Remove the PE sheet before attaching the Base B.
Step 1

Attach Base B to Seat A with Bolts H-1 (2), Spring Washers H-3 (2) and
Flat Washers H-4 (2) using Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten the bolts.

Tighten all the bolts completely. Assembly complete chair is now ready to use.
Step 4
Attach Base B to Seat A with Bolts H-2 (2), Spring Washers H-3 (2) and
Flat Washers H-4 (2) using Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten the bolts.
