Express Assembly Guide
Use this Guide for the following Yowza Models:
Islamorada

STEP 1, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
1.1 Place the unit in the room where you will exercise, then cut
straps and bottom of carton all the way around.
1.2 Lift carton from the pallet and discard plastic wrap. Remove
all components*** from the interior of box.
***IMPORTANT: Handle hardware pack with care to avoid
dislocation of screws and bolts inside
1.3 Cut straps at front and back of the unit and remove elliptical

2.1 Attach Incline Frame Lower Cover (341, 342) to the
incline frame. Carefully snap pieces together using
plastic guides then secure with Cone Point Screw (408).
TIP: Using a magnetic screwdriver will be beneficial when
inserting all screws during assembly process

3.1 Remove Undercarriage Covers (704, 705) by lifting pedal assembly.
Be careful when handling these covers to avoid snapping plastic push
pins. Make sure Rear Incline Frame Holder (206) is securely fastened to
Main Frame (112).

STEP 4, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
4.1 Attach incline frame set to main frame. Secure Incline Frame
Holder-Front (708) to Incline Frame (109) using Allen Head CAP Bolts
(511) and Spring Washer (517). *** Don’t fully tighten Cap Bolts (511)
until step 4.2.
4.2 Align bolt holes of Incline Frame (109) with holes in Transmission
Tube Front (110) and assemble using Allen Head Bolt (507) and Nylon
Nut (508). Fully Tighten Allen Head Bolt (507) with 8mm Allen Key
provided.

STEP 5, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
5.1 Attach Console Support Tube (101) to the main frame and
secure with four M8x20mm Allen Head Cap Bolts (504). Connect
8 pin Power Wire Upper (601) to Power Wire Lower (602).

STEP 6, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
6.1 Attach the Undercarriage Cover (704,705) to the main frame by
lifting pedal arm and securing with Flat Point Screw (506), Screw (509),
Screw (510)
6.2 Attach Incline Frame Front Cover (703) to incline frame and
secure with two Screws (520).

STEP 7, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
7.1 Slide Bolt (505) through Wave Washer (521), Pedal Arm and Pedal
wing Arm (108) then secure with 8mm Allen Key.
7.2 Insert Back Out Screw (516) into the Pedal Swing Arm (108) using
the 2.5mm Allen Key and fully tighten.
7.3 Press the Pedal Arm Front Pivot Cover (702) into the ends of the
Pedal Arm.

STEP 8, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
8.1 Connect Action Arms (118,119) to the moving linkage and secure
using Bolt (502) and Bolt (503) with 6mm Allen Key. *** Do not over
tighten these bolts, as over tightening will result in friction related
sounds
8.2 Assemble the Action Handlebar Lower Cover (701) to the action
handlebar and secure with Cone Point Screw (501)

STEP 9, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
9.1Install the moving handlebar, and then tighten Allen Head Bolt
(514) to lock the moving handlebar on the console.
9.2Tighten the Allen Head Bolts (514) with 5mm Allen Key.

STEP 10, YOWZA EXPRESS ASSEMBLY GUIDE
10.1 Connect Button Board Connection Wire (631) and make sure to
insert correctly.
*** Make sure connection wire doesn’t get between handlebar gears!
10.2 Attach Button Control Panel (A1) and secure with Screw (510).
Use Screw (512) to hold Button Control Panel on left and right side.

11.1 Attach the Water Bottle Holder (709) and secure with Cone
Point Screw (501) and Washer (518)
