Pre-testing on Skin
When using the device or a skin-care product for the first time, always test for compatibility with your skin to prevent skin problems.
Apply oil-free gel on washed skin and hold the controller on your upper arm. Make sure all 3 electrodes are in
contact with your skin and select Level 1 with your another hand, then use the device for approx. 3 minutes.
Wipe off gel and check that your skin shows no irregularities.
Continue to use the product only if your skin experiences no irregularities such as reddening or burning sensations within 24 hours.
If a rash, reddening, itchiness, stinging sensation, or other abnormality occurs at the pre-testing area, immediately stop the
pre-test and wash the affected area.
Check carefully to make sure that there are no skin abnormalities before using the device. Discontinue use of the device if you

How to Use
Check the left/right attachment guideline marks and push the
controller into the recessed part on the back of the silicone mask.
1
Preparation
How to Use
Attach the two controllers to the
silicone mask.
Do not press any of the controllers’ buttons when attaching
the controllers to the silicone mask.
Make sure the power is switched off when attaching the
controllers to the silicone mask.
2Prepare your skin and put your hair up
if it is long.
Be careful not to use excessive force when attaching each controller to the silicone mask. Doing so may damage the mask.
Do not use skin-care products which contain oil, such as oil-based serums. It may cause deterioration of the silicone mask.
ATTENTION
After washing your face to remove makeup, please use your own
skin-care products to prepare your skin for treatment.
If you use the device over makeup, it may cause dark staining
on the skin.

15
❷❶
Wear Medi Lift Plus
1
Do not allow the gel to adhere to anything other than
the electrode.
Turn the silicone mask inside out and
apply an appropriate amount of gel
on each electrode (a total of 6 points
on the right and left controllers).
Adjust the mask to the positions of your eyes, nose and mouth.
Point
It will be more effective to put on the mask while looking
slightly upward so your mouth and face contours are lifted.
2Fit the silicone mask to your face.
Make sure there is no hair trapped or twisted in the
stopper band.

16
How to Use
Point
Fix the stopper bands in positions between the top of the
head and the back of the head where they are held firmly in
place and will not slip.
Tie your hair back and tighten the stopper band to make it
easier to fix.
3Pull stopper bands ❶and ❷diagonally
upwards, covering your ears, and fix the
mask firmly in place using the fastener.
Be careful not to pinch yourself while tightening the mask.
ATTENTION
4Pull the tongue of a lower jaw part of the
mask and adjust it so that the mask covers
your entire face contour.

17
In some cases, the silicone mask may not closely fit to your face and it may appear too loose. However, if the six electrodes on both the right and left
controllers are all properly in contact with the skin, the device will be able to operate properly.
5Check that the silicone mask properly fits to your face on a mirror.

18
How to Use
Be sure the electrodes (a total of six on the right and left controllers) on the back of the silicone mask are in contact with your
skin. If there is not enough contact between the electrodes and the skin, you may not benefit from the EMS effect.
If you use an oil-based leave-in hair conditioner, only use the device when you have completely dry hair.
Ensure that there is always moisture, such as gel, between your skin and the electrodes.
The transfer of EMS may become difficult if there is not enough moisture. Insufficient moisture may cause deterioration in
effectiveness or skin problems.
Strongly scratching the electrode may cause color transfer.
ATTENTION

19
Press down the +/ON button on both the right and left
controllers for over a second at the same time.
