1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for using our CT-20, available in many different range and divisions.
Main functions are:
Tare function.
Auto calibration.
Auto power off.

2. WARNING
Please read this manual carefully before turning the scale on
Do not overload the scale exceeding the Max range.
Do not place the loads abruptly.
Do not use sharp objects to press the keys.
Do not open the scale.
Do not short battery's poles.
Do not submerge the scale in the water

4. INSTALLATION
After having removed the scale from the package, check the integrity of all components.
The scale must be placed far from heaters and other electronic devices, in a room free from excessive vibrations and draughts.
The working temperature must be included between 10°C and 30°C.
Always allow the scale to acclimate to normal room temperature for at least one hour before use.
5. USE INSTRUCTIONS
WEIGHING
Press ON/OFF key to switch on and wait until it displays “0.0”. Put the object(s)on the weighing tray.
Automatically switch off after 30 seconds or press ON/OFF key when display “zero” to switch off.
TARE WEIGHING
Turn on scale as described above. Place the “tare item” on the tray and press TARE key. Wait until “0.0” and “Zero” is displayed
and add the “net-weight-item”
CALIBRATION
(REMARK: For MINI Series, “MODE” button is also “UCAL” button.)
Press ON/OFF key to switch on and wait until it displays “0.0”, press and hold “UCAL” key until display “CAL” to enter calibration
status, display “0.0” afterwards. Press “UCAL” to calibrate zero point. Wait till 2-3 seconds, on LCD shows a weight reading and
put the named weight on the platform, wait till 3 seconds and the LCD panel shows “PASS” then auto power off. (If it shows

“EEEE” please switch off and repeat the process of calibration) Put away the weight. The calibration is completed.
6. MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Clean the scale by means of a wet soft cloth, with water or neutral cleaner only. Do not use any solvent or abrasive remover. In
case of no use for a long time, remove the battery.
During transportation, be careful to avoid shock or mechanical stress.
In case of repair or technical assistance, contact your retailer.

8. DISPOSAL
Disposal EU 2002/96/EC
This product complies with “EU 2002/96/EC” Directive. The above symbol present on the product means that at the end of its working life, it
must be disposed separately from urban rubbish, therefore you must hand it over to a center in charge of collection and disposal of electric and
electronic devices or to the retailer when purchasing a new equivalent device. The user is responsible for the delivery of the old device to the
proper collection center. A correct differentiated collection for device recycling, treatment and disposal helps to avoid possible negative effects
on both the health and the environment and to promote the recycle of the materials composing the device. .
For further details about available collection systems, please contact the local service for wastes disposal or the shop where you bought the
product.
As consumer, according to the law in force, you are compelled to return all used or exhausted batteries. You can leave them at the public
collection centers present in your city, or you can return them to any batteries retailer. Also in case of destruction of electric or electronic devices,
the contained batteries must be removed and put into the proper collection boxes.
REMARK: The following symbols mean that hazardous substances are present.
