1.Introduction
The VoiceMailapplication integratedinthe VoIPmoduleprovidesahigh
comfort tothe 2NOMEGALitesystemusers.
Having missed acall,you canretrieveavoicemessage storedinthe
integratedVoIPmodule.Youarenotifiedofthe message invariableways.You
eitherfind the countofnewvoicemessageson yourkeyphone display,orheara
voicenotificationupon pickingupthe handsetorHandsFree,orgetatextSMSif
yourPBX isequipped withaGSMmodule.
The maximumtotallengthofone voicemessage is1minute.You can
access yourvoicemessagesfromanyinternal(subscriber)telephoneline.Touse
alineotherthan yourownforlistening toavoicemessage,entertheuser
passwordtoget intoyourVoiceMail box.TheMobilityExtensionusersmayretrieve
voicemessagesoutsidethe PBX too.
Read thismanualcarefullytoset up and usethe VoiceMailservicecorrectly.

Havingbeenassigned the righttousetheVoIPmoduleVoiceMail box,you
can select theVoiceMailforwardingoptions.
2.1. Call ForwardingtoVoIPVoiceMail
You can useallforwarding optionsavailableinyourPBX (Immediate,At
absence, If busy)toforwardyourcallstotheVoiceMailbox. However, rememberto
forwardyourcallsasifforwardingtoan external(CO)line,i.e.withtheFLASH
button confirmation on yourtelephoneset.
Pick up thehandset andwait forthe internaldialtone
(————).

‘#11nnPmm’,wherenn is‘86’foraccess totheVoIPtrunk, Pis
‘5’asthe VoIPVoiceMailprefixand mmisyourinternalline
numbertobe forwarded tothe VoiceMailbox;
or

2.Or, toforwardyourcallstoacolleague outsidethe company
onlyincaseyourline isbusy, dial‘#12nnPmm’,wherenn is

the VoiceMailbox;

You mayforwardyourcallsonlyifyouhavebeen allowed sointhe
configuration andhavebeen assigned therelevant privatecallright.
Tocancelallcallforwarding settings:
Pick up thehandset.
Listentothecall-forwardingmessage if youhaveselected the
permanent forwarding option.
Dial‘#10’.
Listentotheservice-executing message.
Example:Supposethatyouwanttoassign internalline 11immediatecall
forwardingtoVoiceMailboxand theVoIPmoduleandPBX defaultsettingshave
not beenchanged, thenpush:
#11 86 511 FLASH.

You arenotified ofaVoiceMailmessage invariableways.You eitherfind the

notification upon picking up the handsetorHandsFree,orgetatextSMSifyour
PBX isequipped withaGSM.

Pick up thehandset andwait forthe internaldialtone (————).

prefixand mm asyourinternalline number.

TooperatetheVoiceMailserviceon an integratedVoIPmodule,selectthe
relevantsettingsand assignmentsbothfortheVoIPmoduleand the 2NOMEGA
LitePBX.MostVoIPmodulesettingsaredefaultvaluesandthereforeneed notbe
changed unless foraseriousreason.
3.1. VoIPVoiceMail UserSettings
ThismanualassumesthattheVoIPmodulehasbeenconfiguredproperlyfor
yourinternalIPnetworktrafficand thusconsidersthe PBX systemincluding the
VoIPmodulefullyoperational.
The usermayenableordisablethe VoiceMailsystemafteradue logintothe
VoIPmodule.
3.1.1.Configuration Login
Forconfiguration useaweb browsersuchasthe Internet Explorer.
Enterthe VoIPmoduleIPaddress providedbythe systemadministratorasthe
loginpage address.
The logindialoguegetsdisplayed.

Enter:
Username-yourline number.
Password-loginpassword(default =1111).
Push login forconfirmation.
