Behandeln Sie die Werkzeuge sorgfältig:
- Halten Sie die Werkzeuge stets sauber.
- Legen Sie die Werkzeuge wieder ins Innere der Originalpackung.
• Nur ein Bediener führt den gesamten Montagevorgang
durch:
FALL 1: Ausbau der Schwingarme (Abb. 1).
FALL 2: Ausbau des Stoßdämpfers (Abb. 2).
• Extraschneller Betrieb: Verwendung mit Druckluftpistole.
• Ablösevorgang mittels Riemen, der maximale Sicherheit
gewährleistet und die Arme unversehrt lässt.
• Anpassbar an alle Personenkraftfahrzeuge und Lieferwagen.

NOTWENDIGE AUSRÜSTUNG:
- Druckluftschrauber
VORGEHENSWEISE:
• Stellen Sie das Fahrzeug auf eine Brücke, heben Sie an, stellen
Sie das Werkzeug hoch und gehen Sie vor, indem Sie den
ersten Zugriemen am Serviceriemen befestigen. Das Werkzeug
bleibt unlösbar xiert in der Vertikalen (Abb. 3).
• Befestigen Sie den auf der dem Serviceriemen
gegenüberliegenden Seite vorgesehenen zweiten Zugriemen am
Schwingarm oder am Fahrzeugrahmen (Abb. 4).
• Setzen Sie die Hebel mit Hilfe des Schraubers auf Zug. Achten
Sie dabei darauf, die Gummihalterungen unter den Kraftpunkten
des Rahmens zu positionieren. Der Eingri ist an beiden Hebeln
zu wiederholen
(Abb. 5).
• Zum Ablösen schlagen Sie mit Hilfe eines Hammers auf die
Kegelzentrierung des Schwingarms, (Abb. 6).
• Lösen Sie mit Hilfe des Schraubers vollständig den Schwingarm
(Abb. 7).
VORSICHT
DAS ANZIEHDREHMOMENT IST ZU BEACHTEN:
MAX. 50 Nm
WARTUNG:
Zur Gewährleistung eines korrekten Wartungszustands und
einwandfreien Betriebs sollten Gewinde und Oberäche regelmäßig
mit einem weichen Tuch gesäubert werden.

CAS 1: Démontage des bras oscillants (g. 1).
CAS 2: Démontage de l'amortisseur (g. 2).
• Fonctionnement ultra rapide: utilisation avec pistolet à impact
pneumatique.
• Opération de détachement par courroie garantissant le
maximum de sécurité et préservant intacts les bras.
• Adaptable à toutes les voitures et à tous les véhicules
commerciaux.

L’UTILISATION DE L’OUTIL DOIT ETRE RESERVEE A

OUTILLAGE NECESSAIRE:
- Visseuse pneumatique
PROCEDURE:
• Après avoir placé la voiture sur un pont et l'avoir soulevée, lever
l'outil et xer la première courroie de traction à la courroie de
service, l'outil reste à la verticale solidement xé (g. 3).
• Fixer la deuxième courroie de traction, située du côté opposé à
la courroie de service, au bras oscillant ou bien au châssis du
véhicule (g. 4).
• Au moyen de la visseuse, procéder à la mise sous traction des
leviers, en veillant à positionner les supports en caoutchouc sous
le point de force du châssis (g. 5).
• A l’aide d’un marteau, frapper le centrage conique du bras
oscillant pour le détachement (g. 6).
• Au moyen de la visseuse, procéder jusqu'au détachement
complet du bras oscillant (g. 7).
IMPORTANT: RESPECTER LA COUPLE DE SERRAGE :
MAX 50 Nm
ENTRETIEN:
Pour un maintien et un fonctionnement corrects de l'outil, il est
conseillé de procéder à un nettoyage périodique des letages et
des surfaces au moyen d'un chion doux.

impacto neumática.
• Separación con correa, que garantiza la máxima seguridad
y mantiene intactos los brazos.
• Adaptable a todos los coches y vehículos comerciales.

LA HERRAMIENTA DEBE SER UTILIZADA SOLO POR

EQUIPO NECESARIO:
- Destornillador neumático
PROCEDIMIENTO:
• Después de levantar el coche con un elevador, levante la
herramienta y je la primera correa de tracción a la correa de
servicio; la herramienta queda en posición vertical, rmemente
jada (g. 3).
• Fije la segunda correa de tracción, situada en el lado opuesto a
la correa de servicio, al brazo oscilante o al chasis del vehículo
(g. 4).
• Utilizando el destornillador, ponga las palancas en tracción,
colocando los soportes de goma debajo de los puntos de
fuerza del chasis (g. 5).
• Con la ayuda de un martillo, golpee el centrador cónico del
brazo oscilante para la separación (g. 6).
• Utilizando el destornillador, separe completamente el brazo
oscilante (g. 7).
IMPORTANTE
RESPECTAR LA PAR DE APRIETE: 50Nm
MANTENIMIENTO:
Para un correcto mantenimiento y funcionamiento de la herramienta,
se recomienda realizar una limpieza periódica de las roscas y de
las supercies, utilizando un paño suave.

NECESSARY EQUIPMENT:
- Pneumatic screwdriver
PROCEDURE:
• After placing the car on a lift and raising it, lift the tool and
attach the rst traction belt to the service belt, the tool remains
upright and rmly xed (g. 3).
• Attach the second traction belt, located opposite the service belt,
to the oscillating arm or the vehicle's frame (g. 4).
• Use a pneumatic screwdriver to put the levers in traction, paying
attention to place the rubber supports underneath the frame's
point of force. (g. 5).
• Use a hammer to hit the conical centering of the oscillating arm
to detach it (g. 6).
• Use the pneumatic screwdriver to fully detach the oscillating arm
(g. 7).
ATTENTION
IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE MAX TORQUE
50Nm
DISPOSAL:
For proper tool maintenance and operation, we recommend that
you clean threads and surfaces using a soft cloth on a regular basis.

L’USO DELL’ATTREZZO DEVE AVVENIRE SOLO DA
PERSONALE ESPERTO
ATTREZZATURA NECESSARIA:
- Avvitatore pneumatico
PROCEDURA:
• Dopo aver posto l’auto su di un ponte e sollevata, alzare
l’attrezzo e procedere a ssare la prima cinghia di trazione alla
cinghia di servizio, l’attrezzo rimane in verticale saldamente
ssato (g. 3).
• Fissare la seconda cinghia di trazione, posta sul lato opposto
alla cinghia di servizio, al braccetto oscillante o al telaio del
veicolo (g. 4).
• Tramite avvitatore procedere alla messa in trazione delle leve,
avendo cura di posizionare i supporti di gomma al di sotto dei
punto di forza del telaio (g. 5).
• Con l’aiuto di un martello colpire il centraggio conico del
braccetto oscillante per il distacco (g. 6).
• Con l’avvitatore procedere sino al completo distacco del
braccetto oscillante (g. 7).
IMPORTANTE
ASSICURARSI DI RISPETTARE LA COPPIA DI
SERRAGGIO: MAX 50 Nm
MANUTENZIONE:
Per un corretto mantenimento e funzionamento dell’attrezzo si
consiglia una periodica pulizia dei letti e delle superci con un
panno morbido.
