access-fecandegresspolicies,advertisementandrequestpolicies,
andtheexplicitpop-uplabeladvertisementpolicyisperformedon
allFECS.Theresettingofthesessionwiththedesignatedneigh-
bormeanstheinterruptionandthereestablishmentoftheLDP
sessionwiththisneighboronly.Therecheckisonlyperformedon
thepolicyrelatedwiththisneighbor(advertisement,request,and
exp-nullpolicies).
