Circulaire®II Hybrid
These products are intended for use for delivering aerosol medications.
1. Remove contents from package and assemble all items as shown in the illustration below. Ensure that the Mouthpiece (A), Variable Resistor (B),
Aerosol Reservoir (C) and Nebulizer assembly (D), optional Filter (E) are firmly attached to the Circulaire II Body (F) as shown.
2. Remove the threaded Nebulizer Bowl (H) from the Nebulizer Top (I) and add prescribed medication into the Bowl.
3. Thread the Nebulizer Bowl onto the Nebulizer Top.
4. Attach the Gas Supply Tubing (G) to the Nebulizer Bowl (H) and attach the opposite end to the gas supply.
5. If using the Optional Pep Kit (J), remove Resistor (B) and replace with Pep Kit. Set the opening of the Variable Resistor maximum.
6. Initiate gas flow as directed by your physician.
7 The self-inflating ball style reservoir will expand and contract during medication delivery. Additional inspiratory gas, if needed, will enter
the Circulaire II through the One-way Valve on the top of the unit.
8. During aerosol delivery, the Aerosol Reservoir should deflate during inhalation and re-inflate during exhalation.
9. The optional filter should be attached between the Variable Resistor and the outlet port of the Circulaire II Body.
Do not use oxygen near ignition source not tested for anesthetic systems.
