6Charging Cradle / Cargador
Where you will place your MobileCare 2 to

Your device manufacturer recommends to
regularly charge your device every 48 hours.
Device battery life will vary from outside factors
(cell signal, usage, etc). For best-practice, place
device on its charger before going to bed to
charge overnight.

regularmente cada 48 horas o todas las noches.

2Attach the provided neck cord
or belt clip onto the back of
the device.
4Press and hold the call button
until the device begins to flash
blue to green, then you will hear
“Calling your response team
now” to connect to The Care
Center. Let us know you are a
new client testing your device!
Please wait 3-4 hours for the
device to be fully charged.

Multiple Flashing Lights

the network. When this occurs, place device on
charging cradle.

1Plug the AC power cable into the
charging cube, then plug into a
wall outlet.
Make sure the outlet is NOT
operated by a light switch.

It is important to test your device
monthly to ensure device is working
properly. Before you test your unit,
make sure it is completely charged.
Fall detection is not a perfect science.
If you are able, always press your help
button in the case of an emergency.

To ensure proper charging, please clean
the metal contacts on the back of your
button and inside your charging cradle
with a soft cloth every 3-4 weeks.
