Vous avez choisi WALU COOL pour enrouler votre couverture de
piscine, nous vous remercions de votre confiance.
MONTAGE DU CARRÉ D’ENROULEMENT MÂLE*
Dévissez, à l’aide d’une clé à pipe de, 10 la vis fixée sur la partie arrière du carré d’enroulement mâle.
Retirez la vis et la rondelle.
2 Posez WALU COOL sur une surface plane et stable.
a) Enfoncez le carré de 13mm dans la partie réducteur du WALU COOL, jusqu’à ce qu’il arrive en butée.
b) Resserrez la vis et la rondelle sur la partie arrière du carré d’enroulement mâle par le côté opposé et
vissez fermement à l’aide de la clé à pipe afin d’assurer le verrouillage du carré dans la motorisation.

WALU COOL s’adapte simplement en s’emboitant dans le carré (15 x 15 mm) du tube d’enroulement de votre
couverture de piscine.
Pour les couvertures munies d’un carré d’enroulement mâle (13 x 13 mm) il convient de ne pas installer le
carré d’enroulement fourni avec le WALU COOL.
Positionnez WALU COOL à droite du tube
d’enroulement de votre couverture, en lieu et
place de votre manivelle (enroulement à
gauche optionnel).

Accouplez le carré mâle de WALU COOL
avec le carré femelle de votre couverture
jusqu’en butée.

Maintenez le bouton de la télécommande
enfoncé et accompagnez WALU COOL
jusqu’à l’enroulement complet de votre
couverture.
A la fin de l’enroulement retirez WALU
COOL en pressant légèrement sur la touche
REVERSE située à l’arrière de l’appareil (a)
afin de désengager le carré d’enroulement
plus facilement.
Avant toute manipulation, il est impératif de retirer tous les systèmes de fixation amovibles de votre
couverture (cliquets, tendeurs cabiclics…). Lors de l’enroulement, veillez à ce que la couverture s’enroule
de façon rectiligne dès les premiers tours et qu’aucun corps étranger ne se trouve sur la bâche ou dans la
trajectoire du WALU COOL. Prenez soin d’enrouler sur (et non pas sous) la couverture.

Pour dérouler la couverture, tirez sur la sangle de tirage en vous positionnant du côté
opposé au stockage de la couverture (cf. notice d’utilisation de votre couverture).

WALU COOL est alimenté par une batterie 12 V intégrée
au boîtier et rechargeable sur le secteur tous les 10
enroulements environ. Pour recharger WALU COOL,
branchez le chargeur sur le secteur : prise 220 V (le voyant
rouge s’allume). Connectez la prise jack sur la poignée de
WALU COOL (le voyant rouge s’éteint). Le processus de
charge commence automatiquement. Le voyant rouge
s’allume lorsque la batterie est entièrement chargée.
NOTICE D’ENTRETIEN ET DE MAINTENANCE
Le chargeur de batterie doit être utilisé uniquement pour
recharger la batterie étanche de WALU COOL. Pour une durée
de vie accrue de votre batterie, nous vous recommandons
d’effectuer des cycles de charge/décharge complets.
Stockez WALU COOL hors de portée des enfants, hors intempéries et évitez la proximité des produits chlorés.
Pour l’hivernage WALU COOL doit être stocké dans un endroit sec et rechargé systématiquement tous les 2
mois à l’aide de son chargeur.
Le chargeur de batterie doit être stocké et utilisé dans un endroit sec.
Le démontage de la motorisation ou de son chargeur peut comporter des risques d’inflammation et/ou
d’électrocution et annule toute garantie.
WALU COOL peut être nettoyé en surface, avec un chiffon humide.
Le chargeur de batterie peut être nettoyé avec un chiffon sec. Ne jamais nettoyer le chargeur lorsqu’il est sous
tension. N’utilisez pas le chargeur si le boîtier est endommagé.
La batterie intégrée à WALU COOL doit être tenue éloignée de toute source de chaleur (flammes & étincelles)
pendant son cycle de recharge.
CONSEILS DE SÉCURITÉ
Toujours garder la vue sur le bassin pendant les opérations d’ouverture et de fermeture de la couverture.
L’enroulement de la couverture doit être effectué par un adulte responsable.

Sie haben WALU COOL als Aufrollsystem für Ihre
Schwimmbadabdeckung gewählt. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Vertrauen.
MONTAGE DES AUFROLL-VIERKANTNIPPELS*
Lockern Sie mit einem 10er Steckschlüssel die Schraube an der hinteren Seite des Vierkant-
Aufrollernippels. Entfernen Sie die Schraube nebst Unterlegscheibe.
2 Stellen Sie den Gerät WALU COOL-Aufroller auf einer ebenen und stabilen Fläche ab.
a) Schieben Sie den 13mm-Vierkantstab bis zum Anschlag in den Getriebemotor von WALU COOL ein.
b) Schrauben Sie Schraube und Unterlegscheibe von der gegenüberliegenden Seite auf dem hinteren Teil
des Aufroll-Vierkantnippels auf. Ziehen Sie die Schraube mit einem Steckschlüssel fest an, um die
Vierkantstange im Antrieb zu sichern.

Bedienungsanleitung
WALU COOL lässt sich einfach durch Einstecken in die Vierkantbuchse (15 x 15 mm) des Aufrollrohrs Ihrer
WALU POOL-Schwimmbadabdeckung montieren.
Bei Abdeckungen mit Aufroller-Vierkantnippel (13 x 13 mm) ist die mit WALU COOL mitgelieferte
Vierkantstange nicht zu montieren.
Positionieren Sie WALU COOL vor der
Aufrollstange Ihrer Schwimmbadabdeckung
gegenüber vom Aufbewahrungsbereich der
Abdeckung. (Aufrollen von links optionsweise
lieferbar).

Verbinden Sie den Vierkantnippel des
WALU COOL-Aufrollers mit der
Vierkantbuchse Ihrer WALU POOL-
Abdeckung bis zum Anschlag.

Halten Sie den Knopf der Fernbedienung
gedrückt und laufen Sie mit WALU COOL
mit, bis Ihre Abdeckung vollkommen
aufgerollt ist.
Ist der Aufrollvorgang beendet, koppeln Sie
WALU COOL ab, indem Sie leicht die
REVERSE-Taste (a) auf der Rückseite des
Gerätes antippen, damit sich der
Aufrollvierkant leichter lösen lässt.
Vor jeglichem Eingriff sind alle abnehmbaren Befestigungssysteme von Ihrer Schwimmbadabdeckung
zu entfernen (Ratschen, Spanner, Cabiclic-Spannbänder usw.).
Es ist auf geradliniges Aufrollen bereits bei den ersten Umdrehungen zu achten und darauf, dass
keinerlei Fremdkörper auf der Plane oder im Einzugsbereich des WALU COOL-Aufrollers vorhanden ist.

Zum Abrollen der Abdeckung ziehen Sie am Zuggurt. Stellen Sie sich dazu gegenüber
vom Aufbewahrungsbereich der Abdeckung auf (siehe Bedienungsanleitung Ihrer
Schwimmbadabdeckung).

WALU COOL wird über einen eingebauten 12 V-Akku
betrieben und muss nach ca. 10 Aufrollvorgängen mit
Netzstrom aufgeladen werden. Zum Aufladen von WALU
COOL ist das Ladegerät am Netz einzustecken: 220 V-
Steckdose (die rote Kontrollleuchte leuchtet auf). Schließen
Sie den Klinkenstecker am Handgriff von WALU COOL an
(die rote Kontrollleuchte erlischt). Der Ladevorgang beginnt
automatisch. Die die rote Kontrollleuchte leuchtet auf,
sobald der Akku vollständig geladen ist.
PFLEGE- UND WARTUNGSANLEITUNG
Das Akku-Ladegerät ist nur zum Laden des wasserdichten
Akkus von WALU COOL zu verwenden. Um die Lebensdauer
Ihres Akkus zu erhöhen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, vollständige
Ladungen/ und Tiefentladungen vorzunehmen.
Bewahren Sie WALU COOL für Kinder unzugänglich auf, an einem witterungsgeschützten Ort und
vorzugsweise geschützt von chlorhaltigen Produkten.
Zur Überwinterung ist WALU COOL an einem trockenen Ort zu lagern und systematisch alle 2 Monate mit Hilfe
seines Ladegerätes zu laden.
Das Akku-Ladegerät ist an einem trockenen Ort zu lagern und zu nutzen.
Die Demontage des Antriebs oder des Ladegerätes birgt eine Entzündungs- und/oder Stromschlaggefahr.
In diesem Fall erlöschen sämtliche Garantien.
Die Oberfläche von WALU COOL lässt sich mit einem feuchten Lappen reinigen.
Das Akku-Ladegerät lässt sich mit einem trockenen Lappen reinigen. Reinigen Sie niemals das Ladegerät,
wenn es unter Spannung steht.
Verwenden Sie das Ladegerät nicht, wenn das Gehäuse beschädigt ist.
Der im WALU COOL-Aufroller eingebaute Akku ist während des Aufladevorgangs von Wärmequellen aller Art
(Flammen & Funken) fern zu halten.

Beim Auf- und Abrollen der Abdeckung ist das Becken stets im Auge zu halten.
Das Aufrollen der Abdeckung ist durch einen verantwortlichen (befugten) Erwachsenen vorzunehmen.

Thank you for choosing WALU COOL to wind
your swimming pool cover.
FITTING THE SQUARE WINDING PIN*
Use a size 10 socket spanner to loosen the screw on the back of the square winding pin. Take out the
screw and the washer.
2 Place your WALU COOL on a stable, flat surface.
a) Push the 13mm square side of the pin into the WALU COOL reduction gear as far as it will go.
b) Put back the washer and screw on the back of the square winding pin from the opposite side and screw
up firmly using the socket spanner to ensure the square pin is locked into the motorised mechanism.

WALU COOL slots simply into the square (15 x 15 mm) hole in the winding tube of your WALU POOL cover.
For covers already fitted with a square winding pin (13 x 13 mm) there is no need to install the winding pin
supplied with the WALU COOL.
Position the WALU COOL in front of the
winding tube of your pool cover at the opposite
end of the pool to the storage area, on the right
of the cover. (Left winding available as an
option)

Slot the square winding pin on the WALU
COOL into the square hole in your WALU
POOL as far as it will go.

Hold down the button on the remote
control and walk with the WALU COOL
until your cover is fully rolled up.
When you have finished winding up the
cover, remove the WALU COOL by
pressing lightly on the REVERSE button (a)
situated at the back of the device in order to
release the winding pin more easily.
Before attempting to wind your pool cover, ensure you have removed all its removable fasteners
(stainless steel fasteners, cabiclic cords…).
When winding up the cover, ensure it rolls up straight on the first turns and that there are no foreign
bodies on the cover or in the way of the WALU COOL.

To unwind the cover, pull on the pull strap, positioning yourself on the opposite side to the
cover storage side (cf. instructions for use for your cover).

WALU COOL runs on a 12 V battery integrated in the
housing, which needs recharging from the mains about
every 10 windings. To recharge WALU COOL, plug the
charger into the mains: 220 V plug (the red light comes on).
Connect the jack plug on the WALU COOL handle (the red
light goes out). Charging begins automatically. The red
light comes on when the battery is fully charged.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
The battery charger must only be used to charge the sealed
WALU COOL battery. To increase your battery life, we
recommend that you charge it fully each time and only recharge
it when it is completely discharged.
Keep the WALU COOL out of the reach of children, protect it from bad weather and avoid contact with
chlorinated products.
In the winter, store the WALU COOL in a dry place and charge it systematically every 2 months using its
charger.
The battery charger must be stored and used in a dry place.
Dismantling the motorised mechanism or its charger could lead to a risk of ignition and/or electrocution and
would invalidate the warranty.
To clean the WALU COOL, wipe over with a damp cloth.
The battery charger must be cleaned with a dry cloth. Never clean the charger when it is plugged in. Do not
use the charger if the casing is damaged.
The battery in the WALU COOL must be kept away from any source of heat (flames & sparks) during its
charging cycle.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Always keep an eye on the pool while opening or closing the pool cover.
The cover must only be wound by a responsible adult.

Hai scelto WALU COOL per l'avvolgimento della tua copertura per
piscine: grazie per la fiducia che hai riposto in noi!
MONTAGGIO DEL PERNO DI AVVOLGIMENTO QUADRATO MASCHIO*
Con una chiave a pipa da 10, svitare la vite fissata sul retro del perno di avvolgimento quadrato
maschio. Estrarre la vite e la rondella.
2 Collocare il sistema WALU COOL in uso su una superficie piana e stabile.
a) Conficcare il perno di 13 mm nella parte riduttore del WALU COOL sino a fine corsa.
b) Riavvitare la vite e la rondella nella parte posteriore del perno di avvolgimento maschio sul lato opposto e
avvitare saldamente con la chiave a pipa per garantirne il blocco nel gruppo motorizzato.

WALU COOL si adatta in modo semplice incassandosi sul perno (15 x 15 mm) del tubo di avvolgimento della
copertura WALU POOL in uso.
Per le coperture dotate di un perno di avvolgimento maschio (13 x 13 mm), non conviene installare il perno di
avvolgimento a corredo del WALU COOL.
Collocare WALU COOL davanti al tubo di
avvolgimento della copertura in uso nel punto
opposto alla zona di stoccaggio a destra della
copertura. (Avvolgimento a sinistra opzionale)

Accoppiare il perno maschio situato sul
dispositivo WALU COOL con il perno
femmina del WALU POOL sino a fine
corsa.

Tenere premuto il pulsante del
telecomando e attendere che il dispositivo
WALU COOL abbia avvolto tutta la
copertura in uso.
Una volta terminato l'avvolgimento,
rimuovere WALU COOL premendo
leggermente il tasto REVERSE (a) situato
dietro l'apparecchio in modo da disinnestare
più facilmente il perno di avvolgimento.
Prima di procedere, è assolutamente obbligatorio rimuovere tutti i sistemi di fissaggio amovibili dalla
copertura in uso (denti, tenditori cabiclic...).
In fase di avvolgimento, prestare attenzione affinché la copertura si avvolga in modo rettilineo sin dai primi
giri e che sul telone stesso o sulla traiettoria del dispositivo WALU COOL non vi siano corpi estranei.

Per srotolare la copertura, tirare la cinghia di trazione posizionandosi dal lato opposto allo
stoccaggio della copertura stessa (vedi manuale d'uso a corredo del prodotto).

WALU COOL funziona con una batteria di 12 V integrata al
corpo e si ricarica con la corrente di rete ogni 10
avvolgimenti circa. Per ricaricare WALU COOL, collegare il
caricatore alla rete: presa 220 V (la spia rossa si accende).
Collegare il jack alla maniglia del WALU COOL (la spia
rossa si spegne). La procedura di carica si avvia
automaticamente. La spia rossa si accende quando la
batteria è interamente caricata.
GUIDA ALLA MANUTENZIONE
Il caricabatteria deve essere utilizzato solo per ricaricare la
batteria a tenuta stagna di WALU COOL. Per una durata di vita
maggiore della vostra batteria, vi consigliamo di effettuare cicli
di carica/scarica completi.
Stoccare WALU COOL fuori dalla portata dei bambini, al riparo dalle intemperie e lontano dai prodotti clorati.
In inverno WALU COOL deve essere stoccato in un luogo asciutto e ricaricato sistematicamente ogni 2
mesi con l'apposito caricatore.
Il caricabatteria deve essere stoccato e utilizzato in un luogo asciutto.
Lo smontaggio del gruppo motorizzato o del relativo caricatore può comportare rischi di combustione e/o
di elettroshock e annulla qualsiasi garanzia.
WALU COOL può essere pulito in superficie con uno straccio umido.
Il caricabatteria può essere pulito con uno straccio asciutto. Mai pulire il caricatore quando è sotto
tensione. Mai utilizzare il caricatore se il corpo è danneggiato.
La batteria si trova nel WALU COOL e deve essere tenuta lontana da qualsiasi fonte di calore (fiamme e
scintille) durante tutto il ciclo di ricarica.
CONSIGLI DI SICUREZZA
Non perdere mai di vista la vasca durante le operazioni di apertura e di chiusura della copertura.
L'avvolgimento della copertura deve essere effettuato da un adulto responsabile.

U hebt WALU COOL gekozen voor het oprollen van uw
zwembadafdekking, wij danken u voor uw vertrouwen.
MONTAGE VAN HET MANNELIJKE DEEL* VAN DE OPROLZONE
Draai de schroef achter op de mannelijke deel van de oprolzone los met een dopsleutel nr. 10.
Verwijder de schroef en het ringetje.
2 Plaats uw WALU COOL op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond.
a) Duw het vierkant van 13 mm in de smalle zijde van de WALU COOL tot tegen de aanslagpen.
b) Draai de schroef en het ringetje op de achterkant van het mannelijke deel van de oprolzone met behulp
van een dopsleutel, controleer dat de oprolzone in de motor vergrendeld is.

WALU COOL is eenvoudig aan te sluiten in het vierkant (15 x 15 mm) van de oprolbuis van uw WALU COOL
afdekking.
Voor afdekkingen met een mannelijke oprolzone (13 x 13 mm) moet u de met de WALU COOL meegeleverde
oprolzone niet gebruiken.
Plaats de WALU COOL voor de oprolbuis van
uw afdekking, aan de tegengestelde kant van
de opslagzone rechts van de afdekking.

Koppel het mannetjesdeel van de
oprolzone van de WALU COOL aan de
vrouwelijke oprolzone van uw WALU
POOL tot de aanslag.

Als het oprollen is voltooid verwijdert u de
WALU COOL door licht op de knop Reverse
(a) te drukken achter op het apparaat, zodat
de oprolzone eenvoudiger ontkoppeld kan
worden.
Voordat u handelingen uitvoert moet u alle mobiele bevestigingssystemen van uw afdekking
verwijderen (ratels, cabiclic spanners,...).
Tijdens het oprollen moet u controleren dat de afdekking vanaf de eerste slagen recht wordt opgerold
en dat zich geen vreemde voorwerpen op de afdekking of in de route van de WALU COOL bevinden.

Om de afdekking te ontrollen trekt u aan de trekband terwijl u aan de tegengestelde kant
van de opslagkant van de afdekking staat (zie de gebruikshandleiding van de afdekking).

WALU COOL werkt met een geïntegreerde 12V accu die
op het lichtnet moet worden opgeladen, ongeveer om de
tien keer oprollen. Om de WALU COOL op te laden sluit u
de lader aan op het lichtnet: stopcontact 220V (het rode
controlelampje gaat aan). Sluit de jack stekker aan op de
handgreep van de WALU COOL (het rode controlelampje
gaat uit). De laden begint automatisch. Het rode
controlelampje gaat aan als de accu geheel geladen is.
ONDERHOUDSHANDLEIDING
De acculader mag uitsluitend gebruikt worden om de
waterdichte accu van WALU COOL te laden. Voor een langere
levensduur van uw accu raden wij u aan om de accu geheel te
laden ontladen voordat u hem geheel oplaadt.
Ruim WALU COOL buiten bereik van kinderen op, buiten weersinvloeden en vermijd de nabijheid van
chloorproducten.
Tijdens het overwinteren moet WALU COOL worden opgeslagen in een droge ruimte en stelselmatig om de 2
maanden met behulp van zijn lader worden opgeladen.
De acculader moet in een droge ruimte worden opgeruimd en gebruikt.
Het demonteren van de motor of de lader kan gevaar voor brand en/of elektrische schok veroorzaken en
annuleert alle garanties.
De oppervlakte van WALU COOL kan met een vochtige doek worden schoongemaakt.
De acculader kan met een droge doek worden schoongemaakt. Reinig de lader nooit wanneer deze onder
spanning staat. De lader niet gebruiken indien hij beschadigd is.
De accu in de WALU COOL mag niet in aanraking komen met warmtebronnen (vlammen & vonken) tijdens de
laadcyclus.
VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
Houd het zwembad altijd in het oog tijdens het openen en sluiten van de afdekking.
Het oprollen van de afdekking moet door een verantwoordelijke volwassene worden uitgevoerd

De WALU COOL motor heeft een garantie van 1 jaar (met uitzondering van de accu die geen garantie
heeft), indien de bovenstaande raadgevingen gerespecteerd worden.
