“PULLY” Federbein Einstellrad / Shock Adjuster / Manopola
1. Drehen Sie das originale Handrad im Uhrzeigersinn
bis zum Anschlag.
Hinweis: Notieren Sie vorher die Position (oder zählen Sie
die Umdrehungen), um nach dem Anbau des neuen Hand-
rads die alte Vorspannungs-Position wieder zu finden.
2. Entfernen Sie das originale Handrad durch entfernen der
Befestigungsschraube (Bild B + C).
3. Stecken Sie den mitgelieferten Sechskant-Adapter auf die
Welle (Bild D).
4. Entfernen Sie die 3 Madenschrauben (Bild E) und ziehen
Sie das Handrad von dem inneren Teil ab.
5. Halten Sie den inneren Teil probeweise an die Welle (der
Sechskant-Adapter muss richtig sitzen), und prüfen Sie,
ob der Rand das Stossdämpfer-Gehäuse berührt wird - ein
Spalt von mindestens 2 Millimeter sollte vorhanden sein
(Bild F). Wenn nötig, legen Sie eine oder zwei der beige-
legten Scheiben in das innere Teil zum ausdistanzieren (Bild
G).
6. Montieren Sie nun mit der beigelegten Senkkopfschraube
und Schraubensicherung das innere Teil (zusammen mit
den Distanzscheiben falls benötigt) an der Welle. Achten Sie
auf den korrekten Sitz des Sechkant-Adapters im Innenteil
(Bild F).
7. Schieben Sie das Handrad auf das Innenteil. Achten Sie
das die Madenschrauben über den eingefrästen Rillen am
Innenteil sitzen (Pfeil, Bild H). Drehen Sie die 3 Maden-
schrauben mit Schraubensicherung vorsichtig bis zum
Anschlag hinein, und dann eine halbe Umdrehung zurück.
8. Überprüfen Sie die Leichtgängigkeit des Handrades beim
Herein/Herausziehen und das Blockieren am Ende (Bild I).
Wenn nötig, drehen Sie die Madenschrauben ein wenig auf
oder zu.
9. Kleben Sie nach der Kontrolle das Emblem in die Mitte des
ausziehbaren Handrades und drehen Sie die Vorspannung
auf die gewünschte Position.
1. Turn the original pre-load adjuster clockwise all the
way in until it stops.
Note: Before doing so, note the position (or count the turns),
so that you can return the pre-load to that position once
the new adjuster has been fitted.
2. Remove the attachment bolt of the original pre-load ad-
juster, and pull the adjuster off the shaft (Image B + C).
3. Place the supplied hexagonal adapter on the shaft tip (Im-
age D).
4. Remove the 3 small set screws from the new adjuster (im-
age E) and pull the assembly apart.
5. Hold the inner part of the assembly onto the shaft (make
sure the hexagonal adapter sits correctly inside the inner
part). Check that the edge of the inner part does not touch
the housing of the shock - a clearance of at least 2 mm
(1/16“) should be present (image F). If needed, put one or
two of the supplied washers inside the inner part to create
the necessary clearance (Image G).
6. Use the supplied counter-sunk bolt with a little bit of thread
locking fluid (such as “Loctite”) to bolt the inner part to the
shaft (together with the washers on the inside, if needed).
Make sure the hexagonal adapter sits correctly inside the
inner part (Image F).
7. Push the outer adjuster knob over the inner part. Make sure
that the threads for the set screws are above the deeper
machined grooves of the inner part (arrow, Image H). Apply
thread locking fluid to the three set screws, and carefully
turn them in until they touch the inner part, then turn them
back out half a turn. Do not use force!
8. Pull the adjuster knob out, and push it back in, make sure
it is easy to pull/push, and that it does not come off the in-
ner part. If needed, turn the set screws a little bit in or out.
Note: Do not use excessive force when pulling!
9. Attach the self adhesive emblem into the centre of the han-
dle, and turn the adjuster to the required pre-load position.
1. Girare la manopola di regolazione in senso antio-
rario fino alla battuta.
Nota: Memorizzare prima la posizione (o contare i giri) della
manopola in modo di poter trovare la posizione del precarico
dopo l’istallazione della nuova manopola.
2. Rimuovere il bullone di fissaggio della manopola originale,
quindi rimuovere la manopola (figura B+C).
3. Istallare l’adattatore esagonale in dotazione all’albero (figura
D).
4. Rimuovere le tre viti della manopola originale (figura E),
quindi rimuovere la manopola dall’assemblaggio.
5. Posizionare la parte interna sull’ albero. Assicurare che
l’adattatore esagonale e posizionato bene ed il assemblag-
gio non tocchi l’ammortizzatore. Ci dev’essere un spazio
minimo da 2 mm (figura F). Se necessario utilizzare le ron-
delle in dotazione (mettere nella parte interna, figura G).
6. Montare l’assemblaggio utilizzando le viti a testa piana
svasata, le rondelle (se necessario) e del ferma filetti (p.e.
Loctite) all’albero. Assicurare che l’adattatore esagonale è
posizionato correttamente nella parte interna (figura F).
7. Applicare la manopola nuova (parte esterna) alla parte in-
terna. Dare attenzioni che i filetti per le viti siano posizionate
sopra la parte interna come raffigurato in H. Applicare del
ferma filetti e girare le viti con forza moderata finché toccano
la parte interna, quindi girarli un mezzo giro indietro (senso
antiorario).
8. Controllare la funzione corretta della manopola (controllare
se si lascia facilmente spingere/tirare e se si blocca nella
posizione finale. Se necessario avvitare/svitare leggermente
le viti. Nota: eseguire tutte le operazioni con forza moderata!!
9. Applicare il logo all’accesso al centro della manopola e
portare il precarico in posizione desiderata.
