Antennas may also be returned directly to the manufacturer at the consumer’s
expense, with a dated proof of purchase and a Returned MaterialAuthorization
(RMA) number supplied by Wilson Electronics.  Wilson shall, at its option, either
repairorreplacetheproduct.WilsonElectronicswillpayfordeliveryoftherepaired
orreplacedproductbacktotheoriginalconsumer.
This warranty does not apply toanyantennas determined by Wilson Electronics
to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or
damagesphysicalorelectronicproperties.

HowTheyWork
Wilson’sDualBandGlassMountandMiniGlassMountantennaswillcollectthe
celltowersignalandsenditthroughthecabletoanamplifierordirectlytothecell
phoneorcellulardatacard.Whenthecellphoneorcellulardatacardtransmits,
thesignalistransferredtoanamplifierordirectlytotheantennaandbroadcast
backtothecelltower.SeethebackcoverforinformationonWilsonamplifiers.
AntennaAdapter
An18inchexternaladapterisrequiredtoconnectthecellphoneorcellulardata
cardtotheantenna.Theexternaladapteriscellphone/datacardspecificand
maybepurchasedthroughalocalretailer.RefertoWilson’sAdapterGuideto

bestperformance,don’tmountonthe
rearwindowoftrucksorSUVs.
Checktoensureyourmounting
locationwon’tinterferewithwindshield
wiperoperation.
Keeptheantennaawayfromdefogger
wiresandmetallicaftermarketwindow
tintmostfactorytintisnonmetallic
andwillnotinterfere.Iftheantenna
mustbemountedonthedefogger,
centeritbetweenthedefoggerwires
asmuchaspossible.
Cleantheexteriorwindowsurface
withglasscleaneroranalcoholswab.
Besurethesamelocationinsidethe
windowisclearofobstacles.
Removetheprotectivepaperonthe
basetoexposetheadhesivepadand
firmlypresstheantennaintoplaceon
theoutsideofthewindow.Note:If
installingonahomeorofficewindow,
ensurethatitisnotdualpaneglass.
NotrecommendedforRVstoomuch
metalabovethewindowwillinterfere
withoperation.
Thecouplingboxisinstalledon
theinterioroftheglassinthesame
positionastheantennabaseonthe
outside.Cleantheinsidesurfacewith
windowcleaneroranalcoholswab.
Thecouplingboxmustbeinstalled
sothearrowindicatorfacesthesame
directionofthearrowindicatoronthe
antennabase.
Removetheprotectivepaperto
exposetheadhesivepadandfirmly
pressthecouplingboxintoplace.
Connectthecoaxcabletoyour
adaptercableoramplifier.
Warning: Theantennaandcoupling
boxmustbeproperlypositionedortheywill
fail to function.  Both direction indicator
arrowsmustfacethesamedirectionwhen
theantennaisinstalled.
