1. Product Description
1.1 Introduction
Powered with an AC synchronous motor, the Mini Roller offers an ecient noiseless
performance. The designed architecture of the device is compact, while the high-quality
components and materials make it extremely lightweight. The end-result is a device
which ts in the smallest of spaces and is amazingly portable.
1.2 Intended Use
The Mini Roller is ideal for biological samples, particularly blood samples, serums,
urine samples and immunological assays etc. Additionally, the unit is ideal for the
separating and mixing of powdered and liquid samples.
1.3 Features
• Easily accommodates up to 6ml x 10 blood collection tubes,
15ml Centrifuge tubes x 9, 50ml Centrifuge tubes x 4
• Fixed speed of 30 RPM accurate up to ± 2 RPM
• Innite mode allows the device to run without a time limit
• AC synchronous motor for ecient noiseless operation
• Circular motion provides gentle but effective mixing for best results without
damaging the samples
• Operational weight capacity of 1kg to process large batches

3. Safety Precautions
• Never use the instrument in any manner not specied in this manual.
• Equipment used in any manner not specied in this manual or by the manufacturer
might result in the lapse of warranty.
• Do not try to stop the roller by blocking or holding it.
• Never move the instrument while the equipment is under operation.
• Repairs must only be performed by authorised service technician.
• Only use recommended original spare parts for best result and product safety.
• If liquids are spilled on the roller, the instrument must be cleaned carefully and
properly before being used again.
• Prior to mixing, the tubes should be visually inspected for material damage.
Damaged tubes must not be used as this can result in sample loss and the
contamination of the product.
• The maximum capacity of 1kg must not be exceeded.
• This product must be used for specied applications only. It must not be operated
in a hazardous or ammable environment and must not be used to mix explosive
or highly reactive substances.
• Do not place the potential hazardous material within the clearance area or envelope.
• Wear your personal protective equipment in accordance with the hazards category
of the medium to be processed. There is risk of liquid splashing.
• Place the instrument on a at, levelled, and solid surface. Make sure the feet of the
instrument are clean and undam¬aged.
• Do not move the instrument while it is operating or con¬nected to the main power supply.
• Ensure that only closed tubes are used for mixing and roll¬ing.
• Do not lean on the equipment. It may damage the equipment or harm the operator.
• Do not ll tubes near the device. Liquid spillage may harm the device.
• In the event of contamination caused by aggressive agents, the device must be
cleaned immediately using a natural cleaning liquid. If any damage is seen, contact
the service technician.
• The power adaptor given with the unit is designed to be used for this unit. Do not use
any other power adaptor.
• Only process media which will not react dangerously to the extra energy produced
by mixing.
• Do not operate the appliance in explosive atmosphere with hazardous substance or
under water.

4. Installation & Operation
4.1 Installation
1. Remove the upper packaging gently and take the roller out by holding the unit from
the bottom.
2. Ensure that all the packaging accessories are removed from the product prior to
using the roller for the rst time.
ATTENTION: Keep all the packaging in safe storage for at least two years after the
purchase for warranty purposes.
Connecting the power adaptor
1. Connect one side of the power adaptor to the rear side of the device and the other
to the power supply as indicated in the gure below
2. Ensure that the power switch is OFF when connecting the power adaptor
3. Switch the main power supply to ON
ATTENTION: Ensure that the tubes are distributed evenly prior to use.
4.2 Operation
Operating the Start/Stop button
1. Once the required speed and time values are set, press the ‘Start/Stop’ button to
start the operation. The speed will gradually increase from zero RPM to 30 RPM.
2. Press the ‘Start/Stop’ button again to stop the ongoing operation. The speed will
gradually decrease to zero RPM.
ATTENTION: There is no provision to change the speed value.
5. Product Disposal
In the case that the product is to be disposed of, the relevant legal regulations are to
be observed.
