Es ist nur die Verwendung von Original IVT Ersatzteilen erlaubt.

5. Verhalten bei Störungen
Bei einer Störung wird das Elektrowerkzeug abgeschaltet und bleibt blockiert. Die Service LED
leuchtet rot oder orange. Es kann erst wieder weitergearbeitet werden, wenn der Akku ge-
wechselt bzw. kurzzeitig entfernt und wieder eingesteckt wird.
Sollten nach dem „Reset“ des Elektrowerkzeuges die Störung noch vorhanden sein, wenden Sie
sich an den IVT Kundendienst.

6. Technische Eigenschaften und Funktionen
■Der Pumpenkörper sowie alle Funktionsteile sind aus hochfesten Materialien gefertigt und
geprüft.
■Das Gehäuse ist vollständig aus glasfaserverstärktem, isolierendem und stoßfestem Polya-
mid gefertigt.
■Das Gerät verfügt über eine leichte, kompakte und robuste Bauweise.
■Das Systemsicherheitsventil ist auf ca. 50kN justiert.
■Das Gerät verfügt über ein hohes Rücklauffördervolumen für schnellere Arbeitszyklen.
■Die Steuerung des Gerätes erfolgt mittels Mikrocontroller.
■Die Akkuladung wird laufend überwacht.
■Das Service Management wird elektronisch verwaltet.
■Zusätzliche LED-Anzeige für Schnell-Info bezüglich Maschinenstatus.
■Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Arbeitszyklus am PC mit der mitgelieferten Software dar-
zustellen (Arbeitsdruck und Arbeitszeit).
■Die Rückverfolgbarkeit der Arbeitszyklen wird durch die automatische Aufzeichnung und
Speicherung in einem internen Speicher gewährleistet.
■Mittels Mini-USB-Schnittstelle können die gespeicherten Daten ausgelesen werden sowie
Software Updates durchgeführt werden.

4. Spare parts
Only original IVT spare parts may be used.

5. Conduct in case of faults
In case of any fault, the Power Tool will be switched off and remain disabled. e service LED
will glow red or orange. You can proceed with your work only after the battery has been ex-
changed or removed for short time and is then re-inserted (RESET). If the malfunction persists
even after such a “reset”, please contact IVT after-sales service.

6. Technical properties and functions
■e pump body as well as all functional parts are made of high-strength materials and
fully tested.
■e housing is completely made of glass-fiber reinforced, insulated, and shock-resistant
polyamide.
■e device has a light, compact, and robust design.
■e system safety valve is configured at approx. 50 kN.
■e device has a high return volume for faster working cycles.
■e device is controlled by a microcontroller.
■e battery charge is monitored continuously.
■Service management is controlled electronically.
■Additional LED display for quick info on machine status.
■It is possible to display the working cycle (working pressure and working time) on a com-
puter using the included software.
■e traceability of working cycles is ensured by the automatic storage of information in
the internal memory.
■e stored data can be retrieved and software updates can be carried out using a mini USB
interface.

5.Comportamento in caso di malfunzionamento
In caso di malfunzionamento l’utensile elettrico si spegne e rimane bloccato. La luce LED di as-
sistenza si illumina di rosso o arancione. È possibile riprendere il lavoro solo dopo aver sostituito
o scollegato e ricollegato velocemente la batteria.
Se, dopo il “reset” dell’utensile elettrico, il malfunzionamento dovesse persistere, rivolgersi al
servizio di assistenza IVT.

6. Proprietà tecniche e funzioni
■Il corpo della pompa e tutte le parti funzionali sono realizzati in materiali di qualità e sotto-
posti a collaudo.
■L’alloggiamento è realizzato completamente in poliammide rinforzata con fibra di vetro,
isolante e resistente agli urti.
■La struttura dell’apparecchio è leggera, compatta e resistente.
■La valvola di sicurezza del sistema è regolata a ca. 50 kN.
■L’apparecchio è dotato di un elevato volume di convogliamento di ritorno per cicli di lavoro
più rapidi.
■Il comando dell’apparecchio avviene tramite micro controller.
■La carica della batteria viene monitorata costantemente.
■L’assistenza è gestita in modo elettronico.
■Display aggiuntivo a LED per informazioni rapide riguardanti lo stato della macchina.
■Esiste la possibilità di visualizzare il ciclo di lavoro al computer con il software fornito in
dotazione (pressione di lavoro e durata di lavoro).
■La tracciabilità dei cicli di lavoro è garantita dalla registrazione e dal salvataggio automatici
in una memoria interna.
■La mini interfaccia USB consente la lettura dei dati archiviati nonché l’esecuzione di ag-
giornamenti del software.
