perfected for two years by our senior engineers.
The Xcooter®
is a stylish, folding electric scooter that provides an exciting alternative for your
commute. It´s light weight and easy to fold in 1 second.
For your safety and serving you better, you should read this user manual before using this
product. Please do not use or lend it to others until you learn about product performance
and operation.

Adjust the seat height properly to ensure that riding is comfortable and feet can reach the
ground easily.
Mount your Xcooter®as you would a bicycle or motorcycle.
Confirm whether the mechanical brake is working and the tire is filled fully.
Try to ride it for a short distance while getting accustomed to the hand brake and throttle.
Throttle: Turn towards you to accelerate and release to decelerate. Use caution as it will
accelerate fast and quickly.
If the Xcooter®is used for the first time, please try to ride it for a short distance and be sure that
the surrounding traffic environment is safe. Ride it on the road only after you can control it well.
This product is not suitable to be used in rough roads and bad weather conditions (such as
rain, snow or icy pavement). It cannot be used in extreme sports and performances.
When the temperature is below 23˚F ,it will have a certain impact on the battery charge.
Therefore, charging should be conducted in room temperature.
The riding mileage of this product is measured under 77ºF, 155lbs load and a smooth-riding
surface. It might vary due to different riders’weights, riding habits, environment temperature
and pavement environment.

Non-professionals should not disassemble it and
should not connect positive and negative
electrode inversely.
Please charge battery every 15-30 days.
Use of charger
STEPS:
PRECAUTIONS:
Connect charger with battery connector well, a
red light will indicate charging and green light
will show when fully charged.
Connect charger battery plug to 110V outlet.
After fully charged, pull out power plug from
socket and outlet.
Please only use the original charger for charging.
If other charger is used, it might cause fire,
explosion or other hidden dangers.
Input voltage and output voltage are 110V and
42V respectively. The charger connector has 1
positive electrode and 3 negative electrodes.
Please don’t disassemble or connect it inversely.
Don’t use batteries with different voltages.
The charger can only be used for charging
indoors. It should be kept away from rain, water,
long-term sunshine and violent vibration.
If the charger cable skin is damaged or its shell is
broken, please replace the cable. Don’t open,
disassemble or continue to use it, otherwise
there will be a electrical shock hazard.

Footrest installation

Pull blind nut from spindle, remove screw from inside of
blind nut (plastic piece). Discard plastic piece.
Use screw to install handle bar in the spindle and tighten
to secure handle bar (refer to diagram AB). Please align
cable slot with cable when attaching handle bar.
Insert seat bar to seat spindle in this area and use latch to
tightened and secure in place.
Charging socket to connect and charge battery. Plug
other side of cord to a 110v outlet.
To close: Release seat latch and move sideways. While
grabbing handle bar, grab latch under the frame with
other hand and push up with fingers to release and pull up
until latch locks in place.
To open: While holding the handle bar, release latch
under the frame with other hand. Push seat down and
back until latch secures in place. Adjust and secure seat
in place. Some force is required to unfold (down and
back).
Serial number is engraved here. Please write number for
future reference on warranty information.

Steps for footrest installation: Look for (R) mark on the
footrest that goes in the right side and (L) for the left side
of the footrest. Attach each footrest by inserting it on the
hole on the frame near the front wheel and twist counter
clockwise to tighten. Please check frequently and tighten
as necessary.

For latch to tip out (if not out)
use your palm and press down
on the frame.
Press latch with fingers
to release and fold or
close up.
Use upward force
to fold or close.
To close: release seat latch and move
sideways. While grabbing handle bar,
grab latch under the frame with other
hand and push up with fingers to
release and pull up until latch locks in
place.
To open: while holding the handle bar,
release latch under the frame. Push
seat down and back until latch secures
in place.
Some force is required to unfold
(down and back)
Seat can be adjusted up and down
by realeasing the latch immediately
under the seat.

Maintenance
tips
Don’t park the Xcooter®
outdoors in a place exposed to weather. Avoid direct sunshine or rainwater. If
rainwater enters the Xcooter®
and its accessories, a short circuit will be caused.
Check the tire pressure regularly. Check to see if any joint gets loose. Xcooter can not be submerged in water.
Charging should be conducted after the battery is used up.
Check all parts that were assembled when you first bought it and tighten as needed periodically.

Warranty,

and Smart-Rhino LLC (hereon after referred as to “we”, “us”, “our” or “this product” and the maker of this
limited warranty) warrants to the original retail purchaser (also referred to as “you” or “customer”) of the Xcooter®
product that the product was delivered free from defects in material and workmanship when sold. This product shall
remain in this condition for a period of 1 year from the date of the first retail purchase of this product.
The Xcooter®
is not a toy and is not made to be used by persons under 18 years old or over 265 pounds (lbs.), people
with disability or pregnant women. We do not recommend that the Xcooter®
be used as a replacement for an
electric mobility wheelchair or any other mobility device. This product is not an ADA vehicle, it requires balance and
physical strength, balance and agility.
If there is a problem within 7 days (calendar days) from purchase date, Customers may choose to maintain, replace
or return after such problem is confirmed.

The serial number must be included and must be consistent with the one on the frame of the product. The warranty
period will commence from the first retail purchase and will commence on the date of the sales receipt (which must
be saved by customers and presented to us to fulfill warranty). The warranty period will end when the mileage of the
Xcooter®
is equal to 1250 miles.
You will be responsible for packaging and shipping the product to us. Therefore, keep the original packaging during
the warranty period.
Warranty will be voided if the Xcooter®
is ever used in a manner other than for transportation or recreation, or
modified in any material way.
The Xcooter®
has 1 year warranty on charger, motor, mileage display, head lamp, front/rear fork and battery.
Thirty six (36) months for frame, three (3) months for tires and six (6) months for the seat.

For warranty claims please include description of product defect. We reserve the right to make all warranty claims
decisions. If, the claim is approved you the purchaser is responsible for proper packaging, adequate insurance and
shipment of the product. Our warranty obligation is limited to repairing or, at our discretion, replacing the defective
part.
Within the warranty period the following circumstance will not be included and will require a charge:

Any damaged caused by installation or use arising from failure to follow the requirements in user manual.
Product serial number is erased, deleted or modified.
Product mileage is over 1250 miles.
The product serial number or model on the warranty card (information) is not consistent with the product itself.
The product is disassembled or maintained by non-authorized personnel.
Product damage caused by accidental factors or improper use (such as mechanical damage caused by falls or impact)
Any damage caused by overloading and extreme sports.
Any damaged caused by fire, contact with water or soaking, earthquake, abnormal storage or forced majeure (greater force).
Failure or damage caused by those factors unrelated to product design, technology, quality, etc.
Normal wear and tear, tires, tubes or cables, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, repair,
storage or use of the product.
Damages caused by alteration of parts, removal or parts, tampering, disassembling, or any installation of parts not manufactured
or sold by Xcooter®
.
Damages caused by neglect or improper use. Improper use of the Xcooter®
includes: ramp jumping, stunt jumping or any similar
activity. Street, hill or dirt racing or any similar activity. Also riding on unpaved surfaces, dirt, sand and mud.
Natural abrasions, scratches or normal wear and tear (including the housing, handle, frame, tire, gearbox, mileage display, footrest,
etc.) which does not affect product function.

and/or Smart-Rhino are not liable for incidental or consequential damage or loss that is caused directly or
indirectly due to the use or improper use of this product. We are not liable for any damages or injuries incurred from
improper use of the product. This product is made to be used under fair weather conditions. We are not liable for
damages or injuries resulting from riding in the rain, snow, or any harsh weather conditions. In no event shall
Smart-Rhino LLC be liable for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages in connection with this
warranty.
The Xcooter®
does not offer an extended warranty. Updates or changes to this clause will be posted on our website:
www.xcooter.net
Smart-Rhino LLC recognizes that certain states disallow some damage exclusions, therefore, some of the above
exclusions, inclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
Smart-Rhino LLC makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular use.
