3/ Camera Installation
3.1 You can place it on any flat surface: table, chair, floor etc..
3.2 Install with Wall Mount (as shown in the figure)
3.2.1 Drill 5 holes according to the position of the mounting base,
and mount the base on the wall with the included pack of screws.
3.2.2 Lock the two slots on the camera base to the hook on mounting base.

3.2.4 Insert and tighten the screw on the bottom of the camera battery pack.
3.2.5 Use the included screwdriver to adjust the camera to a proper angle
and tighten the adjustment screw.
3.2.3 Install and tighten the safety set screw.

4/ Installation precautions

1. Please fully charge the camera battery before use.
2. Do not disassemble the device. This product is not equipped with any parts
that can be disassembled/maintained by yourself.
3. Do not install at location with objects covering or obscuring the camera.
4. Do not install the camera near the air conditioning outlet, humidifier outlet
etc..
5. When installing, avoid directing the camera towards strong light or reflective
objects, including sunlight, lights, glass, mirrors and other areas with strong
refraction of light sources.
6. Please install at location out of the reach of children.
7. Install the camera at a distance of 55ft. (15m) from moving vehicles.
8. It is recommended to adjust the camera PIR angle to be greater than 10°
from detecting objects.
9. Please install the camera at least 3.3ft. (1m) away from wireless devices,
including WiFi routers and cell phones, to avoid wireless interference.

5/ Personal account registration
6/ Mobile APP
5.1 Search “ZOSI Smart” in App Store or Android Market, or scan the QR
code below to download on your mobile phone.( Please grant the App to
obtain the corresponding permission for the first time use, otherwise, it will
cause the device fails to add, or when the camera triggers motion detection or
alarm, the mobile phone cannot receive the alarm push.)
Note: iOS Version required iOS 9.0 or above Android Version requires 5.0 or
above.
6.1 Add devices
Open “ZOSI Smart” App, log in and enter the “Device” interface, click on the
“+” in the upper right corner or the “+” below to select “Add Devices”, select
the device model on the “Add Devices” interface and scan the QR code on the
device body or display to add devices.
New user needs to sign up by email or phone number, tap “Sign Up” and
follow the instructions to sign up and log in.

6.1. 2 Pair the Cameras with the NVR
NOTE: The battery camera has been paired with the NVR, no code pairing is
required. But if the pairing information between the camera and NVR is
cleared, you need to re-pair the code, and follow the steps below:
（1）Place the camera near the NVR at a distance of 30~100cm.
（2）In the power-on state, press and hold the reset button of the camera for 3-5
seconds, after hearing a voice prompt from the camera, open the NVR system
interface and use the camera to scan the QR code (Phone port number) for
pairing. After that, the camera will give out a voice prompt to indicate that
pairing success.

7/ Install AVSS application
Make sure that the device has completed the network configuration before
using the PC to add devices.
Download “AVSS” client, install and follow the prompts to complete the setup.

7.1 After installing “AVSS” Client, double-click the "AVSS" icon to open, select
the language and click login.
NOTE: If you don’t have an account, please register first. It is recommended to
use the Zosi Smart APP account to login, avoid multiple account passwords or
choose local login. (no account password required).

7.2 Device Management
(1) Add Devices: Click "Add Devices" at the bottom right>Select device
model>Enter the device name, device ID, user name, device password and the
number of channels>Click “Save” to complete the addition.
7.3 Enjoy Live View and Playback
7.3.1 Click “Live” in the upper left corner, and then select the device on
the devices list to enjoy live view.

8/ Faults and Solutions
（1） Device Offline
Check the Internet connection of the router.
Check the connection between wireless NVR and the router.
（2） Cannot preview
The server may be congested, try restarting the App and try again.
（3） No Pushes
Please make sure that the App has notification permissions.
Please confirm that the “alarm information push” option has been turned
on in the App settings.
Please confirm that the “alarm information push” option has been turned
on in the camera settings.
（4） No recording
Please confirm whether the hard disk is recognized normally.
Please check the recording settings on the wireless NVR.
7.3.2 Click the playback button in the upper left corner to enter the playback
interface to watch the video playback.

3/ Instalar la cámara
3.1 Se puede colocar en cualquier superficie de plataforma:
mesas, sillas, suelos, etc.
3.2 Instalación en pared (como se muestra en la figura)
3.2.1 Primero taladre 5 orificios en la pared y luego use los tornillos
para fijar la base de montaje en la posición de instalación deseada.
3.2.2 Bloquee las dos ranuras de la base de la cámara en la parte elevada de
la base de montaje.

3.2.4 Apriete el tornillo en la parte inferior de la batería de la cámara para fijar
la batería.
3.2.5 Ajuste la cámara a un ángulo adecuado con un destornillador y apriete el
tornillo de ajuste.
3.2.3 Utilice tornillos para bloquear la cámara y la base de montaje.

4/ Precauciones de instalación

1. Por favor cargue completamente la batería de la cámara antes de usarla.
2. No desmonte el dispositivo. Este producto no está equipado con ninguna
pieza que se pueda desarmar o mantener por su mismo.
3. No instale en un lugar con objetos que cubran u oscurezcan la cámara.
4. No instale la cámara cerca de la salida del aire acondicionado, la salida del
humidificador y etc.
5. Evite dirigir la cámara hacia luz intensa u objetos reflectantes, incluidos la
luz del sol, luces, vidrios, espejos y otras áreas con una fuerte refracción de las
fuentes de luz durante el período de instalación.
6. Por favor instale en un lugar fuera del alcance de los niños.
7. Instale la cámara a una distancia de 55ft. (15m) de vehículos en movimiento.
8. Se recomienda ajustar el ángulo de la cámara PIR para que sea mayor a 10°
desde los objetos de detección.
9. Por favor instale la cámara al menos a una distancia de 3,3ft. (1m) de
dispositivos inalámbricos, incluidos routers WiFi y teléfonos móviles para
evitar interferencias inalámbricas.

5/ Registrar una cuenta personal
6/ Aplicación para móvil
5.1 Busque "Zosi Smart" en la App Store o en el mercado de aplicaciones
de Android para descargarla, o escanee el código QR a continuación para
descargar.(Para el primer uso, por favor permita que la aplicación obtenga los
permisos correspondientes. Si no está permitido, hará que el dispositivo no se
añada, o cuando la cámara active la detección de movimiento o la alarma, el
móvil no puede recibir la notificación de alarma.)
Nota: el sistema de móvil de Apple requiere iOS 9.0 o superior, y el sistema de
móvil Android requiere Android 5.0 o superior.
6.1 Agregar el dispositivo
Abra la aplicación "Zosi Smart" en el móvil, inicie sesión e ingrese a la interfaz
"Dispositivo", haga clic en "+" en la esquina superior derecha o en la parte
inferior, y luego seleccione "Agregar el dispositivo". Seleccione el tipo del
dispositivo en la interfaz "Agregar el dispositivo" y luego escanee el código QR
en el cuerpo del dispositivo para agregarlo.
Los nuevos usuarios deben registrarse por correo electrónico. Haga clic en el
botón "Registrarse", y siga los pasos para completar el registro de la cuenta e
iniciar sesión.

6.1. 2 Emparejamiento de cámara y NVR
Nota: Las cámaras con batería incluidas en el kit se han emparejados con el
NVR, no se requiere coincidencia de código. Si se borra la información de
emparejamiento entre la cámara y el NVR, debe volver a emparejar el
código. Los pasos son los siguientes:
（1）Coloque la cámara con batería cerca del NVR, a una distancia de
30~100cm.
（2）Cuando la cámara está encendida, presione y mantenga presionado el
botón de reinicio durante 3-5 segundos. Después de escuchar el mensaje de
voz de la cámara, entre en la interfaz Sistema y escanee el código QR(ID del
dispositivo) con la cámara para el emparejamiento. Una vez que el
emparejamiento se haya realizado correctamente, la cámara emitirá un
mensaje de voz para indicar que el emparejamiento del código se ha
realizado correctamente.

7/ Software AVSS para PC
Asegúrese de que el dispositivo haya completado la configuración de la red
antes de agregar este dispositivo al PC.
Descargue e instale el software AVSS, siga los pasos a continuación para iniciar
la configuración.

7.1 Instale y abra el software AVSS, seleccione el idioma y haga clic en "Iniciar
sesión".
Nota: por favor regístrese una cuenta primero si no la tiene. Se recomienda
iniciar sesión con la cuenta de la aplicación Zosi Smart o elegir el inicio de
sesión local (no se requiere cuenta ni contraseña).
