamente la potenziale presenza di tali situazioni di pericolo e di tali rischi al fine di fissare
procedure di lavoro sicure, norme di comportamento adeguate e predisporre dispositivi di protezione individuale.
-L’OPERATORE,QUANDO FA FUNZIONARE LA POMPA,DEVE ADOTTARE PROCEDURE DI LAVORO SICURE ED OSSERVARE LE
NORME ED I REGOLAMENTI SULLA SICUREZZA.
-Non utilizzare prodotti dei quali si ignorino le caratteristiche tossicologiche ma esclusivamente prodotti consentiti dal
Ministero della Sanità rispettando scrupolosamente tutte le specifiche indicazioni e le prescrizioni d’uso elencate sulla
confezione del prodotto che si vuole utilizzare.
-È vietato categoricamente l’uso della pompa a bambini, adolescenti e donne incinte.
-Non utilizzare se stanchi, malati o sotto l’effetto di alcool, droghe o medicinali che possono condizionare lo stato
fisico e mentale.
-Non spruzzare solventi, acidi o liquidi infiammabili.
-Indossare sempre indumenti e dispositivi protettivi per evitare il contatto con prodotti nocivi o tossici:
▪Protezioni per le mani.
▪Protezioni per il corpo.
▪Protezioni per le vie respiratorie.
▪Protezioni per gli occhi.
-Fare attenzione a non aspirare vapori o gocce della soluzione chimica: in caso di contatto o aspirazione accidentale
interpellare immediatamente il proprio medico.
-Non mangiare e non fumare durante il trattamento.
-Usare la pompa in locali ed ambienti ben areati, non ventilati, ben illuminati e senza zone d’ombra.
-Non utilizzare la pompa controvento.
-Durante l’utilizzo mantenersi ad una distanza di sicurezza di almeno sei metri da eventuali persone o animali.
-Tenere la pompa lontano da bambini, animali domestici e non spruzzare nei pressi di acque con pesci.
-Non mangiare frutti o ortaggi trattati se non è trascorso il tempo previsto dal produttore del preparato chimico e,
comunque, non prima di averli accuratamente lavati.
-Non pressurizzare la pompa con apparecchi in pressione.
-Non disperdere nell’ambiente i prodotti chimici non utilizzati.
-Dopo l’uso della pompa lavare accuratamente le mani, il volto e gli indumenti utilizzati.
-Non lasciare la pompa esposta alle intemperie.
-L’utilizzatore è responsabile del fatto che la macchina venga mantenuta in condizioni ottimali di funzionamento e tali
da funzionare in piena sicurezza. Le parti e gli accessori della macchina devono essere sostituiti qualora, per
condizioni di usura o per altri fattori dovuti al funzionamento, non diano più la garanzia di operare in modo corretto.

3.2. DIVIETI
-È vietato modificare parti della macchina.
-È vietato applicare dispositivi o accessori alla macchina senza l’autorizzazione della DAVIDE E LUIGI VOLPI
S.p.A.
-È vietato usare solventi, come alcool, benzina o diluente, per la pulizia della macchina.
4. MODALITÀ DI TRASPORTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE
Il trasporto della macchina va effettuato adottando tutte le precauzioni atte a non danneggiare la macchina.
La macchina deve sempre essere trasportata con l’interruttore generale spento.
La macchina deve essere trasportata vuota o, se non fosse possibile, deve essere fissata correttamente per evitare sversamenti
accidentali del prodotto.
La macchina non va sovrapposta ad altri materiali né altri materiali vanno sovrapposti sulla macchina sia durante il trasporto
sia durante lo stoccaggio.
Durante il trasporto non far subire urti alla macchina.
Si raccomanda di movimentare con molta cura la macchina per evitare urti che potrebbero danneggiarla.
5. MODALITÀ DI UTILIZZO
5.1. PREPARAZIONE DELLA POMPA
-Svitare il girello 10B dall’impugnatura 10A.
-Inserire il girello 10B sul tubo di mandata 9.
-Inserire il tubo di mandata 9 sul porta gomma dell’impugnatura.
-Avvitare il girello 10B sull’impugnatura 10A.
-Avvitare la prolunga 12 sull’impugnatura 10A.
ATTENZIONE: avvitare la prolunga prestando attenzione ad accoppiare correttamente le filettature.
-Montare gli spallacci P (Fig. “A”) come visibile nelle figure sotto
-Regolare la lunghezza degli spallacci P (Fig. “A”).
-Accendere la pompa tramite l’interruttore A (Fig. “A”) e verificare lo stato di carica sul voltmetro C (Fig. “A”), poi
spegnere subito la pompa. Se la batteria risulta scarica, ricaricarla seguendo le istruzioni riportate nel paragrafo 6.2.
5.2. RIEMPIMENTO DEL SERBATOIO
Preparare la soluzione in un apposito contenitore diverso dal serbatoio della macchina.
Svitare il coperchio del serbatoio e versare attraverso il filtro a crivello la soluzione preparata.
Riavvitare con cura il coperchio.

ATTENZIONE: non preparare la soluzione nel serbatoio ma, sempre, in un apposito contenitore separato.
Non versare mai la soluzione nel serbatoio della pompa senza l’uso del filtro.
5.3. POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA POMPA
Posizionare la pompa su un piano orizzontale ad una altezza corretta per facilitare l’operazione di inserimento delle braccia
all’interno degli spallacci precedentemente regolati.
Per una ulteriore regolazione degli spallacci, appoggiare la pompa su un piano rialzato, sfilare le braccia dagli spallacci, e
regolare la loro lunghezza tramite le fibbie.
5.4. AVVIAMENTO DELLA POMPA
•Accendere la pompa tramite l’interruttore A (Fig.”A”).
•Azionare il regolatore di pressione elettronico B (Fig.”A”).
•Azionare la leva presente sull’impugnatura per iniziare l’erogazione.
•Utilizzare il regolatore di pressione elettronico B (Fig.”A”) per la gestione della pressione di lavoro desiderata.
•Rilasciando la leva dell’impugnatura, la pompa si ferma automaticamente interrompendo l’erogazione del prodotto.
ATTENZIONE: non fare mai funzionare la pompa con il serbatoio vuoto.
ATTENZIONE: non scaricare completamente la batteria, ricaricandola prontamente quando è scarica.
Ricaricare completamente la batteria prima di riporre la pompa per un lungo periodo.
5.5. REGOLAZIONE UGELLO
Questa pompa è dotata di uno ugello a cono regolabile 14 (Fig.”B”) e di un ugello a ventaglio per diserbo 15 (Fig.”B”).
Avvitando o svitando la parte terminale dell’ugello 14 (Fig.”B”), è possibile regolare il diametro della rosa fino ad ottenere lo
zampillo.

5.6. OPERAZIONI DA ESEGUIRE ALLA FINE DELLE ATTIVITÀ DI LAVORO
Al termine delle attività di lavoro, versare l’eventuale liquido rimasto in un contenitore adeguato e risciacquare, accuratamente
ed abbondantemente, con acqua pulita fredda l’interno del serbatoio e del tubo flessibile facendola defluire attraverso la lancia.
Controllare che l’acqua utilizzata per il risciacquo sia completamente fuoriuscita.
Spegnere l’interruttore generale A (Fig.”A”).
Solo dopo avere pulito il serbatoio, smontare, pulire e rimontare i filtri che si trovano nel serbatoio (particolari n°5 e 6
Fig.”B”).
Svitare l’ugello 14 (Fig.”B”) dalla lancia 12 (Fig.”B”); smontare l’ugello e lavare le due parti con acqua pulita facendo
attenzione a non rovinare o perdere l’OR.
Pulire l’impugnatura utilizzando un panno umido senza immergerla nell’acqua. Svitare il girello 10B (Fig.”C”) ; sfilare il tubo
dal portagomma; sfilare il portagomma con filtro 10F (Fig.”B”) e lavarlo con acqua pulita poi rimontare il tutto.

Pulire la pompa da materiali estranei quali detriti o altri oggetti che potrebbero danneggiarla.
Indossare indumenti e dispositivi protettivi durante queste attività.
ATTENZIONE: non disperdere nell’ambiente l’acqua utilizzata per il risciacquo o la soluzione rimasta; si raccomanda di
convogliare i liquidi recuperati in appositi scarichi, idonei per la depurazione e lo smaltimento delle acque.
Spegnere l’interruttore generale A (Fig.”A”) sempre dopo ogni uso.
Riporre la pompa in un luogo non accessibile ai bambini, protetta dal sole e dal gelo con batteria completamente carica.
5.7. CAMBIO SOSTANZA NEL SERBATOIO
Nel caso in cui sia necessario cambiare la sostanza contenuta nel serbatoio, eseguire le operazioni al punto 5.6 e
successivamente le operazioni al punto 5.2.
6. MANUTENZIONE
6.1. PREMESSA
Un uso corretto della macchina ed una regolare manutenzione sono indispensabili per mantenere la macchina sempre nelle
migliori condizioni di funzionamento, efficienza e sicurezza.
Usate esclusivamente ricambi originali.
6.2. RICARICA DELLA BATTERIA
La pompa è alimentata da un accumulatore ermetico, ricaricabile con l’apposito carica-batteria R (Fig.”A”) in dotazione.
Un fusibile da 5Ampere E (Fig.”B”), posto a lato del basamento della macchina, protegge il motore elettrico da eventuali
sovraccarichi e la batteria da eventuali cortocircuiti.
Per movimentare in condizioni di sicurezza la batteria è sempre e comunque necessario rispettare le seguenti condizioni:
•Non avvicinare la batteria a fiamme libere.
•Non aprire la batteria.
ATTENZIONE: durante le operazioni di ricarica adottare procedure di lavoro sicure ed osservare le norme sulla sicurezza.
Per ricaricare la batteria eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
•Spegnere l’interruttore generale A (Fig.”A”).
•Verificare che la tensione della rete di alimentazione corrisponda a quella indicata sulla targhetta del carica-batteria R
(Fig.”A”).
•Collegare il carica-batteria R (Fig.”A”) ad una presa elettrica idonea ed elettricamente protetta.
•Infilare la spina del carica-batteria R (Fig.”A”) nell’apposita presa D (Fig.”A”) posta a lato della base della pompa.
•Per ricaricare completamente la batteria servono circa 6-7 ore.
•A carica ultimata staccare il carica-batteria prima dalla rete di alimentazione e solo dopo dalla pompa.
•Durante i periodi di lunga inattività verificare che l’interruttore generale A (Fig.”A”)sia spento.
La vita della batteria dipende, in larga misura, da alcune regole fondamentali:
•Non metterla in corto circuito.
•Non scaricarla eccessivamente: utilizzarla fino a batteria quasi scarica e caricarla subito dopo.
•Ricaricarla prontamente con l’interruttore generale spento e rispettando i tempi necessari.
•Per la ricarica utilizzare esclusivamente il carica-batteria in dotazione.
•Non azionare la pompa con il carica-batteria collegato.
•Riporre sempre la pompa con l’interruttore generale spento.
•Ricaricare e conservare la batteria a temperature comprese tra i 5 ed i 40° C.
•In caso di prolungato stoccaggio o inutilizzo, ricaricare la batteria ogni quattro mesi.
Quando la batteria non è più ricaricabile bisogna sostituirla, con una di pari caratteristiche e dimensioni, rispettando le polarità
dei collegamenti; la batteria non più utilizzabile deve essere consegnata ad un punto di raccolta autorizzato.

8. INDICAZIONI PER LO SMANTELLAMENTO E LO SMALTIMENTO
Qualora si decida di mettere fuori servizio e di smantellare la pompa bisogna operare in accordo con le normative vigenti,
ricorrendo, quando necessario, a ditte specializzate nello smaltimento dei materiali e dei prodotti di risulta.
I materiali di cui è costituita la pompa non sono di natura pericolosa e consistono essenzialmente in:
•materiale plastico e sintetico;
•metalli ferrosi (acciaio) e non ferrosi (alluminio –ottone –rame);
•batteria elettrica.

INTRODUCTION
Our congratulation for the choice made. The main features of our electric sprayers are the high quality of their parts and their
long-lasting lifetime. They have been studied to resist any weather condition and they guarantee a maximum efficacy with the
lowest power waste. As all our other products this sprayer went through accurate and precise tests; if it is used according to the
instructions below, it will meet your needs for many years and a very reliable spare-parts service will give you the possibility
to make repairs with original parts for a long time.
1. HANDBOOK DESCRIPTION
1.1. INTRODUCTION
Please kindly study very carefully this instruction handbook before any setting, use, maintenance or any other imaginable
operation of/on the sprayer.
A correct use of the sprayer and an effective and rational maintenance allows you to keep the sprayer in the best working
conditions without reducing its efficacy and safety.
The present instruction handbook was drawn up in conformity with the indications included in ENCLOSURE I of the
MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE” and is considered an integral and essential part of the sprayer.
This handbook must be kept close to the sprayer and ready for consultation; it must be kept together with the sprayer during its
whole lifetime, from the starting test until the final dismantling.
1.2. PURPOSES AND LIMITS OF THE HANDBOOK
This manual is intended for the use of:
•Describe the operation and conditions for use of the sprayer.
•Show the main technical features of the sprayer.
•Provide the correct instructions for use.
•Underline the potential risks and/or possible dangerous situations.
•Provide instructions for maintenance and repair.
•Enable understanding of possible operational problems and how to solve them.
In addition to the observance of the instructions contained in this handbook, the use of the sprayer depends on the respect of all
the safety rules in force.
2. SPRAYER DESCRIPTION
2.1. TECHNICAL FEATURES

2.2. ALLOWED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The environmental conditions where the sprayer can work are: Temperature: 5÷40° C; Humidity: 0÷70% (not condensed). It is
also necessary to put the sprayer protected from bad weather, sunrays and cold weather, in a clean and dry place.
WARNING: THE SPRAYER IS NOT SUITABLE TO BE USED IN ENVIRONMENT UNDER EXPLOSION RISK
CONDITIONS.
2.3. NOISE AND VIBRATIONS
The vibrations and noise produce while using the sprayer is largely below the disturbance threshold by law and cannot cause
harm to the operator (surface sound pressure level <70dBA; vibration machine <2,5m/s²).
3. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
3.1. SAFETY WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS TO BE OBSERVED
In spite of the adopted cautions, the sprayer may involve dangerous situations and potential risks in the working area. It is
necessary to analyze carefully the potential presence of these dangerous situations and risks in order to assure safe working
procedures, appropriate behaviour rules and to plan individual protective devices.
•DURING USE OF THE SPRAYER, THE OPERATOR MUST FOLLOW SAFE WORKING PROCEDURES AND
FOLLOW THE SICURITY RULES AND REGULATIONS.
•Do not use products whose toxicological features are unknown. Use exclusively products authorized by the Public Health
Ministry, carefully respecting all the instructions listed on the packaging.
•For children, teen-agers and pregnant women it is strictly forbidden to use the sprayer.
•Do not use in case of tiredness, illness or under the effect of alcohol, drugs or medicines that can affect the physical and
mental state.
•Do not spray solvents, acids and inflammable liquids.
•Always wear protective clothes and devices, in order to avoid any contact with harmful and toxic products:
-Hand protection
-Body protection
-Respiratory protection
-Eye protection
•Carefully avoid breathing fumes or drops of the chemical solution: in case of accidental contact or inhalation call the
doctor.
•Do not eat or smoke while using the sprayer.
•Use the sprayer in well airy and illuminated areas, not windy or shady.
•Do not use the sprayer upwind.
•Use the sprayer at least 6mt away from people or animals.
•Keep the sprayer far from children and domestic pets; do not spray close to fish aquariums.
•Do not eat treated fruits or vegetables before the date foreseen by the chemical product manufacturer and, in any case,
wash them very carefully.
•Do not pressurize by means of under pressure devices.
•Do not disperse the remaining chemical solutions in the environment.
•After using the sprayer, carefully wash hands, face and clothes.
•Do not leave the sprayer out in bad weather conditions.
•The user is responsible for the fact that the sprayer is maintained at optimal operating conditions so the sprayer can
function in a proper and safe way. Parts and accessories of the equipment must be replaced when they no longer assure a
correct function of the sprayer.
3.2. PROHIBITIONS
•It is forbidden to modify the sprayer’s parts.
•It is forbidden to apply devices or accessories to the sprayer without the authorization of DAVIDE E LUIGI VOLPI S.P.A.
•It is forbidden to use solvents, such as alcohol, gasoline solvents or thinner, for the cleaning of the sprayer.

4. TRANSPORT AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
The transport of the sprayer must be realized using all the necessary cautions in order to avoid damages.
When transporting the sprayer please make sure the switch on/off is always off.
During transport, the tank must always be empty or, if not possible, safely fixed in order to avoid accidental outpours of liquid.
During transport and storing, do not put the sprayer on or under other material.
When moving the sprayer, it is recommended to avoid bumps, which could damage the product.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
5.1. SETTING OF THE SPRAYER
-Unscrew the nut 10B from the handle 10A.
-Put the nut 10B on the delivery hose 9.
-Put the delivery hose 9 into the hose holder positioned on the handle.
-Screw the nut 10B on the handle 10A.
-Screw the extension 12 on the handle 10A
WARNING: when screwing the extension, pay attention to properly couple the threads.
-Fit the shoulder belts P (Fig. "A") as shown in the picture below
-Adjust the shoulder belts P (Fig. “A”)
-Switch on the sprayer through the switch A (Fig. “A”) and check the charging status on the voltmeter C (Fig. “A”);
then, switch off immediately the sprayer. If the battery is empty, recharge it by following the instructions reported in
paragraph 6.2.
5.2. FILLING OF THE TANK
Prepare the solution in a specific container.
Unscrew the cap of the tank and pour the prepared solution through the filter.
Carefully screw the cap.

WARNING:
Do not prepare the solution in the sprayer tank but always in a separate container.
Do not ever pour the solution into the tank without the use of the filter.
5.3. POSITIONING OF THE SPRAYER
Put the sprayer on a flat surface at a useful height, in order to put the sprayer on your shoulders easily, with the belts previously
adjusted.
If you need to adjust the belts, put the sprayer on a flat and raised surface, remove your arms from the shoulder belts and adjust
the length through the buckles.
5.4. SPRAYER START-UP
•Switch on the sprayer through the switch A (Fig. “A”)
•Activate the electronic pressure regulator B (Fig. “A”)
•Move the lever on the handle to start spraying
•Use the pressure regulator B (Fig. “A”) to set the desired working pressure
•When releasing the handle lever, the pump stops automatically interrupting the spraying of the liquid
WARNING:Never let the sprayer work when the tank is empty.
WARNING: Avoid discharging the battery completely; when the battery is getting low, you need a full recharge.
Completely recharge the battery before storing the sprayer for a long time.
5.5. NOZZLE REGULATION
This sprayer is supplied with adjustable con nozzle 14 (Fig. “B”) and fan nozzle for weed control 15 (Fig. “B”).
Screwing or unscrewing the final part of the nozzle 14 (Fig. “B”), it is possible to adjust the diameter of the “rose” spray until
you get the “jet”.
5.6. OPERATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT AT TERMINATION OF WORK
When finishing work, pour the remaining liquid in a specific container and carefully rinse the internal of the tank and the hose
letting it flow through the lance with clean cold water.
Check that the water used for rinsing has completely come out.
Turn off the general on/off switch A (Fig. “A”).
After having cleaned the tank, remove, clean and reassemble the filters (items 5 and 6, Fig. “B”).
Unscrew the nozzle 14 (Fig. “B”) from the lance 12 (Fig. “B”); disassemble the nozzle and clean the two parts with clean
water, paying attention not to damage or loose the OR.
Clean the handle using a damp cloth without soaking it in water. Unscrew the nut 10B (Fig. “C”); remove the hose from its
holder; remove the hose holder with filter 10F (Fig. “B”) and wash it with clean water; then, reassemble all the parts.
Remove from the tank eventual materials or objects that could damage the sprayer.
Wear clothes and protective devices during these activities.
WARNING: Do not disperse the rinsing water neither the remaining solution in the environment; it is recommended
to pour all these liquids in specific drains, suitable for water purification and drainage.
Always switch off the general switch A (Fig. “A”) after every use.
Keep the sprayer out of reach from children, protected from sunrays and cold temperatures and with completely charged
battery.

5.7. CHANGE OF LIQUID IN THE TANK
In case a change of the liquid inside the tank is necessary, follow the instructions given in point 5.6 and after that, the
instructions in point 5.2.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1. INTRODUCTION
A correct use of the sprayer and a regular maintenance are necessary to keep the sprayer in the best working, efficacy and
safety conditions.
Use exclusively original spare-parts.
6.2. BATTERY RECHARGE
The sprayer powered by a sealed storage battery, rechargeable with the supplied battery charger R (Fig. A).
A 5-Ampere fuse E, placed on the side of the machine base, protects the electric motor from eventual overloads and the battery
from eventual short-circuits.
In order to handle the battery in a safe way it is necessary to follow the below listed instructions:
•Keep the battery away from high temperatures (ex. flames).
•Do not open the battery.
WARNING: During the recharge operations, follow safe working procedures and carefully observe the general safety rules.
In order to recharge the battery, follow these instructions:
•Turn off the general switch (Fig. “A”)
•Check that the network voltage corresponds to the indication printed on the battery charger plate R (Fig. “A”).
•Connect the battery charger R (Fig. “A”) to a suitable and electrically protected current-socket.
•Insert the battery-charge plug R (Fig. “A”) in its specific socket D (Fig. “A”) placed on the side of the sprayer base.
•To recharge the battery completely, you need 6-7 hours.
•At the end of the re-charge it is recommended to disconnect the battery charger from the power network first and then
from the sprayer;
•During long periods of inactivity, check that the general switch A (Fig. “A”) is off.
The battery life mostly depends on the observance of some important rules:
•Do not create a short-circuit.
•Do not discharge it excessively: when the battery is almost discharged, charge it immediately.
•Promptly recharge it with the general on/off switch turned off and respecting the necessary time of charging.
•For the recharge exclusively use the battery charger supplied with the sprayer.
•Do not turn the sprayer on when the battery charger is connected.
•After the complete recharge keep the battery between 5 and 40° C.
•In case of long stocking or non-use, recharge the battery every four months.
When the battery is no longer rechargeable it is necessary to replace it with another one with the same sizes and features,
respecting the connection polarities; the old battery shall be taken to an authorized collecting point.

24 months warranty for private users and 12 months warranty for professional users. It covers core parts, including Li-battery,
charger, motor and transmission mechanism.
Following conditions invalidate the warranty:

INTRODUCCIÓN

garantizan la máxima eficacia con el menor consumo de energía. Al igual que todos nuestros productos, este pulverizador ha
sido sometido a rigurosas pruebas de precisión y si se usa siguiendo las instrucciones que se proporcionan a continuación, le
satisfará durante muchísimos años. Por otra parte, un vasto servicio de repuestos le permitirá realizar reparaciones con piezas
originales durante mucho tiempo.
1. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL MANUAL
1.1. ADVERTENCIAS
Lea con la máxima atención este manual de instrucciones antes de poner en marcha la máquina, así como antes del uso, del
mantenimiento o de cualquier otra intervención en la misma.
El uso correcto de la máquina y un mantenimiento eficaz y racional permiten mantener el equipo en óptimas condiciones de
funcionamiento e impiden la reducción de su eficiencia y seguridad.
Este manual ha sido realizado de conformidad con las indicaciones contenidas en el ANEXO I de la DIRECTIVA DE
MÁQUINAS 2006/42/CE y es una parte integrante y esencial de la máquina.
El manual debe conservarse durante toda la vida útil de la máquina, desde la prueba inicial hasta su eliminación, en un lugar
resguardado y accesible para ser consultado con facilidad.
1.2. FINALIDADES Y LÍMITES DEL MANUAL
El presente manual de instrucciones tiene las siguientes finalidades:
•Describir el funcionamiento y las condiciones de uso de la máquina.
•Ilustrar las principales características técnicas de la máquina.
•Suministrar instrucciones para el uso de la máquina.
•Señalar riesgos potenciales y/o posibles situaciones de peligro.
•Suministrar instrucciones para el mantenimiento y reparación.
•Comprender posibles problemas de funcionamiento y cómo resolverlos.
Además de observar las indicaciones que contiene este manual de instrucciones, el empleo de la máquina está sujeto al respeto
de todas las normas de seguridad vigentes.

reguladoras para productos fitosanitarios; las soluciones líquidas pulverizadas deben tener una temperatura maxima de 40° C.

2.2. CONDICIONES AMBIENTALES ADMITIDAS
Las condiciones ambientales en las que debe funcionar la máquina son: Temperatura: 540° C, Humedad: 070% (no
condensada).
Además, hay que conservar la máquina en un ambiente protegido de la intemperie, del sol, del hielo, sin polvo y seco.
ATENCIÓN: LA MÁQUINA NO ES APTA PARA SER UTILIZADA EN AMBIENTES EXPLOSIVOS.
2.3. RUIDO Y VIBRACIONES
Las vibraciones y el ruido producidos durante el funcionamiento de la máquina se encuentran ampliamente dentro de los
límites dispuestos por la legislación vigente y no pueden causar daños al operador (nivel de presión sonora superficial <70dBa;
vibración mecánica <2,5m/s2).
3. INDICACIONES GENERALES
3.1. ADVERTENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD Y PRECAUCIONES A OBSERVAR.
A pesar de todas las precauciones adoptadas, la máquina puede generar situaciones de peligro y riesgos potenciales en el área
de trabajo.
Es necesario analizar adecuadamente la presencia potencial de dichas situaciones de peligro y riesgo para determinar
procedimientos de trabajo seguros y normas de comportamiento adecuadas, y predisponer dispositivos de protección
individual.
-CUANDO EL OPERADOR USA EL PULVERIZADOR, DEBE ADOPTAR PROCEDIMIENTOS DE TRABAJO
SEGUROS YOBSERVAR LAS NORMAS YLOS REGLAMENTOS DE SEGURIDAD.
-No utilice productos si ignora las características toxicológicas. Use exclusivamente productos permitidos por el
Ministerio de Sanidad, respetando escrupulosamente todas las indicaciones específicas y las instrucciones enumeradas
en el envase del producto que desea utilizar.
-Está terminantemente prohibido el uso del pulverizador por parte de niños, adolescentes y mujeres embarazadas.
-No utilizar si está cansado, enfermo o bajo la influencia del alcohol, drogas o medicamentos que pueden afectar su
estado físico y mental.
-No pulverice solventes, ácidos o líquidos inflamables.
-Use siempre ropa y dispositivos de protección para evitar el contacto con productos nocivos o tóxicos:
•Proteccion de manos
•Proteccion para el cuerpo
•Proteccion para las vias respiratorias
•Proteccion para los ojos
- Preste atención para evitar la aspiración de vapores o gotas de la solución química. En caso de contacto o aspiración
accidental, consulte inmediatamente a un médico.
- No coma ni fume durante el tratamiento.
- Use el pulverizador en locales y ambientes bien aireados, no ventilados, bien iluminados y sin zonas de sombra.
- No utilizar contra el viento.
-Durante el uso, manténgase a una distancia mínima de seguridad de seis metros de personas y animales.
-Mantenga el pulverizador lejos de niños y animales domésticos y no pulverice cerca de estanques o lagos con peces.
-No coma fruta ni hortalizas tratadas si no ha transcurrido el tiempo previsto por el fabricante de la preparación y sin haberlas
lavado antes muy bien.
-No presurice el pulverizador con aparatos bajo presión.
-No abandone en el medioambiente productos químicos inutilizados.
-Después del uso del pulverizador, lávese bien las manos, la cara y luego lave la ropa que ha utilizado.
-No deje el pulverizador a la intemperie.
-El usuario es responsable del mantenimiento de la máquina en condiciones óptimas de funcionamiento que garanticen una
total seguridad durante su empleo. Las partes y accesorios de la máquina se deben sustituir cuando, por desgaste u otros
factores debidos al funcionamiento, hayan dejado de garantizar el funcionamiento correcto.
3.2. PROHIBICIONES
-Está prohibido modificar las partes de la máquina.
-Está prohibido aplicar dispositivos o accesorios a la máquina sin autorización de DAVIDE E LUIGI VOLPI S.p.A.
-Está prohibido usar solventes, como alcohol, gasolina o diluyente, para limpiar la máquina.
