Avant d’installer et de brancher le produit, lire
attentivement ces instructions. Vortice ne pourra être
tenue pour responsable des dommages éventuels
provoqués aux personnes ou aux choses par suite du

Questo apparecchio è un asciugacapelli da
installare a parete. É adatto per bagni
d’abitazione private, per alberghi, hotels,
comunità ed ambienti sportivi. É in grado di
asciugare i capelli in pochi minuti. Curate
attentamente la posizione d’installazione per
evitare interferenze con il sistema
automatico di funzionamento. Le versioni
automatiche vanno protette dalla luce solare
o illuminazione intensa, in par ticolare se
installati all’aperto, come in campeggi,
cantieri, piscine, ecc.
This hair dryer must be wall mounted. It is
designed for use in domestic bathrooms,
hotels and guest houses, public facilities and
sports centres. It is capable of drying hair in
just a few minutes. Choose the position in
which to install the unit carefully to a void
interference with its automatic switching
system. Protect automatic versions in
particular against direct sunlight and br ight
lighting, especially in outdoor installations in
camp sites, building sites, swimming pools,
etc.
Cet appareil est un sèche-cheveux à installer
au mur. Il est parfait pour les salles de bains
de maisons privées, pour les hôtels, les
collectivités et tous les milieux spor tifs. Il
permet de sécher les cheveux en quelques
minutes. Choisissez avec soin la position
d’installation de ces appareils en vue d ’éviter
toute interférence avec le système
automatique de fonctionnement. Les
modèles automatiques doivent être protégés
de la lumière du soleil ou de tout éclairage
intense, notamment si utilisés à l’air libre,
comme par exemple dans les campings, les
chantiers, les piscines, etc.

Haartrockner zur Wandinstallation. Es eignet
sich für Badezimmer in Privatwohnungen, für
Hotel- und Gästezimmer, sowie für
Gemeinschafts- und Sportanlagen. Es
gewährleistet das Trocknen der Haare in
wenigen Minuten. Die Installationsposition
dieser Geräte mit Sorgfalt wählen, um
Interferenzen mit dem automatischen
Betriebssystem zu vermeiden. Die
Automatikversionen müssen vor Sonnenlicht
oder intensiver Beleuchtung geschützt
werden, besonders wenn sie im Freien
installiert sind (Campingplätze, Baustellen,
Schwimmbäder usw.)

casas de banho de residências privadas,
para albergarias, hotéis, comunidades e
ambientes desportivos. Permite secar o
cabelo em poucos minutos. Examine
cuidadosamente a posição de instalação
para evitar interferências com o sistema
automático de funcionamento. As versões
automáticas devem ser protegidas contra a
luz solar ou a iluminação intensa, sobretudo
se forem instaladas ao ar livre como, por
exemplo, em parques de campismo,
estaleiros, piscinas, etc.
Dit apparaat is een haardroger, bestemd voor
installatie aan de wand. Het is geschikt voor
badkamers in woningen, hotels,
gemeenschaps- en sportruimten. Het is in
staat om binnen enkele minuten haren te
drogen. Volg de montagevoorschriften
zorgvuldig op, dit om interferenties met het
automatische werkingssysteem te voorkomen.
De automatische versies moeten worden
afgeschermd van zonlicht of intense

incapaci, nel momento in cui si decide di scollegar lo

da assicurare l'ottimale passaggio dell'aria.
•Verificare periodicamente l'integrità
dell'apparecchio. In caso d'imperfezioni, non
utilizzare l'apparecchio e contattare subito un
Centro di Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato Vortice.
•In caso di cattivo funzionamento e/o guasto
dell'apparecchio, rivolgersi subito ad un Centro di
Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato Vortice e richiedere,
per l’eventuale riparazione, l'uso di ricambi originali
Vortice.
•Se l’apparecchio cade o riceve forti colpi farlo
verificare subito presso un Centro di Assistenza
Tecnica autorizzato Vortice.
• L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve essere
effettuata da parte di personale professionalmente
qualificato.
•Installare in posizione verticale come da
indicazione del costruttore. L’uscita dell’aria deve
essere rivolta verso il basso.
•L'impianto elettrico a cui è collegato il prodotto deve
essere conforme alle norme vigenti.
• L’apparecchio non necessita di collegamento ad
una presa con impianto di messa a terr a in quanto
è costruito a doppio isolamento.
•Collegare l'apparecchio alla rete di
alimentazione/presa elettrica solo se la portata
dell'impianto/presa è adeguata alla sua potenza
massima. In caso contrario rivolgersi subito a
personale professionalmente qualificato.
•Per l'installazione occorre prevedere un interruttore
onnipolare con distanza di aper tura dei contatti
uguale o superiore a mm 3.
•Per l ’installazione in locali pubblici si consiglia di
predisporre in serie un interruttore termico o
differenziale.
•Spegnere l’interruttore generale dell’impianto
quando: a) si rileva un’anomalia di funzionamento;
b) si decide di eseguire una manutenzione di
pulizia esterna; c) si decide di non utilizzare per
brevi o lunghi periodi l'apparecchio.
•Nel caso di impianto elettr ico con conduttore avente
Ø 14 max esterno o con tubo rigido (tipo Helios Ø
16 esterno o equivalente) tagliare il gommino sul Ø
14 dall’interno o togliere il gommino per tubi Ø 16.
•Il trimmer di regolazione degli apparecchi è
pretarato in fabbrica.
•Si può agire sul trimmer nella versione automatica
se si desidera regolare diversamente la sensibilità
dei lettori ottici (fig. 10) o fare la stessa operazione
sulla versione manuale se si desidera aumentare il
tempo d’asciugatura (programmabile da 1 a 8
minuti fig. 10). Le operazioni di regolazione devono
essere eseguite in fase di installazione.
N.B.
•In caso di sovraccarico di temperatura entra in
funzione uno speciale dispositivo di protezione,
a ripristino automatico, della resistenza. Nel
caso di difetto di funzionamento di
quest’ultimo, un secondo dispositivo di
protezione entra in funzione interrompendo
l’erogazione di tensione alla resistenza.
•Easy Dry èdotato di un dispositivo antivandalo
che interrompe l’erogazione della tensione dopo
5/10 minuti di funzionamento continuo e si
ripristina automaticamente rimuovendo
l’ostacolo vandalico. Il prodotto ha una funzione
time-out tra 5 e 10 secondi che permette di
allontanarsi durante l’asciugatura senza che il
prodotto si spenga immediatamente.
•Importante
Questo asciugacapelli deve essere fissato fuori
dalla portata di una persona che stia utilizzando
la vasca da bagno o la doccia.

•Do not use this appliance for functions other than
those described in this booklet.
•After removing the appliance from its packaging,
ensure that it is complete and undamaged. If in
doubt contact a professionally qualified electrician
or Vortice*. Do not leave packaging within the
reach of children or infir m persons.
•Certain basic rules must be observed when using
electrical appliances: a) Never touch electrical
appliances with wet or damp hands; b) Never touch
electrical appliances while barefoot; c) Do not allow
young children or infir m persons to use the appliance
without supervision; d) Supervise young children to
ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•Store the appliance out of reach of children and infir m
persons after disconnecting it from the power supply.
•Do not operate the appliance where inflammable
vapours are present (alcohol, insecticides, petrol,
etc.).
•Do not leave objects standing on the appliance.
•Do not make modifications of any kind to this
appliance.
•Do not expose this appliance to the weather (rain,
sun, etc.).
•Keep the appliance’s intake and outlet grilles free to
ensure an optimum flow of air.
•Regularly inspect the appliance for visible defects. If
any faults are found, do not operate the appliance;
contact Vortice* immediately.
•If the appliance does not function correctly or
develops a fault, contact Vortice* immediately.
Ensure that only genuine original Vortice spares are
used for any repairs.
•Should the appliance be dropped or suffer a heavy
blow, have it checked by Vortice* immediately.
•The appliance must be installed by a professionally
qualified electrician.
•Install the appliance vertically in accordance with
these instructions. Install the appliance with the air
outlet from the body facing downwards.
•Ensure that the electrical system to which the
appliance is connected complies with applicable
standards.
•The appliance is double insulated and therefore
does not need to be ear thed.
•The electrical power supply/socket to which the
appliance is to be connected must be able to provide
the maximum electrical power required by the
appliance. If it cannot do so, arrange for a qualified
electrician to make the necessary modifications.
•Use a multi-polar switch with minimum contact gaps
of 3 mm to install the appliance.
•If you are installing the appliance in a pub lic
building, install a ther mal cutout or earth leakage
detector in series with the main switch.
•Switch off the appliance at the installation’s main
switch: a) if the appliance does not function
correctly; b) before cleaning the outside of the
appliance, c) if the appliance is not to be used f or
any length of time.
•When connecting the appliance to an electr ical
wiring installation with an outer sheath of max Ø 14
or with a rigid conduit (Helios Ø 16 or equivalent ),
cut the Ø 14 rubber from the inside or remove the
Ø 16 conduit sheath.
•The appliance's adjustment trimmer is preset in the
factory.
•On automatic versions, if you want to adjust the
sensitivity of the optical sensors (fig. 10), you can
adjust the trimmer as required. On manual versions
you can adjust the trimmer (fig. 10) to vary drying
time (between 1 and 8 minutes). Adjust the trimmer
at the time of installation.
N.B.
•If the appliance gets too hot, a special cutout
trips to protect the heating element.This device
resets automatically. In the event of a cutout
malfunction, a second safety device trips to
disconnect electrical power.
•Easy Dry incorporates an anti-vandal device
that disconnects power after 5-10 minutes of
continuous operation. Normal functioning is
restored as soon as the obstacle causing
continuous operation is removed. The
appliance also incorporates a time-out function
that permits you to move away from the hair
dryer for between 5 and 10 seconds without the
appliance switching off.

The product must be located and installed in
accordance with all laws and standards
governing installation in the country where the
appliance is being installed.

agréé Vortice.
•En cas de dysfonctionnement et/ou de panne,
s’adresser immédiatement à un Service après-
vente agréé Vortice et exiger, en cas de réparation,
l’emploi de pièces détachées originales Vortice.
•Si l'appareil tombe ou reçoit des coups violents, le
faire vérifier immédiatement auprès d'un Service
après-vente agréé Vortice.
•L'installation de l'appareil doit être faite par du
personnel professionnellement qualifié.
•Installer l'appareil en position verticale, comme
indiqué par le fabricant. La sortie de l'air doit se
faire vers le bas.
•L'installation électrique à laquelle l’appareil est
branché doit être conforme aux normes en vigueur.
•Cet appareil n’a pas besoin d’être connecté à une
prise de terre car il a été construit avec une double
isolation.
•Brancher l’appareil sur le réseau/prise d’alimentation
électrique seulement si la tension du secteur/de la
prise est adaptée à sa puissance maximum. Dans le
cas contraire, s’adresser immédiatement à du
personnel professionnellement qualifié.
•Pour son installation, prévoir un interrupteur
omnipolaire dont la distance d’ouverture des
contacts est supérieure ou égale à 3 mm.
•Pour l'installation dans des locaux publics, il est
conseillé de prédisposer en série un interrupteur
thermique ou différentiel.
•Couper l’interrupteur général de l’installation dans les
cas suivants : a) dysfonctionnement ; b) pour procéder
à un nettoyage extérieur ; c) lorsque l'appareil n'est
pas utilisé pendant une longue période.
•Dans le cas d’une installation électrique avec
conducteur ayant un diamètre extérieur de 14 max
ou un tuyau rigide (type Helios Ø 16 extérieur ou
équivalent), couper le caoutchouc sur le Ø 14 de
l’intérieur ou, pour les tuyaux Ø 16, enlever le
caoutchouc.
•Le trimmer de réglage des appareils est r églé en
usine.
•Il est possible d'agir sur le trimmer dans la version
automatique si l'on désire régler différemment la
sensibilité des lecteurs optiques (fig. 10) ou faire la
même opération sur la version manuelle si l'on
désire augmenter le temps de séchage
(programmable de 1 à 8 minutes fig. 10). Les
opérations de réglage doivent être exécutées en
phase d'installation.
N.B.
•En cas de surchauffe de l’appareil, un dispositif
spécial de protection de la résistance à
réarmement automatique entre en fonction. En
cas de dysfonctionnement de ce dernier, un
deuxième dispositif de protection entre en
fonction et coupe l’arrivée de tension àla
résistance.
•Easy Dry est dotéd’un dispositif anti-vandalisme
qui coupe l’arrivée d’électricitéau bout de 5/10
minutes de fonctionnement continu et qui
redémarre automatiquement après élimination de
l'origine du vandalisme. De plus, une fonction
time-out d’une durée de 5 à10 secondes permet
de s'éloigner durant le séchage sans que
l’appareil ne s’éteigne immédiatement.
•Important
Ce sèche-cheveux doit être fixéhors de portée
de toute personne se lavant dans une baignoire
ou prenant une douche.

•Dieses Gerät darf nur für den Verwendungszweck
eingesetzt werden, der in der vorliegenden
Anleitung angegeben ist.
•Nach dem Auspacken des Gerätes muss dessen
Unversehrtheit überprüft werden: im Zweifelsfall
unverzüglich qualifiziertes Fachpersonal oder einen
Vortice-Vertragshändler aufsuchen. Das
Verpackungsmaterial für Kinder und
unzurechnungsfähige Personen unzugänglich
aufbewahren.
•Beim Einsatz von Elektrogeräten jeder Art müssen
einige Grundregeln stets beachtet werden,
darunter im einzelnen: a) die Geräte niemals mit
nassen oder feuchten Händen berühren; b) die
Geräte niemals berühren, wenn man barfüßig ist;
c) die Geräte dürfen nicht durch Kinder oder
unzurechnungsfähige Personen benutzt werden.
•Wird das Gerät vom elektrischen Stromnetz
getrennt und nicht mehr benutzt, muss es an
einem Ort aufbewahrt werden, der für Kinder und
unzurechnungsfähige Personen unzugänglich ist
•Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe entflammbarer
Substanzen oder Dämpfe wie Alkohol, Insektizide,
Benzin usw. verwenden
•Keine Gegenstände auf dem Gerät abstellen.
•Keine Änderungen am Gerät anbringen.
•Das Gerät keinen Witterungseinflüssen (Regen,
Sonneneinstrahlung usw.) aussetzen
•Die beiden Ansaug- und Auslassgitter des Gerätes
stets freihalten, damit ein optimaler Luftdurchgang
gewährleistet wird.
•Den einwandfreien Zustand des Gerätes regelmäßig
überprüfen. Bei festgestellten Mängeln das Gerät
nicht benutzen und sofort einen Vortice-
Vertragshändler aufsuchen.
•Bei Betriebsstörungen und/oder defektem Gerät
sofort einen Vortice-Vertragshändler aufsuchen
und für eine eventuelle Reparatur die Verwendung
von Vortice-Originalersatzteilen verlangen.
• Fällt das Gerät hin oder wurde es star ken Stößen
ausgesetzt, muss es sofort bei einem Vortice-
Vertragshändler überprüft werden.
•Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
installiert werden.
•Das Gerät gemäß den Anweisungen des Herstellers
in senkrechter Stellung installieren. Der Luftaustritt
muss nach unten gerichtet sein.
•Die Elektroanlage, an die das Produkt angeschlossen
ist, muss den geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen.
•Das Gerät braucht nicht an eine Steckdose mit
Erdungskontakt angeschlossen zu werden, da es
mit Doppelisolierung ausgeführt ist.

•Bei der Installation ist ein allpoliger Schalter mit
einer Kontaktöffnungsweite von mindestens 3 mm
vorzusehen.

wird empfohlen, einen Wärme- oder
Differentialschalter in Serie vorzusehen.
•Den Hauptschalter der Anlage in folgenden Fällen
ausschalten: a) Auftreten einer Betriebsstörung; b)
vor der Durchführung der Außenreinigung des
Gerätes; c) wenn das Gerät über einen kurzen oder
längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt wird.
•Verfügt die Elektroanlage über einen Leiter mit einem
max. Außendurchmesser Ø 14 oder über eine starre
Leitung (Typ Helios Ø 16 Außendurchmesser oder
gleichwertig), die Gummiführung von innen auf Ø 14
zuschneiden oder die Gummiführung bei Leitungen
Ø 16 entfernen.
•Der Trimmer für die Einstellung der Geräte wurde
werkseitig voreingestellt.
•Der Trimmer lässt sich bei der automatischen
Version regulieren, falls die Empfindlichkeit des
Sensors anders eingestellt werden soll (Abb. 10).
Der selbe Vorgang ist bei der manuellen Version
möglich, wenn eine längere Betriebszeit gewünscht
wird (regulierbar von 1 bis 8 Minuten, Abb. 10). Die
Regulierung sollte bei der Installation erfolgen.
N.B.
•Bei Überlast tritt eine spezielle Schutzvorrichtung
mit automatischer Rücksetzung des
Heizelementes in Funktion. Bei einem Ausfall der
genannten Schutzvorrichtung tritt eine zweite
Schutzvorrichtung in Funktion und unterbricht
die Spannungsversorgung des Heizelementes.
•Easy Dry ist zudem mit einem
Vandalismusschutz ausgestattet, der die
Spannungsversorgung nach 5/10 Minuten
Dauerbetrieb unterbricht und nach Beseitigung
der Störungsursache den Betrieb automatisch
wieder herstellt. Das Gerät verfügt über eine
Time-Out-Funktion zwischen 5 und 10
Sekunden, wodurch die Hände während des
Händetrocknens weggenommen werden können,
ohne dass sich das Produkt sofort ausschaltet.
