I am aware that a guarantee claim can be made against ZIEGLER GmbH only after ZIEGLER GmbH has received a completed and
signed version of this declaration. Furthermore, I am aware that the guarantee period starts with the date of the machine’s / kit’s
transfer, regardless of the date the declaration was returned.
