To lay the tracks, follow these steps:
- Mark out a line at distance L from the edge of the pool L = P1 – 15 mm

I. POSITION OF TRACKS
SUPPLIES REQUIRED:
-TOP track
-Track fastening screw kit (ZD 200009)
-TOP profile connector (ZU 100006)

- Mark a second line at L = TT – 30 mm from the first one.
(TT: track / track distance, as defined in the measurements document)
- Measure the right-hand overlap to check it MAX. 100 mm

-Place the tracks along the line, taking care to respect the L1 measurement,
namely 200 mm, and L2 100 mm.
WARNING: The tracks must be perfectly parallel

To check, measure the diagonals. D1 must be equal to D2 with a max. difference
of 10 mm
- Assembly the guide and track by slotting the two pieces together and fastening with
the assembly screw provided.
II. PLACING THE LEADER GUIDES:

- A screw protrudes underneath the entry guide, so drill a hole in the slab

Do not forget to fit the junction pieces when fitting track sections end to end.

IV. FASTENING THE TRACKS:
- Before drilling the holes, check the position
of the tracks along the line you marked out.
- Drill all the 8 mm diameter holes, put in the plugs and the
5.5x50 screws and tighten.
- Place the end cap on the end of the track.

I. INSTALLING THE POSTS:
1.1. Rule to be respected when installing the posts:
- Mark out the position of the post with the measurements and as shown below

NB: This sketch shows an assembly with the winding wheel on the left.
For an assembly with the wheel on the right, reverse the posts.

1.2. Fixing the posts:
Once you have marked out the position, pre-assemble the roller.

Tighten the H M8 screws until the rubber shims come into contact with each other. Then put
on 1 retainer ring before fitting onto the post
Repeat the procedure for the other side and do not forget to put on the winding shaft
centering ring.
When all the parts are assembled (the 2 end shafts and the winding tube), slide the coupling
onto the shaft on the winding mechanism side (see sketch above).

II. FITTING THE ASSEMBLY:
Rule to be respected when fitting the assembly:
- In order to ensure the coaxiality of the assembly, position the winding tube
in the posts (no need to worry about the position of the tube in the posts for
the moment, as this will be adjusted later).
- Line up the posts with the marks on the ground

- Drill the 4 holes for the base through the base using an 8 mm drill bit
- Fasten with the four 5.5x50 screws and the 8 mm plugs

- The tube must be centered in relation to the tracks so that the cover winds
correctly onto the winding tube
- If you have followed the previous procedure correctly, you will be able to
position the tube 180 mm from the post on the opposite side to the drive
side initially

- Fit the second ring inside the post and bring the external ring up against
the post and block it without forcing it

- Loosen the screws at the beginning of the track and loosen and open the
entry guides.
- Fit the gliders into the track (be careful to ensure they are the right way round
- they must be placed in the same position as the ones on the cover)
- Slide the cover into the beginning of the track on each side, then raise the
entry guides and screw the tracks back down again

IV. FITTING THE PULLING SYSTEM WITH
HANDLES:
- Depending on the type of pool and the configuration, it is possible in some
cases to close the pool alone. If it is not possible, use the handle pulling kit
- To install the kit (handle + rope), drill a 8 mm diameter hole through the
bracket
- Pass the rope through the hole and knot it behind the bracket

1. Centre the cover on the winding

2. Fasten the edges of the cover 20
mm from the edge of the winding tube
4. Finish putting in the screws
3. Pull the cover tight and make a fold
about 500 mm from the edge, and put in
a screw

Summary:

To engage the coupling more easily, the wheel can be used to position the
key opposite its keyway

To avoid the cover and leading edge bar being on the slant, the winding tube must be
correctly adjusted. See diagrams below.
The tube is moved in steps of 5 mm
NB: Unscrew the rings before moving the tube and
abut the rings again after moving the tube, on the
EXTERIOR and INTERIOR of the post
