This hairdryer unit, which has a tube provided with a
revolving handle, is designed for mounting on

•Non usare questo prodotto per una funzione
differente da quella esposta in questo libretto.
•Dopo aver tolto il prodotto dal suo imballo,
assicurarsi della sua integrità: nel dubbio rivolgersi
subito al Centro Assistenza Vortice. Non lasciare le
parti dell’imballo alla portata di bambini o incapaci.
•L’uso di qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico comporta
l’osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali tra le
quali:
- non toccarlo con mani bagnate o umide
- non toccarlo a piedi nudi
- non deve essere usato da bambini o incapaci
•Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in presenza di sostanze
o vapori infiammabili come alcool, insetticidi,
benzina, ecc.
•Questo prodotto deve essere fissato lontano dalla
portata di chi sta utilizzando la vasca da bagno, la
doccia, il lavabo, in conformitàa quanto riportato
sulle norme di installazione vigenti nei paesi di
utilizzo.
•Durante l’asciugatura, mantenere il flusso dell’aria
ad una distanza adeguata dai capelli.

•Non apportare modifiche di alcun genere al prodotto
•Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti
atmosferici (pioggia, sole, ecc.)
•Non appoggiare oggetti sull’apparecchio.
•L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve essere
effettuata da personale professionalmente
qualificato.
•Ispezionare visivamente e periodicamente l’integrità
dell’apparecchio. In caso d’imperfezioni, non
utilizzare l’apparecchio e contattare subito il Centro
Assistenza Vortice.
•L’impianto elettrico a cui ècollegato il prodotto deve
essere conforme alle norme vigenti.
•L’apparecchio non necessita di collegamento ad una
presa con impianto di messa a terra, in quanto è
costruito a doppio isolamento.
•Collegare il prodotto alla rete di alimentazione/presa
elettrica solo se la portata dell’impianto/presa è
adeguata alla sua potenza massima. In caso
contrario rivolgersi subito ad un tecnico qualificato.
•Per l'installazione occorre prevedere un interruttore
onnipolare con distanza di apertura dei contatti
uguale o superiore a mm.3
•Per l’installazione in locali pubblici, si consiglia di
predisporre in serie un interruttore termico o
differenziale.
•Usare in posizione verticale come da indicazioni del
costruttore. L’uscita dell’aria deve essere rivolta
verso il basso.
•Nel caso in cui si colleghino alle prese carichi
superiori a 10 W, il prodotto èdotato di un
dispositivo automatico che interrompe
l’alimentazione delle stesse. Per un nuovo utilizzo é
necessario attendere che il dispositivo automatico si
ripristini.
•L’apparecchio èdotato di uno speciale dispositivo di
protezione, a ripristino automatico della resistenza,
che entra in funzione in caso di sovraccarico di
temperatura.
•Attendere, per un nuovo utilizzo, che l’apparecchio
torni alla normale temperatura di funzionamento (ca.
1 minuto). La sospensione momentanea
dell’erogazione di aria calda, non rappresenta
un’anomalia, ma una maggiore sicurezza per
l’utente.
•Non ostruire la bocca di uscita dell’aria
•Non applicare sulla bocca di uscita d’aria accessori
non in dotazione
•Non inserire oggetti o corpi estranei nel tubo
flessibile, attraverso la bocchetta di uscita d’aria.
•Utilizzare l'apparecchio afferrando solo
l'impugnatura. Evitare di stringere il tubo flessibile
per non ostruire il passaggio dell’aria.
•Non appoggiare sigarette accese sull’apparecchio
•Non spegnere le sigarette sull’involucro
dell’apparecchio
•Riagganciare sempre la bocchetta d’uscita d’aria al
termine dell’utilizzo.
•Se il prodotto cade o riceve forti colpi farlo verificare
subito presso un Centro di Assistenza Tecnica
autorizzato.
•In caso di cattivo funzionamento e/o guasto,
spegnere l’interruttore dell’apparecchio e staccare la
spina. Rivolgersi subito ad un Centro di Assistenza
Tecnica autorizzato e richiedere, per eventuale
riparazione, l’uso di ricambi originali Vortice.
•Assicurarsi che la parete sulla quale si installa il
prodotto sia verticale

•Don’t use this hairdryer for any purpose not
described in this booklet.
•After having unpacked the unit, make sure it hasn’t
been damaged. If you have any doubts contact your
Vortice Service Center. Don’t leave any packing
components within reach of children or
inexperienced persons.
•When using any kind of electrical appliance, you
must observe the following rules:
- never touch the unit when your hands are wet or
humid.
- Never touch the unit when you are barefoot.
- Don’t let children or inexperienced persons use
the unit.
•Don’t operate the unit when inflammable substances
such as alcohol, insecticide, petrol, etc. are present.
•In accordance with the existing norms in the country
where the hairdryer is being used, never mount the
unit within reach of persons using the bathtub,
shower or washbasin.
•While you are using the hairdryer, keep the warm-air
stream at an appropriate distance from your hair.
Caution:this symbol indicates that care must be taken to avoid injury

Hold the hairdryer so that the warm-air stream is
never directed toward your eyes.

•Don’t make any changes of any kind on the unit.
•Don’t leave the unit exposed to the weather.
•Don’t rest any objects on the unit.
•The unit must only be installed by a qualified
technician.
•Perform a thorough visual inspection on the unit at
regular intervals. If you find any imperfections, don’t
operate the unit and immediately contact your
Vortice Service Center.
•The electrical system to which the unit is to be
connected must comply with the existing norms.
•Since your unit is doubly insulated, the mains outlet
to which it is connected need not be grounded.
•Don’t connect the unit to an electrical outlet that
doesn’t have the right power rating. If the outlet
doesn’t have the right power rating immediately
contact a qualified electrician.
•When installing the unit, provide a omnipolar switch
that has a contact gap of at least 3 mm.
•When installing the unit in a public place, you should
also install a thermal or differential switch in series
in the circuit.
•Use the unit in the vertical position, as indicated by
the manufacturer.The air outlet must point
downwards.
•If a load greater than 10W is connected to the
electrical outlet, the unit’s automatic device cuts off
the power delivery.The unit is again ready for use
after the automatic device has reset itself.
•In case of overheating, the unit’s special safety
device deactivates the resistance and then
reactivates it when the temperature normalizes.
•Before reusing the unit, wait for its temperature to
normalize (about one minute).The interruption of the
flow of warm air is not an abnormality but actually
represents greater safety for the user.
•Don’t obstruct the air-outlet nozzle.
•Don’t attach any accessories to the air-outlet nozzle
that did not come with the unit.
•Don’t insert any foreign objects into the hose
through the air-outlet nozzle.
•When using the unit, just hold it by its handle, and
don’t squeeze the hose, because this will impede
the air flow.
•Don’t put lighted cigarettes on the unit.
•Don’t put out cigarettes on the unit’s housing.
•When finished with the unit, always rehook the air-
outlet nozzle.
•If you should drop the unit or if it receives a sharp
blow of any kind, have it immediately checked at
your authorized Vortice Service Center.
•If your unit malfunctions or fails to operate, turn off
the switch, disconnect the unit from the electrical
outlet and contact your Vortice Service Center for
having the unit repaired. Be sure to ask them to use
only genuine Vortice spare parts if required.

•Après avoir retiréle produit de son emballage,
contrôler son intégrité. En cas de doute, contacter
immédiatement votre Centre d'Assistance Vortice.
Ne pas laisser les composants de l'emballage àla
portée des enfants ou des personnes inexpertes.
•L'utilisation de n'importe quel appareil électrique
implique le respect de quelques règles
fondamentales, comme entre autres:
- ne pas toucher l'appareil avec les mains mouillées
ou humides
- ne pas toucher l'appareil pieds nus
- ne pas laisser utiliser l'appareil aux enfants et
personnes inexpertes.
•Ne pas utiliser l'appareil en présence de substances
ou de vapeurs inflammables comme l'alcool, les

personne qui prend un bain ou une douche ou

•N'apporter aucune modification au produit.
•Ne pas exposer l'appareil aux agents

de l'appareil. En cas d'imperfections, ne pas utiliser
l'appareil et contacter immédiatement le Centre
d'Assistance Vortice.
•L'installation électrique àlaquelle le produit est
branchédoit être conforme aux normes en vigueur.
•L'appareil n'a pas besoin d'être raccordéàune prise
avec installation de mise àla terre car il est fabriqué
avec une double isolation.
•Brancher l'appareil au réseau d'alimentation/prise
électrique uniquement si le débit de
l'installation/prise correspond àsa puissance
maximale. En cas contraire, contacter
immédiatement un technicien qualifié.
•Pour l'installation, prévoir un interrupteur omnipolaire
ayant une distance d'ouverture des contacts
supérieure ou égale à3 mm.
•Pour l'installation dans des établissements publics, il
est conseilléd'installer en série un interrupteur
thermique ou un différentiel.
•A utiliser en position verticale comme cela est
indiquépar le constructeur. Echappement d'air par
le bas.
•Au cas oùdes charges supérieures à10 W sont
reliées aux prises, le produit, qui est muni d'un
dispositif automatique, coupe l'alimentation de
celles-ci. Pour les utiliser de nouveau, il est
nécessaire d'attendre la réarmement du dispositif
automatique.
•L'appareil est muni d'un dispositif de protection
spécial, avec restauration automatique de la
résistance, qui entre en fonction en cas de
surcharge de température.
•Pour réutiliser l'appareil, attendre environ 1 minute
pour qu'il retourne àsa température de
fonctionnement normale. L'interruption momentanée
de l'émission d'air chaud n'est point une anomalie,
mais bien au contraire une majeure garantie de
sécuritépour l'utilisateur.
•Ne pas obstruer la bouche de sortie de l'air.
•N'appliquer aucun accessoire sur la bouche de
sortie de l'air autres que ceux fournis.
•N'introduire aucun objet ou corps étranger à
l'intérieur du tube flexible, àtravers l'embout de
sortie d'air.
•Utiliser l'appareil en le tenant par la poignée. Eviter
de serrer le tube flexible afin d'éviter de bloquer le
passage de l'air.
•Ne pas poser de cigarettes allumées sur l'appareil.
•Ne pas éteindre les cigarettes sur l'emballage de
l'appareil.
•Raccrocher toujours l'embout de sortie de l'air après
son utilisation.
•Si le produit tombe ou reçoit des coups violents, le
faire contrôler tout de suite auprès d'un Centre
d'Assistance Technique autorisé.
•En cas de mauvais fonctionnement et/ou panne,
éteindre l'interrupteur de l'appareil et débrancher la
fiche. S'adresser immédiatement àun Centre
d'Assistance Technique autoriséet demander, pour
les réparations éventuelles, des pièces de rechange
originales Vortice.
•S'assurer que le mur sur lequel l'appareil est installé
est vertical.

Beachtung folgender Grundregeln voraus:

qualifizierten Techniker hinzuziehen.
•Zur Installation ist ein Gleichstromschalter mit einem
offenen Kontaktabstand von mindestens 3 mm
erforderlich.
•Bei Installation in öffentlichen Bereichen wird
empfohlen, einen Thermo- oder Differenzialschalter
in Serie vorzusehen.
•Den Herstellerangaben entsprechend in vertikaler
Position verwenden. Der Luftauslass muss nach
unten gerichtet sein.
•Wenn die Steckdosen mit mehr als 10 W belastet
werden, schaltet das Gerät die Versorgung ab. Für
eine erneute Verwendung muss die Zurückschaltung
der automatischen Vorrichtung abgewartet werden.
•Das Gerät ist mit einer speziellen Schutzvorrichtung
mit automatischer Zurücksetzung des Widerstands
bei Überhitzung ausgestattet.
•Für eine erneute Anwendung das Gerät auf seine
normale Betriebstemperatur abkühlen lassen (zirka
1 Minute). Die Unterbrechung des heißen Luftstrahls
stellt keine Störung dar, sondern dient der Sicherheit
des Anwenders.
•Den Luftauslass nicht verschließen.
•Ausschließlich mitgelieferte Geräte an den
Luftauslass anschließen.
•Keine Gegenstände oder Fremdkörper durch die
Luftdüse in den Schlauch einführen.
•Das Gerät ausschließlich am Griff festhalten.
Quetschungen des Schlauchs vermeiden, um den
Luftstrom nicht zu behindern.
•Keine brennenden Zigaretten auf dem Gerät
ablegen.
•Keine Zigaretten am Gehäuse ausdrücken.
•Nach jedem Gebrauch die Auslassdüse einhängen.
•Fällt das Gerät auf den Boden oder wird es starken

•Para la instalación es necesario un interruptor
onnipolar con distancia de abertura de los contactos

•Para la instalación en locales públicos, se aconseja
preparar en serie un interruptor térmico o

•Usar en posición vertical según las indicaciones del
constructor. La salida del aire debe ser dirigida
hacia abajo.
•En el caso de que se conecten a los tomacorrientes

omnipolar com distância de abertura dos contactos

aconselhável instalar em série um interruptor
térmico ou diferencial.
•Utilizar na posição vertical da maneira indicada pelo
fabricador. A saída do ar deve ser dirigida para
baixo.
•Se nas tomadas for conectada uma carga superior
a 10 W., a alimentação das mesmas será
interrompida por um dispositivo automático para
esta finalidade de que aparelho édotado. Para
poder utilizar novamente o aparelho épreciso
aguardar que este dispositivo automático
restabeleçase.

protecção especial; com restabelecimento
automático da resistência, que entra em

•Aguardar, para utilizar novamente o aparelho, que o
